Beautiful restaurant served by exceptional people

We really enjoyed our stay at this restaurant during our visit to Norcia. The service was prompt, with the dishes served in a more than satisfactory timeframe, and everything we ate was delicious. A special mention goes to the tagliatelle with truffles, truly excellent and rich in flavor. Another very convenient feature is the large free parking lot right in front of the restaurant, making arrival easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Norcia and looking for an excellent lunch or a pleasant dinner. We will gladly return!

We went for Easter and were truly satisfied. The cuisine was superb: carefully prepared dishes, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. From the soft egg with Parmesan fondue and truffle to the lamb coratina. The risotto with asparagus, saffron, and stracciatella was also excellent, creamy and balanced, and the tagliatelle with goose ragù was truly flavorful. Special mention for the lamb cooked three ways (baked, fried, and cacciatore style): a standout dish, beautifully done. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available, perfect for this type of establishment. The location is very well-kept, elegant yet relaxed, the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease. A place where you eat truly well, we would gladly return.
