22/11/2025: We used the spa, but the welcome was rude and bordering on rude (especially the long-haired receptionist). Don't ask her questions, she'll get irritated! The spa was a nice setting, but nothing spectacular, given the location, our expectations were too high. The water temperature was slightly cold, and the relaxation area had staff who shouted like they were at a stadium. Positive points? NONE.

20/11/2025: Intrigued by this property after watching the episode of 4 Hotels, I finally stayed at the Posta Donini recently. Starting with its strengths, the property is beautiful, well-maintained, and surrounded by a magnificent park. Another highlight is the restaurant, where we ate divinely. As for the spa, it's small but pleasant nonetheless. On both days, we were the only ones there during our booked time slot, allowing us to enjoy the experience in complete tranquility. On the first day, there was a small issue with the pool temperature, but the staff was very attentive and, as an apology, offered us a face mask during our massage the following day, a gesture we truly appreciated. Our only complaints were the room, which was a bit warm, and the breakfast, where, while everything was very good and of good quality, we would perhaps have appreciated a greater variety in the savory options.

27/01/2026: A great breakfast bar, offering a wide selection of sweet and savory treats. The pastry counter is tempting, and there's a wide variety of croissants (chocolate, apricot jam, berry jam, cream, and even whole wheat), plus a wide selection of mini pastries, and a top-notch savory selection, including many pastries and sandwiches. The atmosphere is family-friendly and very down-to-earth!

09/03/2026: Nice place, attentive and kind staff. Fast service, good food and we spent less than we thought... good also because it was March 8th (yesterday) and the place was full.

20/10/2025: The best in this region! The food and service are fantastic; everything is just right here. This hotel has been a favorite with me since I was a child, and now, as parents, we feel the same enthusiasm in our children: They want to return immediately! You can tell you're welcome here, even as a child. The location is top-notch and a great starting point for many things to do in the region or in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The staff is extremely well-trained and a motivated part of this successful concept. A place that creates memories and connects generations. 💫

27/07/2025: An absolutely top-class hotel. We stayed there for a week and felt completely at home. From the room to the service, the food, and the entire outdoor facilities, everything was top-notch. Perfect value for money. We'll be back, thank you so much for everything!

12/10/2025: Good lunch but a never-ending wait...a first course arrived after an hour and was cold, the same for the second course, there were a lot of people and they didn't know how to manage the customers, not enough staff, a shame because the taste was good but cold for a lunch that lasted almost 3 hours.

24/08/2025: Quick pizza?! Apparently not! We arrived at 8:00 PM and ate our two Margherita pizzas at 9:30 PM! Despite our urging, no one bothered to say anything. The best part? People who arrived after us were already paying the bill!

11/03/2026: Honestly, I had high expectations. Friendly, welcoming, and I'm Aic (Italian Association of Certified Gluten-Free Eaters), so all the dishes are gluten-free, but I was miserable all night! Terrible experience. I don't know if the ingredients weren't fresh since the place was empty, if there was contamination, or if the lamb was undercooked... But it was a terrible dinner. Plus, the prices were high.

15/02/2026: We took two tourist menus for €16 and the food was fantastic and plentiful!!!!

21/01/2026: Regular customer but unfortunately this evening it was clear that the owner was not there. We did not like the food or the service at all. The waitress was very rude and above all the restaurant was dirty.
