09/04/2026: I have a question, but do you try the products you make? The ingredients are very low-quality, not to mention the fried foods (it's understandable that you use frozen ones), but they're really low-quality. Try them, please! But the service is excellent, courteous, and there's no waiting.

17/05/2026: I was there by chance, not knowing the area I found a rubbery product not very fresh and I was not able to finish the Sashimi because the rice tasted like dish soap which was really disgusting. I absolutely do not recommend it.

21/04/2026: I don't know what some people expect, but this restaurant is clean, the service is fast, and the food is varied and good. The owners are Asian and efficient and polite. I've eaten there several times and have always been very satisfied and have never had any problems. And the quality/price ratio is unmatched: for €24.90 I get about twenty dishes and sake! In another restaurant I would have spent more than €100!

04/08/2026: Maybe we just had a bad night, but every dish had way too much oil and pepper, little flavor, and everything was covered in condiments.

20/07/2026: Extremely long service, exorbitantly high prices, and very poor food quality. The view from the terrace is beautiful, but it doesn't make up for everything else.

22/03/2026: I arrived and paid at the counter. The cashier's friends had been coming for at least 15 minutes and they'd walk right past me. She pretended I didn't exist. I got my money back from the receipt. The cashier was a little mortified, but not that much. You deserve to be closed because you don't know how a business works.

20/03/2026: Stefano has always been a guarantee of efficiency and professionalism. I just had lunch here and had an excellent coffee. Forgive him, very kind! The oil is good for dressing the salad... My dear Stefano! Strong and capable!

24/05/2026: The pastry shop is excellent when the cream isn't spoiled. Let me explain. My father and I were regular customers because the pastry shop is really good, but at least three times we had to throw away the pastries with the cream because it was sour. When I went, the owner refunded me, saying it happens, but the last time with my father, she was really rude. My father waited until no one was around to hear his complaint so as not to embarrass anyone, but the lady told him not to come back because he wouldn't be served. Absurd, you're out of business for us...as you deserve at this point.

30/03/2026: This morning, since a friend and I were passing through, we stopped for breakfast... a croissant (which can only be called a croissant because of its shape) and a cappuccino. We were there 20 minutes later, and we had to run to the bathroom because of severe stomach pains. I won't say anything else out of modesty... I'm also attaching photos of some cakes on display where the strawberries are clearly black... I understand that Easter is in a few days, but Christ is supposed to be resurrected, not strawberries!!!!

15/05/2026: After the San Brizio chapel tried to eat your soul, you need a place to unclench your jaw. La Taverna dell'Etrusco is that place. No gold leaf. No frescoes of demons grinning at your damnation. Just a quiet taverna room, a cold Poretti 4, and a plate of bufala that doesn't ask anything of you except to shut up and eat. This is the antidote to those Bologna pasta factories, the ones running on fumes and TripAdvisor stickers. Here, nobody's performing. The focus is purely on the plate. Heavy local tradition. Zero shouting. The umbrichelli? Goodness me. It's hand-rolled until it gets that silky al dente thing, the kind of structural integrity that doesn't collapse under a proper sauce. Yeah, fork halfway to your mouth, because your brain just short-circuited trying to figure out how something so simple hits so hard. That's not crudeness. That's reverence, and Signorelli, the guy who painted flayed skin and grinning demons, would absolutely respect a man who swears at good pasta. And the sauce: tangy tomato cut with rich pork fat. That's Umbria right there. No apologies. The fat emulsifies into the tomato until it's not a topping anymore, it's a substance. A sauce that coats your mouth like a memory you didn't know you had. You sit there, fork halfway to your mouth, and realize: this is why they've been eating like this for centuries. Not for Instagram. Not for Michelin. Because it's right. You walk out into the Orvieto evening, still cloudy, but the rain has stopped, and for the first time all day, you're not blinking like a trauma survivor. You're just full. And quiet. And that's enough.

14/05/2026: We stopped on the Larth trail. The pork shank was delicious and the service excellent. I highly recommend it. The price was very fair, €20 per person, including an appetizer and main course with side dish.

19/08/2025: Never again! Inedible pizza, dry and hard, and the focaccias are incredibly salty, both in terms of the dough and the price. A focaccia split in half with three slices of salami costs €6, eaten on plastic chairs on the side of a road. The sign "sandwiches and stuffed focaccias" on the side of the road, a must for those coming from Marmore, is a decoy. Tourists passing by at lunchtime (as we were), attracted by the sign and since there are no other focaccia shops nearby, will stop and order, thinking the prices are reasonable, given the location and the products on display. (NOTE THAT THE PRICE IS NOT DISPLAYED!) At the end, they'll be surprised by the bill, as if they'd gone to eat at a restaurant! Extremely expensive, practically non-existent value for money. Terrible

19/08/2025: Terrible experience, don't go! We ordered pizzas and were served with extremely dry dough, with equally questionable toppings, all incredibly salty, but never as much as the bill! Three 8/10 cm long focaccias with three slices of salami for €18 (as if it were Cracco's bakery!), to be eaten on the side of the road on plastic chairs and tables! The pizzas (called pizzas, but calling them pizzas takes courage) were made with a dry, hard dough, poorly rolled out, and cooked to the point of being practically inedible. For those who think "we're in Le Marmore and therefore everything costs more," it's helpful to know that we paid the same amount in the center of Pisa with the Leaning Tower behind us, but we actually ate a slice of edible, delicious pizza sitting at a table outside. We were expecting a more down-to-earth and affordable place given the location, but we were wrong! Further along is the Conad, where lunch is definitely more edible and your wallet is safer!

22/02/2026: Poor-quality, overpriced food: the €10 cheese platter was made with packaged parmesan and mozzarella, carbonara and parmigiana soaked in oil... The bill was decidedly steep!

02/01/2026: We came to this restaurant for Umbria Jazz and had a truly wonderful time. The restaurant is perfect in every way: food, service, location, and decor, everything is meticulously designed. We also chose something off the menu: lentils with sausage, which were truly excellent. The polenta with wild boar, porcini mushrooms, and sausage was simply heavenly. Finally, the desserts: berry tart and tiramisu, both excellent. A truly positive experience: we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

22/09/2025: The gelato is fabulous, with a very detailed flavor selection. We also had a tray of almond, walnut, and chocolate pastries. I can only add that they are spectacular!

21/09/2025: Our experience at this establishment was unfortunately negative. The staff proved unprofessional and rude: when we asked for a non-alcoholic aperitif, we were met with judgmental attitudes and disapproving looks, as if an aperitif could only exist with alcohol. This was a misconception and disrespectful, given that in many establishments, it's perfectly normal to offer non-alcoholic options. The tables weren't adequately cleaned, and the service was disorganized, with orders being forgotten several times. The "aperitif" service was also particularly disappointing: a tiny container of chips, completely inadequate for expectations and the asking price. The prices, in fact, were high and unjustified by either the quality of the products or the level of service. This establishment has potential, but its management fails to convey care or respect for its customers.

19/03/2026: A beautiful hotel...unfortunately, the lack of maintenance means that the rooms have pieces of crumbling plaster and the bathrooms all need redone...the shower had limescale and mold both on the walls and around the taps and accessories and the smell of sewage when everyone used the bathrooms was horrible...the exterior is beautiful, the daily cleaning is excellent, the breakfast is adequate and the staff is kind...I'm sorry to give it only 3 stars but the rooms need revising.

25/02/2026: Mr. Matteo had already demonstrated his helpfulness even before our overnight stay and went out of his way to resolve a problem that wasn't his. Top-notch customer service. I highly recommend him.

13/06/2026: Located just steps from the Duomo, we stopped for a quick lunchtime snack while visiting Orvieto. A nice place, with staff who were initially a bit surly, but who quickly turned out to be friendly and helpful. The food is good and reasonably priced considering the location. Regarding the ambiance, I would have given it 4 stars if it weren't for the bathroom (which was decidedly dirty). It's perfect for a casual snack!

30/05/2026: I stayed at the accommodation upstairs and went there for breakfast. The cappuccino was delicious, and the owner was very kind.😚 Coffee was really delicious. The owner was very kind. Grazie mille!
