13/03/2025: Dicono che far bene possa capitare, il difficile inizia quando ci si deve confermare. Il Convivio non si stanca mai di confermarsi come il miglior ristorante, per distacco, a Terni. Ci sono molti locali e molti ristoranti meglio "posizionati" qui su Tripadvisor rispetto al Convivio... Silvia non se ne cura granchè. Penso sia un fatto caratteriale. Silvia, e lo stesso era per Massimo, non ammicca molto alle mode, non fa scelte ruffiane. Ma se volete mangiar bene, non ho altro strumento che usare questa recensione per dire quello che penso: "Il Convivio" è il posto giusto. Una cucina del territorio, mai uguale a se stessa, piena di curiosità, mai banale, sempre orgogliosa per quello che esprime... una cucina che non ha un briciolo di paura nell'osare e di esplorare sempre terreni nuovi. Delle mani felici che sanno cosa fare con ingredienti di prima qualità. Allora, in un mondo così pieno di banalità e di omologazione, in cui nessuno ha più coraggio di dire nulla, per la paura di sentirsi giudicati, Il Convivio resta un piccolo tesoro che merita di essere accudito e celebrato. Si tratta del miglior ristorante di Terni, il resto sono solo chiacchiere; Andateci a mangiare e capirete perchè!

Geniale la lista di spritz da provare, ci sono tanti tipi di spritz diversi, davvero per tutti i gusti! Impossibile restare delusi. Prezzi competitivi. 17/02/2025: Amazing experience, we are a big group and went for a lunch. The staff is so welcoming and helpful even we do not have a reservation They are very patience and do not mind to explain us the dishes. The food itself tastes very good! We tried several different dishes, the wild boar with traditional sauce was good. Highly recommend!

05/04/2025: Ho cenato alla Locanda Del Postiglione durante un weekend in Umbria. Ho apprezzato tantissimo l'ambiente moderno e luminoso del posto e il servizio veloce e cordialissimo. I primi si sono dimostrati davvero deliziosi ma non posso dire lo stesso del secondo che ho diviso con la mia compagna. Una bella esperienza per aver consumato due primi, un secondo e il beveraggio. Un po' troppo alto il prezzo totale.

05/04/2025: I had dinner at Locanda Del Postiglione during a weekend in Umbria. I really appreciated the modern and bright environment of the place and the fast and friendly service. The first ones proved to be truly delicious but I can't say the same about the second course which I shared with my partner. A nice experience for having consumed two first courses, a second course and the drink. The total price is a little too high.

30/03/2025: We had an amazing lunch here - the food, wine, and view were all great. Each dish was beautiful and much thought and care had been put into every element on the plates. We are vegetarian and though at first we thought there might not be many options, it was no problem - there were several great options for each course and we had a hard time choosing which dish was our favorite! The service was friendly and attentive, just the right amount of attention. We live in the DC area with several Michelin star restaurants around us and il Frantoio definitely lived up to that high standard! We’ll be back the next time we’re in town.

28/03/2025: Il locale è molto carino, musica in sottofondo, gradevole l'arredo e la posizione è meritevole. La scelta nel menù è particolare e ovviamente non per tutti i palati. Il cibo è ottimo ed è un'esperienza da provare.

09/03/2025: Promessa di ritornare e si torna! La melodia delle bruschette e drgli strangozzi al tartufo passa in secondo piano di fronte ad una proprietaria che, costretta continuamente a rifiutare clienti per mancanza di posti, esce dalla cucina per salutarti con un abbraccio (vistauna solavolta!). Servizio puntuale ed attento, atmosfera di famiglia e tanta cordialità. Ci vediamo presto!

05/03/2025: Almost at the top of Spello, on the corner of the square, going up on the right, a small place, but with tables both inside and outside. We had strangozzi all'amatriciana and scrambled egg with truffle. Homemade strangozxi and good but "light" sauce, scrambled egg, very good. For the second course we both had the aubergine parmigiana. All good, rating more 5 stars than 4 stars.

15/03/2025: Peppe's fry shop is an institution in the Borgo. Personally it is a fixed reference. His fried fish are exceptional and his Chianina 🍔 burgers are the best in Perugia. A place where I suggest stopping and eating both during the lunch break and in the evening. All seasoned with the courtesy of Peppe who makes the environment familiar even to the occasional passer-by.

18/03/2025: Firstly, the service was great. There was only one bartender and one waiter for the whole restaurant. Even though he was rushed off his feet he never forgot anything and gave great service. What didn’t help him was the loud ringing and shouting coming from the kitchen. They would ring once and then ring three or four times more. This was really off putting. That wasn’t the only problem with the kitchen. The food was tasty but we felt cheated by what came vs what the menu had described. Fresh salad with a corn cream turned into a rocket salad, a few cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of mayo for €5. Pumpkin chips turned out to be a few pumpkin shavings on top of the meat. Also €5 for stale bread that we tasted and then put to the side. It was a nice room with good food. If the menu wasn’t exaggerated and the kitchen wasn’t obnoxious then it would be a complete different vibe.
