07/09/2025: The ice cream? Wonderful! You have to try it. And after that, an amaro. But not just any amaro. We were advised at/behind the counter to try the Amaro Montenegro. Very good. And there were lots of nice people there, a very authentic atmosphere.

25/08/2025: I ate here at the end of August and it was very hot; unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't on, so we sweated throughout the dinner. I ordered a ham and mushroom pizza (€8), but I was served a speck and mushroom pizza, which seemed to have been defrosted and cooked on the spot, with the dough difficult to cut. Overall, however, thanks to the kindness of the waitresses, I wouldn't give it less than 3 stars.

06/03/2025: Andiamo spesso in questo ristorante quando siamo a Terni. Ottima la location. Vi abbiamo cenato per due giorni e per la prima volta abbiamo provato le pizze (salsiccia e friarelli). Molto buona la lievitazione, non molto basse e con un bel cornicione gustate con della birra scura. La sera seguente dal Menù Ristorante (molto interessante) abbiamo gustato l'ovetto fritto col tartufo (veramente squisito), i paccheri, la tagliata, la faraona ed un ottimo dolce. Tutti piatti eccellenti, ottimi prodotti e ben cucinati dallo chef Paolo. Un particolare da non sottovalutare è la presenza della cucina a vista, che deve risultare sempre pulita ed in ordine. Questa lo era (bravo lo chef e la sua brigata). Il conto sicuramente in linea con quello che abbiamo mangiato. Una nota positiva anche per il personale impeccabile.. molto competente e professionale Giuliano che gestisce ottimamente la sala e molto brava anche la giovanissima cameriera Margherita che ci ha servito, gentile, solare e sempre molto attenta. 25/09/2025: I was invited by some friends to dine at the Perugia Tennis Club restaurant. I have to say, five stars aren't enough! Everything was delicious, even the wine list, while not extensive, was excellent. Patrizia, who looked after us, was truly a pleasant surprise: a very cheerful and cheerful person, always ready to please and offer advice. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

27/06/2025: We stopped here for dinner, parked the car, and attended a concert at the Basilica di San Pietro. The food was very good and reasonably priced, and the owner was very friendly.

26/09/2025: Once again, we had the pleasure of dining at La Locanda del Capitano... this time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Having lived in Umbria for the past four and a half years, we have grown to truly appreciate fine food and wine, and for me as a passionate food and wine lover, there is simply no better place than this culinary jewel in Montone. Chef Giancarlo Polito is more than just a master in the kitchen... he is a true gentleman. His genuine care for his guests and his dedication to creating unforgettable dining experiences set this restaurant apart. Every visit feels special, thanks to the perfect combination of exquisite cuisine, warm hospitality, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay much longer. We absolutely love it here, and La Locanda del Capitano continues to be one of the highlights of our life in Umbria.

27/07/2025: After docking in Otranto with our yacht, we dined at Al Tartufo Restaurant. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, and the staff was extremely professional. The dishes, many of which were enhanced with truffles, were a surprising discovery: balanced flavors and impeccable presentation. A restaurant worth a visit if you want to experience Otranto with a touch of exclusivity.

31/08/2025: Absolutely not! We were here for a ceremony but the disorganization was shocking! The service was improvised, they didn't even know how to serve French style!! Better to plate it at this point! We ate very late (midnight). Overcooked pasta, sauce that tasted of nothing. Poor quality ham! Absolutely not recommended!

20/08/2025: We had dinner last night, everything was delicious and plentiful. Mauro brought complimentary appetizers, focaccia and bruschetta, all delicious. For the first course, excellent strangozzi with porcini mushrooms, and for the second course, lamb with excellent baked potatoes. All washed down with a lovely bottle of Sagrantino. The bill was very fair, excellent value for money.

18/07/2025: Il ristorante ha, dei tavoli all' aperto, il menù non è ampio ma con prodotti di qualità. Gli affettati, e la guancia molto erano buoni. Bisogna prenotare specialmente quando ci sono feste a Spello.

17/07/2025: Very nice location, with available parking. Very cold inside due to the air conditioning. The main problem was one: we ordered vegetarian sushi, but the avocado wasn't ripe yet, so it was very hard to chew.

12/07/2025: The staff are always very friendly, the place is cozy, and the menu has some great options. The waiters are all very kind, welcoming, and friendly. The ravioli are all very good, as are the tartare, carpaccio, and sashimi, and there are even some differences in the seasonings for the various cuts. I've tried a few main courses, and the grilled shrimp are my favorite. The rolls are quite filling, but they're worth a try, especially the spicy ones. A small but delightful restaurant with free parking in front. For dinner, the all-you-can-eat menu is €25.90, plus a €1 cover charge, and water, which costs €1.50 for a 50cl bottle and €3 for a 75cl bottle. Plus, if you're local, you can also get a stamp card; for every so many stamps, you get a little gift. I think it's my favorite chilled-out sushi spot.
