29/03/2026: The food was delicious. Specifically the steak. I can’t believe how good the steak was, me and my family were just walking around looking for a place to eat and we are super lucky that we stumbled soon this place. The service was amazing. The servers gave us our food within minutes and my daughter was especially happy because she loves bread and their bread was delicious. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful literally perfect me and my family loved the vibe. I highly recommend eating here.

07/02/2026: I was so absorbed in my delicious meal that I didn't have time to take a picture, but I still think about it even after I came back to Korea. The staff didn't speak English, so I had a hard time ordering, but they were very friendly. I wanted wild boar, but they said they only served meat for dinner, so I ordered lasagna, spaghetti, salad, and a cola. The lasagna was by far the best. They gave us free bread, and we had to pay a 1.50 euro per person seat fee. If you ask for "Coca-Cola," they'll bring you a cola. The three of us paid a total of 49.50 euros.

18/01/2026: The pizza was very soft and burnt, it didn't rise at all, there wasn't a single thing that was right and I even felt sick.

03/03/2026: I went to this place for breakfast for a week, and the croissants were excellent. I'm sorry to find it so awful. But the service is very slow, and one in particular doesn't serve guests even though there are waiting! It's a shame because the kindness that's missing and better service would be enough.

16/02/2026: Embarrassing service. With the place empty, the blonde lady at the counter forced us to serve ourselves. Without a tray, we brought coffee, water, and desserts to the table, under her annoyed gaze. Such behavior, without a shred of help or courtesy, is shameful. I've never seen such rudeness.

28/06/2026: A terrible bar located at the Orte station but always understaffed, 40 degrees in the summer and they didn't even let me get water because there was little staff, furthermore I'm on anticoagulants and therefore I need more hydration, they are also not very intelligent because they lack flexibility I asked to get a bottle of water given the emergency even though I arrived fifteen minutes early. Great observers of the rules unfortunately they are kids what do we have to do

10/06/2026: An end-of-year dinner to truly forget. A terrible experience from every perspective: broken chairs, completely disorganized service, and an extremely rude and impolite waitress, lacking the slightest hint of professionalism. Confusion reigned at the table: some people were served immediately, while at the table where I and eight others were sitting, the staff had to be constantly reminded to bring drinks, appetizers, and pizza. Two incidents completely made me lose my patience. After repeatedly asking for a pitcher of beer, it arrived very late, and the waitress practically threw it on the table, saying, "Here it is!" The second absurd thing happened with the pizza round: once the first peel was finished, the same waitress told us we had to get up and go get it at the end of the table, far away from us. Imagine, there were about 50 people, 10 of us all getting up from our seats to get a slice of pizza. In 50 years, I've never seen such a poorly organized pizza round. The pizza was also very thin and dry, like eating crackers with tomato sauce and mozzarella. For me, this will definitely be the first and last time. The owner should especially focus on the staff's politeness and hospitality, because these are the things that lose customers.

19/04/2026: There were 13 of us for a pizza tour (which was terribly managed). The service was terrible: the pizzas arrived an hour apart, and even ordering water was a "mission impossible" on par with the Sahara Desert. The dining room was packed and poorly managed. The pizza was acceptable, but there are better pizzerias in Terni. I've had better experiences at Cicalino in the past, but this one is one to forget. We arrived at 8:30 PM and left at 11:50 PM; a wedding dinner would have lasted less. I strongly advise the owner to review the waitress service. If managing 60 people in the ground floor dining room plus birthday parties upstairs is complicated, perhaps it's best not to maximize profit at the expense of service quality. It's a shame, because it has an excellent central location that could attract a lot of people.

04/07/2026: We stopped here while we were waiting for the cave tour. Overpriced subpar food. Bathrooms will be in your nightmares. They make up the prices of the drinks in the cooler 12 euros for 2 bottles of ice tea. Sure the cathedral is a tourist spot by why ruin it by screwing people. Just give good service and serve decent food at a fair price. Orvieto is beautiful, this place is like a wart

12/06/2026: I'm so sorry about the location, right in front of Orvieto's magnificent cathedral. The food is of poor quality, the service is so lazy, and above all, the thought that they're doing you a favor makes everything seem questionable! After lunch (we were satisfied!), we asked for the bill, which arrived in two seconds with a penciled-in note and a NON-TAX receipt. When we asked for a receipt, we were given the same NON-TAX document. We felt so cheated that we went to the cashier to resolve the situation! Taxes are due! The customer pays what they're asked for, and the restaurant MUST issue a receipt. People shouldn't be fooled... that's all!
