15/02/2025: Kindness and uniqueness that distinguish a welcoming and warm location. Excellent quality raw materials, good value for money, I recommend both for a quick aperitif and for a tasting lunch and/or dinner.

20/03/2025: Very cold place with continuous cold air. An appetizer of 4 slices of ham and 4 pieces of cheese. Poor and stale grilled food... a quarter of red wine 5 euros... 50 euros.. all for one person.. A shame. If he fails, he deserves not to work.

22/01/2025: Il cibo non è male, cameriera con fretta di sparecchiare( e vabbeè ci sta) ma quello che mi ha lasciato senza parole è l'odore di candeggina( sicuramente avevano già iniziato a pulire mentre era ancora orario del servizio cena) il titolare che fumava all'interno e dulcis in fundo un signore che passa con la busta del topicida davanti a noi. È normale? Sicuramente non ti invogliano a tornare

07/04/2025: Location with a beautiful view of Orvieto, but being directly overlooking the A1 and the high-speed railway line there is constant background noise that cannot be ignored. Clean rooms but a little neglected: in the bathroom of our room there was no bidet, replaced by a rather poorly placed shower head, and on the toilet there was a seat much smaller than the toilet, which was also in bad shape. Dinner to forget: long waits, low quality and even a dog from the property wandering among the tables. Not only that, we were also treated with arrogance in response to our polite complaints about dishes that were absolutely not up to standard. Never again!

16/03/2025: Beautiful place surrounded by greenery. Clean room, plentiful breakfast, and excellent dinner. I highly recommend it. And not to mention the friendliness of all the staff.

01/01/2025: Malgrado la cucina eccellente, ottime le tagliatelle al tartufo e la focaccia, a causa della scortesia di una delle cameriere che ci ha servito, non torneremo più. Vorrei distinguere tra una cameriera bionda, molto carina, gentile e sorridente e l’altra che ci ha accolto che non ci guardava nemmeno in faccia. A quest’ultima ho domandato come fosse un dolce che aveva un nome umbro che non chiariva che tipo di piatto fosse e senza quasi guardarmi in faccia mi ha risposto: “è un tipico dolce umbro”. Senza aggiungere altro. Che bella scoperta! Ho dovuto rifare la domanda suggerendo delle possibilità: “si ma com’è? È una torta, un tortino, boh”. Risposta: “sì un tortino tipico umbro.” Ovviamente nessuno ha preso il dolce. Oltre a questo, la porta dietro di noi (fuori c’erano 0 gradi) era sempre lasciata aperta, senza che nessuno si curasse del nostro benessere. Se fossimo stati serviti solo dalla ragazza bionda, saremmo probabilmente rimasti soddisfatti e saremmo tornati. L’assenza totale di cortesia e professionalità della cameriera mora con i capelli raccolti che ci ha seguiti maggiormente, ci h fatto uscire scontenti malgrado la bontà della cucina. Peccato

24/02/2025: Ristorante chiuso da tempo, settimane, mesi? Non si sa. Prenotato online su the Fork, con tanto di email di conferma della prenotazione....... e poi arrivato sul posto, tutto chiuso. Non è corretto.

28/01/2025: Abbiamo mangiato molto bene all’Abbazia in una caldissima serata di estate che si è un po’ “raffreddata” nel momento del conto finale. Di altissima qualità gli spaghettoni con gamberi diMazarra e la loro bisque,buoni anche il polipo su vellutata di patate e zafferano e la guancia/spalla? di maiale,il tutto accompagnato da una buona bottiglia di bianco(non ricordo tipo e cantina),buono ma non eclatante.Tutto molto buono ma,esclusi gli spaghetti,nulla che giustificasse un prezzo finale a nostro avviso esagerato(€ 65 cadauno x 4 persone). Gentile il personale di sala,anzi cortile,seppur non particolarmente presenti e professionali. Complimenti a tutti anche se a certe cifre scegliamo altri posti del cuore.

15/02/2025: La porchetta non era una porchetta, ma una pancetta abbrustolisa fuori e lessa dentro. Abbiamo ordinato delle pizze, ma dopo un'ora non abbiamo visto niente.

17/02/2025: We had an unforgettable Valentine's Day. Excellent service and excellent food, which we already knew from previous dinners here. It's a shame about the constant coming and going of smokers who often left the door open despite the staff's requests.

31/01/2025: A truly pleasant experience in this restaurant on the fifth floor of a hotel in the center of Terni, a few steps from the station. The environment is elegant and with attention to detail, with a relaxing atmosphere. The dishes are prepared expressly and you can feel the quality of the ingredients, everything is really tasty. The service is impeccable: the girl who served me was very kind, attentive and helpful, making dinner even more pleasant. I recommend this restaurant to those looking for excellent cuisine in a refined context.

18/08/2024: Extraordinarily good food made almost entirely from the products of their own farm, as well as wild edible plants. Amazing soup, excellent meat, delicate sheep's milk ricotta with their own honey and walnuts as dessert. Very friendly and funny owners. I will be back!

10/04/2025: Good hotel. The location is excellent for work but the rooms are very old, the furnishings are very worn and the walls have marks that have been there for several years. Not to mention the carpet, it retains dust and in fact my allergies were affected.

31/03/2025: Hotel with a particular and pleasant style. Convenient location for traveling by car in the area. Clean and recently renovated rooms and bathrooms. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Convenient 24-hour concierge. Non-soundproof rooms and breakfast with various products but quality to be reviewed. All in all, good value for money.
