10/03/2025: Excellent culinary alternative to Perugia. Very small place to dine on site. Good food, very good lamb. It's a shame that the focaccias, naan bread and roti that he took away when he got home were as hard as stones.

His mother, Maria Grazia, has a gift in the kitchen. Whatever she’s cooking, I’m having. I’ve been going here for a couple of years and have never been disappointed. But this time, Maria Grazia’s lasagna topped them all. Remarkably tender and flavorful, perfectly balanced, every ingredient present without one overshadowing the others. Such skill. If you have a chance to order her frittata, do. It’s the ultimate comfort food. Paired with a Cantina Foresi Orvieto Classico, you can’t go wrong. Plus! The location and ambiance cannot be beaten. Do it.

Thanks to the large car park of the shopping centre, it remains extremely convenient and easily accessible, it follows the same opening hours and is therefore open continuously from morning until evening. 04/03/2025: THE BEST IN UMBRIA My boyfriend and I were looking for a perfect place to relax and the structure and quality of services exceeded my expectations. SPA AND SPA: very nice structure, welcoming, CLEAN and VERY WELL maintained, small (but it fits). There are two thermal pools (and not three, from what I understand, given that the third 'tub' is connected to the outdoor pool and therefore has normal, freezing water as it is winter). The thermal water was lukewarm, one slightly hotter than the other, but we would have preferred them slightly hotter (both us and the other guests, hearing what they said). More or less useful information: In the changing room there is no toilet that you find in the spa, but a shower equipped with soap (excellent) and lockers with keys. Excellent quality-price here too. ADVICE for the structure: fire or change whoever creates the site. In addition to not doing you justice, it lacks a lot of useful information: for example your SERVICES (unclear and thrown away), THE spa TREATMENTS (named with "treatments", but you don't know what they are, especially if you expect someone to book them for you before arriving at the facility), THE PRICES (you can't even see a shadow of them), as well as good storytelling. Furthermore, when I called and asked about spa treatments I was told that THEY DIDN'T EXIST, and the prices I was told were different. I was sorry there was this communication/information error, but we still had a wonderful and RELAXING day. Very professional, helpful and patient staff. I will definitely come back and ask to speak directly with the spa center so I can book your massages☺️

02/02/2025: Siamo arrivati e ci siamo seduti alle 20:00 in punto e ci siamo alzati da tavola a mezzanotte, praticamente un ricevimento ad un matrimonio dura meno! Ho cenato diverse altre volte in ristoranti gourmet anche stellati ma mai una cena è durata così tanto, tempi inspiegabilmente biblici, mezzora di orologio tra il pre-dessert e il dessert. Si può scegliere tra tre diversi menù degustazione, i piatti sono curati, di ottima fattura e buonissime materie prime, alcuni abbinamenti azzardati ad esempio ostrica con porcini fermentati, il sapore di questi ultimi non pervenuto. Stessa cosa dicasi per i tagliolini la cui crema di carciofi copriva tutto il resto. Detto questo se dopo cena avevate programmato altro vi toccherà disdire, non si esce prima di 4 ore!

14/12/2024: Grazie per questo viaggio che ci ha fatto sognare, tutti gli studi dello chef li abbiamo ritrovati nei piatti e nella loro presentazione, eravamo dubbiosi sulla scelta del menù degustazione , invece si è rivelato una scoperta dietro l’altra….in questi anni sei cresciuto molto!
