Hyper local products. Pasta made in house.
We had the plate of the day pasta with guanciale and one with pesto. Both excellent.
Would go again and again.

13/12/2025: Unfortunately, we all got sick... two separate groups on two different nights left with severe stomach pains. Having said that, although I already consider it serious, I can say that the dishes are talked about way too much, creating a lot of anticipation that isn't found in the actual tasting. There's a lot of effort and it shows, but some important aspects still need to be addressed. There's room for improvement.

24/02/2026: We went for lunch on Sunday: two families with young children. We had a great time: the food was excellent, the atmosphere was comfortable. I felt like I was back in time when we ate simple, authentic food and had time to sit around the table and talk, without constant commitments or rushing. It was an experience of excellent food and relaxing with good company! Highly recommended! Plus, excellent value for money.

A unique and excellent tavern nestled in the charming village of Collepino.
Traditional dishes and fresh ingredients are excellently prepared.
A welcoming, traditional, family atmosphere, and Niky is very friendly and helpful.
Organized, relaxed, and reasonably priced.
They let our dog in with no problem.
A round of liqueurs and coffee is offered.
If you're not into gourmet cuisine and excessive prices, this is where you should refuel!

28/10/2025: I haven't had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant yet, but I want to compliment the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
I usually order through Deliveroo, but this evening the service was down: I called and the person on the phone was really kind, reactivating it right away.
The pizza, as always, was delicious—it's been a while since I've had one like this in Terni!
Coming from a family of restaurateurs, I really appreciate thoughtful gestures like this: they're not at all predictable. 😊
