23/07/2024: If you want to unplug from the chaos of the city, this is the right place. A location with attention to the smallest details. After spending a wonderful day at the pool, chef Stefano delighted us with his fantastic dishes. Great experience, we will be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended
20/07/2024: Positively surprised by this beautiful, well-kept and well-kept place where you can eat excellent quality food. It is surrounded by greenery which makes it even more relaxing. Familiar, helpful and competent staff and really good food.
Both internally and externally the place is very beautiful, I recommend it for both Italians and foreigners.

08/08/2024: Eaten on site, I would say the fried food was good and the pizza was also good but nothing exceptional. The room was air conditioned but unfortunately it was hotter inside than outside because of the 2 climate modes only one was on and you couldn't hear it at all. I waited more than 10 minutes to pay and the owner seemed like she was doing me a favor. Luckily there were few people there otherwise who knows when I would go out. All in all disappointing
02/08/2024: The pizza is thin and crunchy, the dough is digestible and made with fine flours, the filling is abundant at the right point, well distributed and of good quality. I recommend starting with the fried foods. Wide choice of beers. The environment is minimal with an internal room and veranda and the service is very kind and fast. Advised.

11/08/2024: Visiting Spoleto, I stopped with my wife at this restaurant for dinner. I found a welcoming environment and above all in a street not crowded with tourists. You can therefore eat outside in complete tranquility and above all with a fast and polite service from the restaurateur. We really enjoyed the truffle omelette, the mixed grilled dog with baked potatoes and to finish the CRESConda (a Spoleto dessert). Excellent value for money. Absolutely worth trying for anyone coming to Spoleto.

The dinner was excellent and the great thing is that they allow you to go down to the cellar to choose the wine.

Il personale è gentile e disponibile.
I piatti sono preparati con i prodotti che producono...e sono davvero strepitosi.
Ho assaggiato la scamorza affumicata al tartufo...da leccarsi i baffi.
Sicuramente lo consiglio. Noi ci torneremo molto presto.

There is a menu of the day in addition to the classic one, large selection of wines; it is possible to drink just by the glass (but obviously the choice is limited to a couple of labels). I really enjoyed the egg carbonara, very tasty. The price/quality ratio is right. Unlike what I read in some (albeit rare) reviews, the staff was kind, the sommelier girl prepared and attentive.

21/08/2024: I don't like giving low marks, but the evaluation must be done at 360° and managing a booking is part of it.
I had booked the day before via TheFork app with the intention of having a family lunch out of town, attracted by the location and the extensive menu. Instead, upon our arrival we were greeted by the maitre d' who warned us that on summer Sundays they would only serve a light lunch by the pool. Too bad it wasn't written anywhere, not on TheFork, not on Google or even on their site. However, it would have been enough to notify via email or telephone, given that I had left my contact details, and the booking was from the day before.
Among other things, it had just rained and so, instead of by the pool, we had lunch in the breakfast room, sitting on uncomfortable iron chairs.
The time, it was 1pm, and the presence of my eighty-year-old mother stopped me from leaving.
Nothing unforgettable as a light lunch: Good strangozzi, decidedly dry hamburger, in the ceasar salad the crouton was dry and not toasted. In short, a Sunday not exactly to remember.
04/08/2024: Se cucini bene (?)ma hai empatia pari a 0 e ti interessa solo chiudere il prima possibile pur di fronte a delle evidenti e tristi difficoltà.... sei solo un povero mercante e non un buon ristoratore.
Pessima esperienza .
