27/01/2025: Beautiful restaurant close to the Duomo of Orvieto, they have a very lovely terrace outside and the food it’s amazing! I recommend the pasta and the desserts. Thanks to Riccardo he tract us very well.
18/01/2025: Ristorante perfetto per ogni genere di pasto, da una cena elegante ad una cena con gli amici. Ottimo sia per i turisti che vogliono godersi la vista sul duomo, sia per gli orvietani il cui intento é trascorrere una bella serata nella loro città. La location é molto particolare con quadri moderni e cucina in bella vista molto pulita. La qualità del cibo inoltre rispecchia la grande capacità sia dei cuochi, sia del personale di sala. La tradizione sposa perfettamente la ricerca attraverso piatti eleganti e gustosi. Grazie a Riccardo per la professionalità, per la simpatia e per la grande disponibilità. Tornerò sicuramente.

03/03/2025: Excellent pizzeria absolutely to be included in the rotation of "food" places to frequent.
The pinsa is really good and tasty.
The place is "over-exploited" in the sense that it is a bit cramped (it was Saturday evening).
The staff apparently seems a bit "casino" but in reality they are very efficient.
Highly recommended.

05/03/2025: We had dinner on a Saturday evening and it was a wonderful experience. We ordered an appetizer, two first courses, two desserts and two coffees (along with a water and a glass of wine). EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS, the wine really good, the pasta was of excellent quality. The interior of the restaurant has several seats and a suggestive location. We sincerely thank Giuseppe for making our dinner special, his welcome, friendliness and attention to the customer really make the difference together with the exquisiteness of the pasta dishes. We will definitely be back

26/02/2025: Every time I pass through Foligno, I can't help but come to Sfizio.
The artisanal piadina is really delicious, and they also have some good beers.
The environment is relaxing and there is a room with a fireplace that is always lit but well ventilated.
Go there and you will feel like you have never eaten a piadina.
31/12/2024: The top piadina in Foligno and surrounding areas, my favorite with ham, mushrooms and dried tomatoes, and sublime with Nutella, my favorite table next to the fire which is always lit in winter, Sergio is the fantastic daughter.

26/01/2025: Dalla piazzetta del borgo è possibile ammirare lo splendido panaroma dei vigneti sottostanti e sul Lago di Corbara. In aggiunta a questo,che merita già la visita, il pranzo a menù fisso con:
- Antipasti misti + pizzette fatte in casa buonissime
- Risotto ai carciofi
- Lasagne
- Tagliatelle all'oca
- Spezzatino di capriolo con funghi
-Arrosto misto ( agnello + pollo)
- Tozzetti e vin santo
Il tutto per 25€...che si vuole di più???

13/04/2025: Locale questo dopo che esserci passato il mio compagno e rimasto incuriosito! Una piacevole scoperta, location veramente carina come arredo e posizione! Il cibo di ottima qualità, dopo un antipasto, primo e secondo esci sazio ma nel modo giusto, senza fatica nella digestione anzi con un piacevole sensazione in bocca, che ricorda l ottimo cibo degustato! Personale gentile cordiale, senza essere troppo invadente ma presente nel giusto modo! Era da tempo che dovevo sentire questo gusto e piacere al palato! Elogio anche il conto onesto e giusto! Esperienza bellissima lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

02/01/2025: Abbiamo scelto di trascorre il Capodanno 2025 a Palazzo Seneca per gustare il menù predisposto dallo Chef del ristorante stellato Vespasia, Fabio Cappiello, che ha confermato la maestria già collaudata e l’attenzione per i piatti gluten free
01/01/2025: Ci siamo regalati Vespasia per il nostro decimo anniversario.
Sale davvero belle ed eleganti e poltrone comodissime per cenare.
Abbiamo scelto menù terra da 5 portate aggiungendo poi due piatti alla carta.
Molto buono il cocktail iniziale
Davvero sfiziosi gli antipasti, soprattutto la finta oliva.
Degli altri piatti direi straordinario il Ramen (vale il viaggio) come anche anatra, animella e carpaccio.
Ma eccezionale la simpatia e gentilezza di tutto il personale di sala, la maitre e i tre ragazzi straordinari. Come davvero piacevole la chiacchierata con uno dei proprietari che è venuto a presentarsi a tutti i tavoli,così come lo chef a fine cena.
Siamo stati davvero bene e torneremo di sicuro

Staff preparatissimo, locale super accogliente e soprattutto cibo buonissimo!
Consiglierei a chiunque, è stata una cena veramente memorabile.
08/03/2025: Siamo stati a cena dallo chef Ciccotti per il compleanno di mia figlia. Tutto pesce. Che dire? Semplicemente fantastico. Piatti belli da vedere e buonissimi da mangiare. Simone è un artista della cucina. Consigliatissimo.
