The owner runs everything herself, and she's incredibly sweet, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend this restaurant for an unusual experience and excellent food. We'll definitely be back.

22/11/2025: Today, at the Osteria del Mandorlo, where you can rediscover the ancient flavors of Umbrian tradition, I enjoyed truly sublime strozzapreti with almonds, radicchio, and pancetta, with a perfect consistency, and chicken cacciatore, reminiscent of the cuisine once enjoyed in our grandmothers' homes. 10/09/2025: Beautiful place with friendly reception and provides amazing massages. The pool is a bonus for sunny days. Food is OK, rooms attractive but very hot, with thin walls to hear others talking in adjacent rooms, and the bed wakes you every time a bare movement is made due to loud creaking. Would I return? No, as the massages and pool alone isn't a big enough selling factor.

17/11/2025: The pizza was excellent, and even though it was busy, we managed to get a table for four, and the service was quick considering the number of customers. It was admittedly a bit loud, but we were still able to converse decently.

09/12/2025: The managers, or whoever they represent, seem to be busy with too many things at once, forgetting that they have people in front of them who provide for their livelihood. Unfortunately, the rooms show obvious neglect: abandoned with no attention to maintenance, with dirty walls and silicone in need of replacement in that makeshift and outdated shower stall. Cleanliness was present, but it can't replace the need for proper maintenance. As for the pizza, don't call it pizza: it was more like an open-faced piadina.

22/11/2025: On our way back from a trip, we stopped at the first restaurant we saw on the map. We just ate there for lunch. The menu was typical of the area, excellent quality, generous portions, and average prices... I recommend it.

16/11/2025: We preferred it because it's a little further away from the city center. We ate very well. The pappardelle with white wild boar ragù was delicious! Also recommended for the kindness of the owners. Excellent value for money.

02/12/2025: We had our wedding at this incredible venue over the weekend of October 16–18, and it was absolutely perfect! We had over 100 guests, and the space was ideal, spacious, elegant, and perfectly arranged for everyone. Initially, we were a bit worried about the weather, but everything turned out beautifully. Even when it got chilly in the evenings, the venue had a lovely indoor space for the party actually, two fantastic spaces, one for Friday night and another for Saturday. A huge thank you to Giorgia, our amazing wedding planner, and her brothers who manage the venue. Giorgia not only helped bring all my visions to life from making adjustments on a specific wedding cake flavor to finding the best vendors for every detail but she also kept me calm throughout the entire planning process, always there when I needed her and answering every question. On Friday evening, we had the pleasure of a special DJ set that had all our guests dancing all night long! The food was absolutely AMAZING 100 out of 10! The location was breathtaking, and even though we had events throughout the weekend, the venue provided a new space or area for each one. Our guests loved discovering a new part of the venue each time it made the weekend feel so special and dynamic. We couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more beautiful venue for our wedding weekend

21/10/2025: What a magical place. We were there for a wedding and the organization is just on point, professional yet somehow you almost feel like they are part of the family. All events were well orchestrated and the food was devine, something to please everyone. The Castello is beautiful with vines growing all over the walls, flowers and trees of all sorts naturally groomed, many different spaces and activities including pool table tennis and a pool. The only down side is the stink bugs, harmless but annoying but part of being in nature. HIGHLY recommend ❣️
