They modernize the traditional dishes but by keeping the old values ​​they make the dishes even more enjoyable, e.g. guanciala with pecorino and pasta by adding wild asparagus to a higher, more interesting and exciting level. Likewise, the fava bean puree on the pasta is very special. The wine selection is huge and demanding. The service kind, professional and smiling. The atmosphere is homely. A place not to be missed if you are in Teŕni or the surrounding area. Advance booking is recommended.

24/05/2025: Nella parte alta del prestigioso Nun Assisi Relais, che domina buona parte della città,si trova in posizione affascinante questo ristorante che riesce ,nella faticosa impresa ,di destare meraviglia e soddisfazione anche a palati molto esigenti. Servizio premuroso ma non formale, piatti che denotano sapiente maestria e gustosa resa. Carta dei vini con alcune proposte di nicchia . Prezzo finale ampiamente giustificato.

06/06/2025: Non tornavo in questa pizzeria da molto tempo e come allora, mi sono trovata benissimo. Una sera infrasettimanale per caso mi sono fermata per cena in questo storico locale di Perugia, sedendomi nei tavolini esterni. L’atmosfera è piacevolissima, la location è immersa nei vicoli di Perugia. Personale gentilissimo, menù semplice e di qualità. Sia gli antipasti che le pizze ci hanno pienamente soddisfatti, il rapporto qualità prezzo veramente ottimo. Consiglio e tornerò sicuramente.

08/05/2025: Di ritorno dalla vista di Assisi verso Gubbio abbiamo trovato questa trattoria in Località Palazzo. Nonostante le 13,30 il locale era molto affollato, dopo una breve attesa ci hanno fatto accomodare, portando le bibite e poi e arrivata la Titolare proponendo a voce il menù. L'attesa ne è valsa la pena, per la qualità della materia prima, l'abbondanza delle porzioni ma sopratutto per il prezzo molto economico. Provate!!!

The pool was also close and clean. This resort produces wine and olive oil, which you can purchase. You can taste the wine and olive oil at the restaurant. The white wine and olive oil were good. The restaurant was also quite reasonably priced and the taste was even better. The view was also very pretty. And, as expected from a wine resort, the sommelier explained the wine seriously, which was even better. I think it would be a good choice for honeymooners. We stayed in the annex, and although the restaurant and breakfast are not too far away, it might be a hassle to go there often. However, it is quieter and has more charm. I used the annex pool, and after using the restaurant, I went to the main building pool, which seemed similar in size. I recommend the annex more.

19/06/2025: If you rent a car in Florence or Rome, it would be a good idea to stop by Orvieto and stay at this resort for a full day of rest. It is not a traditional agriturismo, but the rooms are spacious and modern, and you can enjoy the pool while looking at a good view. As it is a wine resort, you can taste good wines within the resort, and the food at the restaurant inside the resort is delicious and the price is reasonable.

28/05/2025: We went to dinner at this hotel/restaurant/pizzeria, very simple with a beautiful wood fireplace where the meat is grilled, we opted for a pizza with appetizers of cold cuts and bruschetta. Excellent food, great kindness of the owner Massimo, truly very beautiful location. Excellent value for money we will definitely be back. Thank you.

14/06/2025: Good takeaway and slice pizza. You absolutely must remove the wording pizza al piatto. I wonder how you could have received authorization from the municipality to occupy public land with tables without a bathroom. That guy who jumps between tables breaks his back but he can't make up for a lack of staff generated by an activity organized for something other than traditional catering.
