01/05/2026: I had a pleasant stop at Bar Lo Brenlo in Val Ferret, and the experience was truly positive. The place is very quaint, with a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and a splendid view, perfect for a break during the day. I found the sandwiches and traditional products delicious, with reasonable prices and a fair quality-to-price ratio. The service was friendly, and the place really feels like a simple, authentic, and welcoming place you'll gladly return to.

17/02/2026: a unique place full of memories managed by a lady who I remember as a child always smiling and kind (!!!!!!!!) in the valley. UNIQUE

03/04/2026: Always a pleasure to eat at Le Vieux Pommier. Delicious tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and, to finish on a high note, an excellent caramel panna cotta. Welcoming and efficient staff.

08/06/2026: Amazing hotel next to skywalk monte bianco and valleys, has parking next to it, staying in hotel you get various discounts on attractions, crew will help you with anything you need. Recommend for stay. Delicious breakfast with local food.

15/05/2026: I had a confirmed reservation from August 8th to 15th through a platform. The property contacted me, asking me to cancel the reservation or confirm it only until August 13th, claiming that there would be a party/event on August 14th and 15th that could cause noise. I asked for a few moments to reflect on the situation, and once I explained that I wasn't concerned about the noise and that I therefore intended to keep the full reservation, the property immediately canceled my room without my consent. I was never offered a real alternative solution. I had the feeling that the room was being resold at a higher price during the Ferragosto holiday period, which I consider to be unfair and unprofessional towards guests. Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience, especially regarding the handling of the situation and the lack of seriousness regarding a reservation that had already been confirmed. I have everything documented, even though the property always tried to communicate by phone and not via email.

02/06/2026: If you dont read italian you are not aware that they charge 6€ just to sit. Asked for drink said no , got proposed water ( in my head water is free ), here come an already open glass bottle of tap water used and wash so much that there is a scratch line mark all around the circonference of the bottle. Paid 4 extra for it. Paid 23 for a pizza with an amount of salami was to laugh at.

23/02/2026: Very friendly staff! The pastries are homemade, and the coffee is delicious! A lovely outdoor area with sun until late!

03/01/2026: Very convenient location, excellent service. If you want an aperitif or breakfast, it's excellent.

08/07/2026: The pizzas are super expensive... €15 for a Margherita, €10 for a Marinara! By the way, it's one of the worst I've ever eaten. I feel sorry for the foreigners, Italian pizza isn't like that. The waitress was very kind and friendly.

07/03/2026: Poor quality, terrible Spa I have emailed the Gen Manager, Pamela 4 times and the front desk, and I have not reply. Have tried calling them 4 times and never do they connect me to the manager. Below is the email text that I sent. Hello Pamela, nice to meet you earlier, as discussed I would like to send feedback to you and the owners regarding my stay. The hotel itself I appreciate is an old building and has a grande heritage and history. The marketing and the pricing of the hotel imply high quality furnishings and services. Unfortunately the reality is not true. As I am sure you know the hotel is in desperate need of improvement and investment. In no way is the hotel a 5 star luxury experience. The bathrooms are of poor quality, in room 506 the bath surround is covered in poorly applied silicone. Room 507 shower door is broken and very small. The Spa is such low quality, the steam room is a health hazard not only due to its condition but also the cleanliness, it is disgraceful to sell this service. The dip pool is in the dark and I think had no water The gym area is cluttered, dirty, dangerous and no the entrance to the pool is torn and a poorly maintained . So much rotten unpainted wood and rust on the gym equipment. No where to put towel or dressing gown when entering pool In the bar area the ceiling in places is stained and peeling away from the ceiling The breakfast room has an emergency door hidden behind a curtain with rust and foam in the seams The lift interior is poor condition Two times a lady entered my room without knocking when I was there. The floor carpet in the corridor on floor 5 is dirty The reception area seats are dirty and stained My room had an interconnecting door through which I could hear my neighbours every move, snore and private intimate activities. The list could go on and on I sympathise with you as GM if the owners will not finance the hotel. But it is disgraceful for a beautiful hotel to market itself as 5 star and charge over €600 per night. We spent €6600 for 5 nights and I consider this to be a deception and fraud. Above are my point and I need to inform you of this in the hope something can be done and I need to inform people who are considering staying with you of the reality of the poor standard of the hotel

26/03/2026: So, I've been going to the cafeteria for lunch and dinner for three years. It's now my second home; I feel great here and the food is delicious, but I absolutely have to vent to those who manage the kiosks at the entrance because it's disgraceful that one out of two problems result in miles-long lines and everyone has to wait, sometimes over 40 minutes, to eat. And my criticism also goes to those who should be at the kiosks, which are only one out of three times, making it impossible to fix the problems that arise when they stop working. That said, I love everything else about this place.

10/02/2026: The best I can say about the food is that it's edible (if you don't risk food poisoning from undercooked meat); the atmosphere is like a cafeteria, and the staff is semi-friendly. The only positive is the price, which is negligible in most cases.

06/07/2026: Already expensive for small portions and they charge a service fee on top for bread I didn't ask for and didn't eat. Atmosphere only nice if you're a smoker. Shame because the small amount of pasta I was served was nice enough.
