27/02/2025: My stay was LOVELY, I found a very welcoming, clean, well-kept environment, with particular attention to the guest. The staff is always very helpful and kind, a special thanks to Giulia from the SPA center and Marco from the bar/restaurant service, very attentive, who pampered and spoiled me! I needed total relaxation and well-being and here I found exactly what I was looking for! The room was wonderful, equipped with every comfort and very convenient for accessing the wellness center. Thank you for making my stay a beautiful memory and we will definitely see you again in the autumn.

23/02/2025: Abbiamo pranzato al " Bottaccione " domenica 23 febbraio ,il locale era pieno ma ci hanno immediatamente trovato una sistemazione. Il servizio è stato eccellente malgrado la molta clientela presente, e rapido .Ho ritrovato sapori ed atmosfere che pensavo di aver, ormai, dimenticato. Ottimi gli antipasti, il vino generoso e non " traditore ", sia i primi - tagliatelle fatte in casa al sugo di cinghiale - che i secondi - il " friccò " eugubino - ci hanno pienamente soddisfatti. Al momento del conto nessuna sorpresa, perfettamente in linea con la maggioranza delle trattorie e ristoranti frequentati nel corso degli anni. Il personale mai invadente, il bagno molto pulito, l' ambiente genuinamente rustico. Merita davvero la sosta.

Not happy with the impression he made, while he was taking command he delighted (poor guy) with rude and certainly not appreciated jokes. I have visited all the restaurants in Gubbio and I am strongly convinced that this is the worst place (if you can call it that) I have ever ended up in. Not to mention the high prices, trust me if you have to eat a sandwich or anything else go anywhere except here. Unless you don't like the degradation of this truly squalid service.

09/02/2025: Ospite con me un giornalista del tg1 preso menù da 28 € escluse bevande ci siamo trovati a pagare 41 € a testa Premetto abbiamo ordinato 2 bott. d'acqua 35cl.di vino rosso e 35cl. di vino bianco vino della casa per un totale di 16 € se sapevo tutto ciò avremmo stappato una bella bottiglia di vino di marca sicuramente almeno l'avremmo scelta noi e sicuramente speso di meno Menù Sformato al tartufo nero buona Tagliolini buoni Rosbif di maialino freddo e salatissimo

03/01/2025: Pranzo tra amici fantastico, abbiamo mangiato benissimo dagli antipasti ai primi secondi e dolci favolosi. Il personale è super gentile, Leonardo molto professionale e ci ha anche spiegato la città. Si sta super comodi, anche con i bambini, sono stati accolti benissimo e fatti mangiare prima di noi adulti, inoltre hanno avuto modo di muoversi, poiché i tavoli sono distribuiti molto bene all interno della sala. Lo consigliamo e se torniamo a Gubbio sicuramente mangeremo di nuovo li.

Hanno avuto anche la gentilezza di cambiarci un primo piatto (fettuccine al ragù bianco di chianina al posto degli squisiti gnocchi) causa apparecchio di mio figlio. Veramente un’esperienza da consigliare. Il personale presente ma non invadente ha dato quel tocco di relax in più. Davvero complimenti
