14/03/2026: A themed restaurant, but only in its furnishings and accessories. Excellent menu, offering a variety of first courses, pizza, and top-quality meats, as are the wines. Ditto for the desserts. Reservations are MANDATORY...and well worth it. Average to high prices (if you order a specialty meat, the price goes up 😉).

08/03/2026: What can I say... We were there today with friends. The place is extraordinary, full of imagination and stories to tell. We had a great time. Excellent food, impeccable service, and competent wait staff. We'll be back.

07/03/2026: I was on a business trip and went to a restaurant using my meal voucher app. I asked if it was possible to pay with vouchers, and the guy who greeted me said yes (I should point out that I also pointed out the vouchers I'd seen with the logo attached to the entrance). We sat down, two of us, and I found a nice place, friendly people, and a good pizza. When it came time to pay, I asked to pay with vouchers and was told they didn't accept them yet. I don't have the time or the desire to argue, so I paid, thanked, and whatever. I understand that you pay a commission, but why make a commitment you don't want to/can't keep? It's a shame to miss out by a hair, but all in all, I ate a good pizza. P.S. It must have been the timing, but I didn't even get a receipt. Never mind.

22/02/2026: A refined atmosphere. The staff is attentive to your needs. Traditional Umbrian dishes are carefully prepared. Great atmosphere and good food.

02/12/2025: We had our wedding at this incredible venue over the weekend of October 16–18, and it was absolutely perfect! We had over 100 guests, and the space was ideal, spacious, elegant, and perfectly arranged for everyone. Initially, we were a bit worried about the weather, but everything turned out beautifully. Even when it got chilly in the evenings, the venue had a lovely indoor space for the party actually, two fantastic spaces, one for Friday night and another for Saturday. A huge thank you to Giorgia, our amazing wedding planner, and her brothers who manage the venue. Giorgia not only helped bring all my visions to life from making adjustments on a specific wedding cake flavor to finding the best vendors for every detail but she also kept me calm throughout the entire planning process, always there when I needed her and answering every question. On Friday evening, we had the pleasure of a special DJ set that had all our guests dancing all night long! The food was absolutely AMAZING 100 out of 10! The location was breathtaking, and even though we had events throughout the weekend, the venue provided a new space or area for each one. Our guests loved discovering a new part of the venue each time it made the weekend feel so special and dynamic. We couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more beautiful venue for our wedding weekend

21/10/2025: What a magical place. We were there for a wedding and the organization is just on point, professional yet somehow you almost feel like they are part of the family. All events were well orchestrated and the food was devine, something to please everyone. The Castello is beautiful with vines growing all over the walls, flowers and trees of all sorts naturally groomed, many different spaces and activities including pool table tennis and a pool. The only down side is the stink bugs, harmless but annoying but part of being in nature. HIGHLY recommend ❣️

07/03/2026: We had a lovely meal at this lakefront restaurant. Excellent perch skewers and lake appetizers. You order at the counter and they bring your dishes to your table. Perfect for sampling the flavors of the lake and spending a lovely evening with friends. Friendly service and reasonable prices.

04/01/2026: We stopped by on a rainy day for a quick lunch. Valeria, a very kind and efficient woman, served us. We ordered delicious stuffed pinsa. Despite being a small place, the variety of pinsa was enough to satisfy all our tastes. Great for a quick and affordable meal! As a sign of how much we enjoyed both the food and the friendly staff, on our way back we stopped again for dessert! The coffee was also good.

08/03/2026: The sandwiches are amazing! The dishes are delicious too! The setting is stunning, right next to the Isonzo River! Truly wonderful. Friendly and attentive staff. We'll be back! The only downside is that they only accept cash. Debit cards aren't accepted. Everything was excellent, I highly recommend it!

I had an absolutely wonderful meal from start to finish and I can't recommend Rosticceria da Tonino highly enough. 😋 Every single dish is homemade with love and cooked fresh to order – you can truly taste the difference that quality and care make in every bite. The flavors are authentic, rich, and incredibly satisfying. A special shoutout to the exceptional owner, Valentina! 👏 She is warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about her restaurant. Please, please trust her recommendations – she knows exactly what to suggest based on your tastes, and you absolutely will not regret following her advice. Her personal touch and dedication make the experience even more special.

10/12/2025: If you're looking for a casual yet quality place in Perugia, the "Quei bravi Ragazzi" pub is a great choice. The burgers are truly excellent: flavorful meat, fresh ingredients, and well-prepared sandwiches. The beer is good and well-tasted, with a selection that pairs perfectly with the dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere. Prices are also reasonable, in line with the quality of the food and service offered. A recommended place for both an evening with friends and for those who want to enjoy a good burger in the city.

19/11/2025: Great food, great view of the lake with good service. Menu and wine Selection was excellent. Serving size was ample. Don’t pass it up if you are in the vicinity. They have a store with their own olive oil too.

30/12/2025: Found it by chance while strolling through Montefalco. A very quaint and well-kept restaurant. We chose the "secondo menu" with exquisite, flavorful mixed grill cooked right in front of us on the grill, salad, and a delicious lemon dessert. We also had bruschetta with olive oil and potatoes, also cooked on the grill. What can I say? A delicious lunch, and a fair price, perhaps even a little. I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Montefalco.

04/12/2025: My husband and I got married at San Pietro Sopra Le Acque on July 7, 2024, taking advantage of factors we considered essential in choosing the venue: the possibility of having a religious ceremony on-site at the church on site, the proximity of us and our guests (almost all being local), and the reception being held in the park. Our day was exactly as we had imagined, so much so that our friends often remember it as one of the happiest weddings they've ever been a part of (we're probably biased in describing it that way ourselves!). The weather initially seemed to be unhelpful, clearing up only shortly before the ceremony, and for this I will never be able to thank all the staff who went out of their way (despite the tight schedule) to allow us to hold the outdoor reception as we wanted. We will never forget it!
