21/07/2025: PESSiMI se potete scappate! Entrati alle 22 il ristorante chiude alle 23!! Chiediamo se la cucina è chiusa... facciamo questo lavoro e sappiamo come comportarsi. Ci fanno accomodare in un rtavolo sporco... e i camerieri scazzatissimi . Ci fanno aspettare oltre 10minuti prima di apparecchiarci. Ancora stava mangiando un signore... Appena ci viene preso l'ordine la titolare ci dice sbrigatevi che la cucina sta chiudendo??? Abbiamo.chiesto all'entrata e mancava ancora un ora alla chiusura! Mi arriva il primo e.mio marito niente... Mentre inizio a mangiare arriva il mio secondo e contorno, ma ho appena iniziato il primo.. infatti non abbiamo spazio sul tavolo e lo mettono su quello accanto e lui ancora niente.... non avevano ancora iniziato a fare la sua pizza... finisco il mio primo, inizio a mangiare il secondo che condivido perché ancora nessuna pizza per lui... mentre mangiamo (contorno ormai freddo ovviamente) arriva il contorno a mio marito che doveva uscire a seguire della pizza non ancora arriviata!! Ci lamentino e finalmente arriva la pizza ma le patate quando doveva mangiarle erano fredde. La cameriera per avere un po di pane non ci guardava... troppo impegnata a parlare sul cellulare e la proprietaria è sparita fino a quando è arrivata a chiedere il conto.. Il ristorante chiudeva alle 23 e noi a quell'ora eravamo già fuori Siamo arrivati un ora prima e vi abbiamo educatamente chiesto se era tardi ma i soldi fanno comodo anche se trattate la gente a pesci in faccia. Questi sono fatti e potete inventarvi qualsiasi scusa nelle risposte.ma ho lo scontrino dove si dimostra che siamo usciti prima delle 23. Lasciate perdere.

19/07/2025: An excellent experience! Everything was impeccable, from the authentic food to the welcoming atmosphere of the trattoria. Special thanks to Elisa, who welcomed us with great kindness and professionalism: her help and service were truly excellent. Kudos also to the rest of the staff, who were attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

16/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant, friendly staff, and a slightly more upscale setting. It was a shame one dish was missing, so we couldn't eat together. Even so, the dish was ordered twice for four people. All in all, we had a delicious meal.

09/06/2025: Stopped by for dinner and everything we ate was delicious from the caprese, risotto, beef and ricotta cheesecake! It was a beautiful spot as well. I highly recommend it if you are staying or stopping by Orvieto.

07/08/2025: Mi encantador y yo disfrutamos del almuerzo aquí con la familia y amigos en 2005 y tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. IT fue con cierta inquietud que devolvimos una partitura más tarde, ya que NO teníamos ningún deseo de disminuir la memoria. IT trae una gran alegría informar que Le Grotte del Funaro no ha perdido nada de su magia. Habíamos enviado un correo electrónico por adelantado para reservar una mesa y estábamos encantados de estar sentados junto a la ventana. Una vista de las ondulantes colinas de Umbría es un glorioso anexo a los procedimientos. Empezamos con la deliciosa panzanella fresca antes de pasar a la lubina y el cochinillo con patatas asadas. Ambos fueron un testimonio de la facilidad con la que las ciudades Italianas superiores de las colinas producen increíble plato tras plato increíble. Lavada con una botella local de Orvieto rossi esta fue otra comida para recordar. ¡Volveremos en 2045!

We stopped at Bottega del Mastro Norcino, an authentic osteria where the flavors are those of times gone by. 🥖🧀 ✅ Homemade cured meats, without preservatives ✅ Local vegetables and salads ✅ Local cheeses with an extraordinary flavor ✅ Original pairings like Pachino cherry tomato jam and pepper jam, a real surprise! A place that truly won us over: 5 well-deserved stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

30/07/2025: We stopped by chance to get a porchetta sandwich (my kids had never had it). Simply put, it was one of the best porchettas we've ever had. The portion size was good (I was just hoping for a bigger sandwich, it was so good).

07/08/2025: Ci siamo stati due volte a pranzo i signori sono simpatici e gentili la proposta di piatti è interessante abbiamo preso ossobuco vitello con piselli e involtini tutto molto buono prezzo nella norma

29/07/2025: Incredible food. It’s rare to get so many dishes that are all that perfect. I loved the prawn ceviche, gazpacho, pigeon dish, lamb dish and the peach + plum dessert. Highly recommend all of those.

28/07/2025: Overall, a positive experience. The quality of the food is unquestionable: excellent ingredients and meticulous preparation. The service is attentive, professional, but never intrusive. If I really had to find a criticism, I found the atmosphere a bit too sparse: one of those places where you almost feel compelled to speak in a low voice. Beautiful, but perhaps too serious for those who enjoy a more lighthearted and convivial dinner.

25/08/2025: We were here a week ago, nothing to complain about the food, really good, they also do gluten-free, but the waiting times for two first courses, and finally for two coffees, when we were basically the only ones there seemed a bit long!

12/08/2025: Average service, the two waitresses were friendly. As for the food, it was truly disappointing. We had an appetizer of cured meats and pecorino, but instead of pecorino, they had a completely different type of cheese. The cuts of meat were badly cooked and completely soaked in oil. I think a cooking class by the chef wouldn't be bad. And finally, the side of baked potatoes was inedible, old and flavored with some spices that didn't quite fit. It's a shame that we ended up here during our two-day stop in Orvieto.

27/07/2025: The food was good, average Umbrian fare. The portions were very generous and filling (especially the appetizer), but nothing special. The value for money is okay. The ambiance is pleasant, but if you sit outside, you have to expect cars to drive past you. The service was attentive and friendly.

04/08/2025: I didn't stay, I was just passing through but the place truly enchanted me so much that I want to spend some time there, suitable for rest and relaxation.

24/07/2025: It takes a long time to get there, the last kilometers are even without asphalt. Our room has a wonderful view of the lake. But - there is no air conditioning in the room! In the hot summer months, this can be simply dangerous to health. Dinner in the fireplace room of the castle is impressive. The food and wine are varied and delicious.

10/08/2025: The food was fantastic. I love Napoletana pizzas. I often look for a place that has them. This is definitely one of the best I've ever had!
