On Easter Monday I had the pleasure of eating in this enchanting place that I had heard a lot about, Borgo della Marmotta. Immersed in a place that seems out of time, surrounded by beauty and tranquility, we had lunch enjoying excellent quality local products. From the broad bean pie with Reggiano fondue, delicious, to the knife-fried ham and homemade pasta, special. The top was the stuffed pigeon with Vin Santo crouton, a real dive into the flavors of childhood in the Umbrian countryside. Friendly service and great wine. It was a beautiful day that I hope to repeat soon.
