We ordered the tartare and the sirloin, excellent meat and very successful preparation. We are left looking forward to the next visit... Well done Hourglass and well done Emiliano.

21/05/2025: Happened upon this place by chance, very much a case of serendipity. It’s a delightful restaurant where the chef kindly came out of the kitchen to give us a full run down of all the dishes and how they are made. Such tough decisions when everything sounded so delicious. We all opted for primi and secondi and were so glad we did because we wouldn’t want to have missed out. Every dish was a taste revelation. You can tell that this is a chef who is really passionate about what he does. My roast duck with mashed potato, caramelised apple and mustard was out of this world but my three companions would argue that they each had the best dish. And while the food was exceptionally good, it was matched by the incredible wine selection, the ambience and the very calm and knowledgable owner and chef. We‘ll be back…often!

20/05/2025: Recommended place for those who stop for a vacation or relaxing day but above all an excellent location for ceremonies or parties of all kinds. Excellent location, cuisine with refined and tasty dishes. Swimming pool, cozy rooms and services of all kinds. Highly recommended.

27/04/2025: We stayed at this farmhouse for a few days and the experience was really positive. The structure is very beautiful, with attention to detail and immersed in a quiet and relaxing environment. The staff proved to be extremely kind, helpful and prepared, making the stay even more pleasant. The cuisine is excellent, with genuine dishes and authentic local flavours. The value for money is also very good. The only small aspect to improve concerns the comfort of the beds and pillows, which were not particularly comfortable. Overall, a stay I highly recommend!

14/06/2025: We were there two nights in a row and that already gives you an idea of ​​how good we had it. Dishes cooked with passion from times gone by. A round of applause for the chef. We were welcomed with cordiality and sympathy and "spoiled" by Chiara and her young colleague. When we pass by Assisi again we will definitely return

18/06/2025: Unforgettable dinner in a breathtaking setting: outdoors, in the cool of the Umbrian countryside, with a view of a small castle and the company of elegant peacocks walking around. Cuisine with attention to the smallest details: basil buttons with buffalo mozzarella and candied tomatoes to applaud, guinea fowl with spinach cooked to perfection and a really well-balanced strawberry and salted caramel cheesecake. Dishes that were not only tasty, but also beautiful to look at, served in tasteful artisanal ceramics. A special thanks to Orlando, our waiter: kind, professional, with a simple and elegant presence that made the evening even more enjoyable. Listening to him describe the dishes was a pleasure. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, beauty and authenticity. To return, without a doubt.

26/06/2025: The food was okay, but the portions were small for the price. The Aperol wasn't on the menu, so we were very surprised to see €12 for a glass. A large beer was €8. Would we recommend the restaurant? No, tourist nep!

15/05/2025: Reading the other reviews I almost feel ashamed. Very nice staff and fantastic location. However, with the cuisine we are not there at all. I had some insignificant bruschetta and a monoblocco carbonara, my friend a pizza, insufficient judgment

07/06/2025: To eat outside without having to leave Spoleto I don't think there is a better place for a pizza with the family....everything is delicious I recommend the Divina!!!!!
