04/10/2025: A truly pleasant evening in a welcoming place with even more welcoming staff. But it's the truly excellent food, simple and tasty, that makes the difference. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommended.

01/10/2025: We visited Argillae Srl winery and were told by the owners daughter that the amazing food was prepared by Giulia’s husband who is the chef at Da Carli’s. Our lasagne was one of the best we have ever had so hope to go to this restaurant before we go home. Highly recommend the winery too with the tour and wine pairing. Had a great day.

30/09/2025: Fantastic bar! Anthony is the perfect host and such a character. Great barman and equally great on the guitar. Make sure you visit on day one and don't leave it until the final night to find this great bar like we did, you won't regret it!

17/09/2025: As someone already wrote: Every city needs a bar like this! Small but welcoming, thanks largely to the owner, Anthony. He's a friendly guy who, in our experience, also attracts friendly customers (regulars and many others), both locals and tourists from many countries. Most people sit in front of the bar on uncomfortable chairs, but that doesn't hurt the atmosphere. There's a Babylonian babble that only one person can follow: Anthony, a Breton Italian with a Dutch accent ;-). If you visit Orvieto, stop by for a drink (usually several), bring a bit of patience and a good mood, and this bar is priceless.

11/09/2025: Passing through Umbria, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant. Despite the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, they served us dishes different from what we ordered. But that's okay.

07/09/2025: They tried to pass off some low-quality frozen mixed mushrooms as porcini mushrooms. To make up for it, they offered us a 10% discount...but only if we paid in cash. Embarrassing!

16/05/2025: A nice cool place where you can eat really well at a really low price, the menus are always really good and the young owners manage everything masterfully! Congratulations guys, keep it up

02/10/2025: We were there on Saturday, September 27th. The location was very nice, but the service was terrible. We didn't even have time to read the menu before we were assaulted by the waiter/owner. Among other things, we ordered two matriciana pasta dishes, and they showed up with two plates of pasta with onion and parmesan sauce. Who knows what the guanciale (maybe pancetta?) was. Totally tasteless. When we asked him about the parmesan instead of pecorino, he told us that the matriciana can also be made with parmesan (he was from Rome, so who better to say? Maybe not exactly Rome, Rome... a little out of the way... maybe Romania). For anyone who said they had an excellent amatriciana, know that it wasn't! The chicken all'Orvietana was obscene, basically a piece of chicken with sauce and not even well mixed, the rest was passable. In conclusion, "An insult to Orvieto cuisine and Roman cuisine."

04/09/2025: We passed by in the morning and then decided to return in the afternoon to buy something. Besides buying some cured meats, we appreciated the explanation and the (unscheduled) visit to see how porchetta is cooked. Kudos to you for your helpfulness and customer service!

01/09/2025: I visited this shop last Sunday morning and was the first customer of the day. Unfortunately, the hygiene standards were very poor. The person preparing my turkey sandwich handled many items while preparing the store for opening without washing his hands before making the food. After eating, I had stomach pain and diarrhea. It was a disappointing experience, and I would not go back again.

01/09/2025: We found this pizzeria using Google Maps. It had great reviews and we were very hungry. It was definitely a good choice, a nice waitress took care of us, we spoke English very well and even talked about the area. We definitely recommend it.

03/08/2025: We're having a birthday party on Saturday night, and on Friday afternoon, I call to order four pans of pizza. After several attempts to contact the pizzeria, I get a response and am told to call back Saturday morning because the owner was afraid she'd lose the order slip. I stop by that afternoon and order the pizzas for Saturday night at 7:00 PM. The next day, I show up to pick up the pizzas and, after waiting about an hour, to my dismay, I discover that they weren't even remotely ready because there had been a mistake and the order had been marked for Sunday. I'm told to come back later and they'll try to make the pizzas. Moral of the story: I managed to get the pizza at 9:00 PM with a measly €5 discount on the total...

27/08/2025: We dropped in for lunch and were completely delighted by everything we tried; wine, antipasto, primo, and dolce - it's a must! Waitstaff is particularly attentive and friendly.

30/07/2025: Vi spiste en herlig lunsj her. Nydelig mat og vin, og eksepsjonelt god service. Vi fikk smake ulike årganger av balsamico og andre lokale produkter. Trøffelen var nydelig! Denne restauranten kan absolutt anbefales.

20/09/2025: We've been to this place without knowing it. Emiliano, the host, deserves top marks. Fantastic, plentiful platter. They have a select selection of high-quality wines. Magical atmosphere, the cathedral is at the table with us. Very good ❤️. Impeccable service.

30/06/2025: A lovely, quiet break. The access may seem a bit like a sleepy place, but the grounds and service are well-maintained. The dinner is a bit overpriced; I guess we know you won't leave once you're seated...

11/09/2025: I came here for lunch. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very good. The staff are attentive to customer service. The food looks beautiful but the taste is very bland. The price is expensive and not worth the taste. However, the food may not be suitable for me. It may be suitable for people who eat bland food.

10/09/2025: I'm sorry I can't review the quality of the food, but the rudeness and arrogance of the waitress made us leave before we could try anything. After a long wait at the table, no one had even looked at us. When we asked if we could get something from the counter because our bus was arriving and we had to leave, we were rudely verbally attacked. She didn't have time, so we left. What a shame!

09/09/2025: Good food, I had the Rabbit, my wife had the Cannelloni and a mixed vegetable salad. Service was ok, but we ordered water with gas and got plain. It was not a big deal. Place had a fun, lively atmosphere.

25/08/2025: Great place for a coffee and especially an aperitivo. Now our go to place to take a cold drink and people watch. Love the cafe. People are welcoming. Nice atmosphere and music. Lists of locals and tourists enjoying the Main Street of lively Orvieto 😎

23/06/2025: Super restaurant à la sortie d'Orvieto. Les pâtes au sanglier sont délicieuses tout comme les tagliatelles au ragoût de bœuf que notre fils a dévoré.
