We went here with friends for dinner on the recommendation of Mr. Pierotti (whom I'm mentioning), and I have to say, he never fails!

09/03/2026: A simple but welcoming trattoria. Very good food and generous portions. Flavorful dishes. I had the primo del priore with trout, porcini mushrooms, and truffle (a strange but interesting combination), followed by the tenderloin with truffle, which was delicious and tender. Fairly priced.

15/12/2025: The food is very good, with homemade pasta and well-cooked meats. Good wine, and overall everything is very well-prepared. The only downside is that the dining room is too cold to really enjoy the evening.

We purchased a small selection of their beers; all the beers are excellent... we had to go back to bring some back to France! Thank you again for your welcome and your kindness.

Waking up surrounded by nature was the perfect way to start the day. The food was superb: authentic, plentiful, and prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Each dish was rich in flavor and rooted in tradition, from appetizers to desserts. You could sense the passion and attention the kitchen devotes to every course. The service was also impeccable: attentive, smiling, and always available to satisfy every request. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Rita, a cheerful, attentive, and always available person who made us feel like family. For my mother's birthday, they also took the time to make the moment special, helping to create a memory we will cherish forever. 30/11/2025: A secret place We went to Ara Marina for an aperitif. The staff were very kind, the platter was excellent, and especially the spritz. The location completed the picture. We'll definitely be back for lunch.

11/12/2025: A charming place...the food is good, fast, and fun! For a lunch worthy of the name.

16/02/2026: All good things come in threes. The experience was an absolute must. The atmosphere was youthful and enterprising. The dishes were simple, but logical in an area full of restaurants where it doesn't take much to be labeled "touristy." Well, the adjective isn't relevant in this case. The flavors are truly Umbrian, especially when you start with the Tagliere. The point is that a mix of cured meats is best, without confusing them with prosciutto crudo: I'm a fan of noble cured meats, and I appreciate them aged 24 months and up; if it's too young, no, I'll give up. We tried two first courses: the classic tagliatella with black truffle, which I would have thought was juicier, and the tortellini with parmesan cream. They were good, but some doubts remain about the artisanal quality of the pasta. The ambiance is truly charming, worthy of attention, and if I happen to glance into the little living room where I find a record player and see a vinyl cover lying on top, I'm blown away. As you wander around, you'll find vintage touches, so many cute little things, right down to the Moka pots with sugar holders: wow! You know what I say? See if the customers want a moka pot coffee; it would be a special service, obviously at a "special" price, but whatever...it could be an added bonus; I don't think I've ever found any taverns that do it around here.
