After careful research, I chose this restaurant for dinner in Courmayeur and to sample traditional cuisine. It exceeded my every expectation; my partner and I ordered tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, gnocchi with three-meat ragù, and a fabulous Sashi rib-eye steak. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the price was fair.

A really nice place. We went to Fuoripista for a quick lunch and really enjoyed it. The polenta concia was excellent, and the service was quick and friendly.

After browsing the various restaurants and pizzerias in Courmayeur, I recommend this one. Excellent pizza, excellent first courses, excellent second courses, especially the lamb shank. The prices are fair for what you get, and it's still below the center of Courmayeur. Don't waste your time, go there several times during your stay.

10/05/2026: I attended a pizza-themed evening with friends at a lovely, welcoming place run by fantastic and super-helpful people. The food, the atmosphere, the politeness, and the professionalism of the owners and staff made it a truly wonderful Saturday evening in May, thanks in part to our somewhat accidental entertainment, with good company, good pizza, and wonderful people. Definitely worth doing again, and soon!
