Because of the bad reviews, I wanted to try the restaurant myself. The waiter is a bit eccentric, but after a brief initial hiccup, he was very friendly and attentive. The fish dishes and the appetizer platter were excellent. The price was reasonable. Perhaps I'm just not that sensitive, since as a native of Cologne I'm used to the service of our traditional brewery waiters.

This restaurant is located along the road leading up to Avigliano Umbro (a short walk away). The entrance is on the side, and the door is unmarked. Once inside, you pass through an anteroom that leads to the dining room and bathrooms. The main problem is that the dining room, partly due to the covered outdoor veranda, doesn't get much natural light, and the light bulbs don't compensate much. The result is a slightly gloomy atmosphere. The bathrooms could also use an overhaul: encrusted sink faucets send water in all directions, a toilet tank wrapped in cellophane, perhaps to prevent splashes, and a changing table that's unclear when it was last cleaned. This is a real shame, because the service is friendly and helpful, the menu is truly interesting, and the dishes are plentiful and well-prepared. Prices are reasonable, offering excellent value.

Excellent restaurant near a beautiful village. We ate delicious tagliolini allo scoglio and a fabulous fried calamari and shrimp. Highly recommended ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

During our wanderings, we came across this restaurant... I have to say, it's not bad, especially considering the prices, which, in my opinion, are fair... We ordered an appetizer, first course, and second course with side dishes... the organic red wine from the Antonelli winery was also excellent. If we pass through this area again, we'll definitely be back...

The service was friendly, but the food, while quite good, arrived partially cold. The tagliata in particular (served on very cold plates) didn't retain its heat and was cold from the start. What a shame!

Very friendly and the pilgrim's menu at €20 is very generous.

The owners are friendly and willing to accommodate dietary needs. For the price I paid, I wasn't expecting a luxury apartment, but it's a shame because it's a truly beautiful place, but unfortunately, it's not well-maintained! It has great potential; if you took better care of it, your stay would be much more enjoyable. It's a sight to behold!
