The portions were excellent and plentiful, and most importantly, they cooked special meals for my allergies. The staff was fast, patient, and professional. Top, top, top. Definitely worth a try.

25/11/2025: The hotel has a great location and is a really beautiful building. The facilities are good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, and they make an effort to offer healthy options. Unfortunately, it's not clear where the eggs, ham, fruit, etc., come from. A declaration indicating whether the food is locally produced or organic would be desirable. Another point to consider: For travelers without children or those who prefer adults-only rooms, a weekday stay is recommended. On Saturday nights, there are many families with children of all ages. This noticeably increases the noise level, especially around the pool and in the rooms in the evening. Designating hallways and rooms as adults-only would be advisable. Overall, we would come back. The positives outweigh the negatives!

29/10/2025: A former convent converted into a hotel, we stayed at this hotel for three nights in August. The hotel is truly charming due to its setting. There are numerous rooms, each purpose-built, tastefully decorated, with carefully selected furniture, all blending into a sophisticated atmosphere. The hotel offers a wide range of spa and massage services. The indoor heated pool saved us on days with uncertain and chilly weather. They have a very well-equipped gym, complete with Technogym equipment, something rare in Italian hotels. Their on-site restaurant deserves special mention. Impeccable service, exquisite dishes, and a tasteful, classy, ​​and original decor. We were all very satisfied and amazed. The following observations are simply suggestions to help make this property even better than it already is: - We noticed a fairly large difference between the corridors and rooms on the ground floor and those on the first floor. It's true that the superior rooms are better, but making the environment aesthetically uniform and welcoming on all floors would make them feel more homogeneous. - The elevators could use an update. - The breakfast service could be much more professional, welcoming, and attentive. For three consecutive mornings, no one came to our table to ask what we'd like to drink or eat. I repeatedly pointed out missing items from the buffet. The service is also inattentive when it comes to delivering coffee. It would also be nice to be escorted to our table upon arrival. - The bathrooms by the indoor pool could be cleaner. - Closing the gym during lunchtime doesn't make much sense, although I understand the need since it's located within the spa area. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we'll definitely return.

30/10/2025: Frankly, €25 for a plate of pasta (badly cooked and seasoned), some stuffed vegetables, and four meatballs seems like a bit of a premium to me; it's a deli after all. Aside from the pasta, the rest of the food wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either, considering that during the days I was in the area for work, for the same amount, I ate at restaurants that were far superior in every way. The service was perhaps a bit too stressful...

27/09/2025: A pleasant discovery on a day trip to Gubbio. Simple, tasty cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and a friendly staff.

14/12/2025: We booked today for 2:00 PM and were assigned a table near the door that kept opening due to the constant coming and going of customers. The air was cold, and we mentioned the problem to the staff, who didn't hesitate to move us. I'm a restaurateur and I understand that on days like these, every little problem is a big problem, but the staff made things right with us, smiling, and we had a truly wonderful time. The food was excellent, and the menu was high-quality, even for celiacs. In our group, we have a friend with a gluten allergy, and finally, for the first time, I saw her eat a full meal, ordering from a variety of dishes. Furthermore (and here's the professional bias), in a place with stone walls, I didn't see a speck of dust on the myriad of wine bottles on display. Well done, restaurants like this should be held up as an example. Congratulations

14/12/2025: I went to this restaurant with friends. It was a super positive experience. The food was excellent. They have an a la carte menu, as well as a set menu with well-made options. The atmosphere was very nice, well-kept, and authentic. The staff was young, friendly, helpful, polite, and very kind. Plus, being celiac, I didn't have to miss out on anything; I ate very well, and they're also certified. Well done, guys! We'll definitely be back.
