17/10/2025: We got slice of porchetta with lovely sauce and chips, and porchetta shavings in a bread. Both porchetta versions were delicious. I preferred the slice of pochetta with sauce though. We got also nice wine to go with it. The owners were very helpful. It was lovely experience.

17/01/2026: An exceptional pizza, Bastia's best-kept secret! If you're looking for a pizza al taglio that borders on perfection, you absolutely must stop by Mani e Mattero. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite: the dough is light and fragrant, and the toppings are always fresh and original. It's undoubtedly one of the best pizzas in the area, prepared with a passion that shines through in the flavor. The only real downside? It's so good you'll want to eat it all the time! Unfortunately, due to high demand and the artisanal management, the pizzeria is closed in the evenings, especially on Saturdays and Sundays. It's a real shame not to be able to enjoy this deliciousness for dinner on the weekend, but it's definitely worth planning for lunch or a quick snack during the week. Highly recommended!
