07/12/2025: Terrible environment, terrible service, I put higher prices

07/12/2025: When we arrived, everything seemed fine, but it wasn't. The staff was very friendly but disorganized. From the way the dishes were explained, they looked delicious, but our expectations were lowered as soon as the food arrived. We ordered chicory, which arrived lukewarm, almost cold. The glasses weren't washed properly, the hotdog was almost nonexistent, and the arrosticini weren't the best.

13/09/2025: At 7:40 PM, Eurofocaccia stopped making focaccia. After a 15-minute wait...

07/12/2025: A very welcoming place, very friendly staff, and above all, exquisite, high-quality pastries. Recommended for an excellent breakfast with their seafood filled with a variety of creams. Excellent and...recommended!! 👏👏

25/11/2025: I went with my family this morning for breakfast. The place is beautiful and in a great location, but the staff was definitely rude and unfriendly. The coffee was average, nothing special, the tables were dirty, and the service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend it.

18/09/2025: We chose this property for its historic character and its pool. We used it for about two hours because it was full of mosquitoes, and we and other guests had to flee. The area could be disinfected so guests can enjoy relaxing by the pool, but instead we had to go up to our room and then leave. The lobby cleaning was a bit unnecessary, and we would have liked a check-in to be done with a smile. The room and breakfast room were dimly lit, and there was no large mirror. Excellent Italian breakfast. We checked out with a smile, asking: "Are you not using the pool?"... Positive notes for the three of us: historic structure, breakfast, proximity to Orvieto. I'm attaching a photo.

24/06/2025: Came here by chance while traveling, as it is close to the highway - but I'll come back for a vacation for sure after seeing this unique building and the lovely town it is in. People are friendly and laid back, the room is large and has AC, the hotel is clean. Total hidden gem! Highly recommended!!

02/11/2025: Never again. If you think you can eat at this osteria, you're wrong. 1 hour and 45 minutes for a plate of pasta. I've never seen a place so disorganized, the pasta was cold and hard. I just wasted my time. I think certain places shouldn't even open, especially where there are lots of tourists. I'm extremely disappointed. Trust me, you'll be quicker to go somewhere else. A little further up from this osteria, there are plenty of other places where you can eat in a decent amount of time (10-20 minutes) and that serve good food. Don't be fooled by the welcoming entrance. Trust me, don't go here.

02/11/2025: Is it possible to give it 0 stars?!?! We waited over an hour for 3 first courses and 4 second courses...with the restaurant empty...we practically got up and left. They forgot to put a sign that said "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here."

15/11/2025: Very close to Narni's historic center, it offers a variety of first courses and meat-based main courses. The staff is always attentive to their customers' needs.

14/10/2025: While visiting Narni with the excuse of lunchtime, we found this charming restaurant. A pleasant surprise for the atmosphere, courtesy, price, and above all, good food.

18/09/2025: Excellent hotel for a base in Terni and for getting around by car. Very friendly staff, on-site parking, and a restaurant connected to the hotel that's open late. The rooms are a little dated but clean, and the breakfast is small but functional.

17/11/2025: Desideria is a wonderful hostess, extremely passionate about her work and rightly proud of her Locanda, and this is reflected in the quality of her dishes and the warmth that emanates from the restaurant. We particularly appreciated the raw ingredients and the suggestions for off-menu items, but everything was extremely positive, topped off by consistently attentive, calm, and discreet service. We didn't order main courses, but everything, from the olive oil to the pasta and desserts, is homemade, even with original combinations, while maintaining a distinct identity based on a love of tradition and what the local area has to offer. A truly delightful experience that we hope to repeat soon.

09/11/2025: A lovely, rustic, and welcoming place, but it's a shame the experience ended there. We arrived at 1:30 PM, and ordering was a challenge: the waitress, visibly annoyed and not at all friendly, served all the tables that arrived after us, completely ignoring us. Only after calling her back several times did we manage to order three appetizers and three first courses, wine, and water. The appetizers arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but from there, the place was completely empty. We had to ask for bread three times, and we weren't the only ones complaining: the other tables around us also complained about the endless wait. The first courses arrived at 2:45 PM, an hour and a quarter after we ordered. Truly unacceptable. A real shame, because the quality of the food is unquestionable—good, well-prepared dishes, and top-quality ingredients—but everything else ruined the experience. The service was slow, disorganized, and the staff seemed to be doing the customers a favor. To finish, we ordered two tiramisu and two cantucci...the tiramisu arrived promptly, but we had to wait for the cantucci. In short: beautiful place and good food, but the timing and attitude are to be forgotten. Never again.

15/11/2025: Hello, we stayed for three nights in October 2025. Sadly, this property is in dire need of a tidy up, clean and room update. From the doormat to the bathroom, to the outside seating area under a tatty worn out and freyed awning, everything needed a good cleanup! Very disappointing to say the least! I could provide photos but I think this review is enough said.

I've been coming here for years and regularly return for food, not to critique the paintings and/or furniture (which I find very distinctive and authentic). The food is excellent and beautifully cooked. The price is reasonable. Plus, there's reserved parking nearby, and I'd like to emphasize the friendliness of the owner and his family.

23/11/2025: The cutlet was cold and the wait is extremely slow as they serve people who have been here since after us. We ordered water which didn't even arrive and finally they didn't even take the plates, horrible.
