We met Claudio Capitini and his gastronomy by chance, while passing through Perugia. We were enchanted not only by the quality of what it offers (the ice cream in particular holds up to comparison with any other tasted in much more renowned places in Italy and elsewhere), but by its history and the stories that Claudio generously shares about its ingredients, on suppliers/friends, on his personal history and, more generally, on a correct approach to food production and consumption. These days, it seems like a lot. Thank you again for your welcome and for this precious discovery, we hope to see you again soon.
