19/06/2025: I have been a customer for some time, the restaurant is also the point of reference for special occasions such as New Year's Eve or birthday dinners. Over the years I have always found delicious dishes, prepared with quality raw materials, and impeccable service: welcoming and professional. You can clearly perceive the passion and care they put into everything they do. Recommended 💯 as a friend of mine says "even the light lunch toast is super!" 😋

24/05/2025: Top notch food and service. The chef had invented his own seasonal appetizers with local ingredients which change frequently. We tried two of the pasta dishes, the trout and quail both of which were excellent. The truffle icecream, beetroot gel, potato cracker and mousse was the most exciting combination that I have ever tried in a dessert!

30/03/2025: Siamo ritornati dopo diverso tempo e abbiamo trovato le stesse ottime cose, accoglienza, qualità delle pietanze, cura, pulizia, attenzione. Gnocchi e Pappardelle alla Castellucciana, Sacrpetta e Formaggi al forno, Dolci di ricotta e caffè....superlativi, buon vino buona genziana e buon conto. Bravi alla prossima

16/02/2025: Abbiamo mangiato in questo locale per tre volte tra fine gennaio e febbraio prima di scrivere questa recensione. Questo per poter essere certi che la bellissima impressione avuta inizialmente, fosse poi confermata nel tempo. La cucina è veramente Castellucciana, le pietanze sono preparate con prodotti locali e naturali (che si possono anche acquistare nel locale). Sia i primi piatti che i dolci preparati con la ricotta sono veramente speciali. Si mangia con vista sul Monte Vettore e su Pian Grande (impagabile). Elemento molto importante, da non trascurare nella scelta dei locali dove si va per rilassarsi e godersi qualche emozione, è la gentilezza e la simpatia dei due titolari sia durante il pasto ma anche in fase di prenotazione del tavolo. Credo sia una tappa imperdibile in un giro da quelle parti. È consigliato prenotare perché il locale non è molto grande (anche se credo che con la primavera metteranno anche dei tavoli all'esterno). C'è anche un'area di parcheggio al di sotto del ristorante stesso.

14/03/2025: A Visit to a splendid location. We were welcomed by Federico who accompanied us to the restaurant where we tasted the production of their Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We chose the monocultivar Cerguepapa. Truly extraordinary oil of the highest quality. Of course we took home 12 bottles. A fantastic condiment. Excellent discovery. Highly recommended!!!!

05/05/2025: With my family we spent four days in this WONDERFUL farmhouse nestled in the hills of Umbria. We had such a good time that we plan to return. Very kind owners. The cuisine is excellent at both breakfast and dinner, the latter absolutely worth trying. Although the location may seem out of the way, it is very convenient for visiting the region. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

04/05/2025: The Wolf Court is an enchanting place to unwind from the daily frenzy. The panoramic view is of expanses of green hills as far as the eye can see. The owners are kind and welcoming, their cuisine is a delicacy. A combination of genuine products (coming from their farm) expertly highlighted with elegance. We will definitely return.

27/03/2025: It was recommended to us by the manager of the "Torre della Botonta" residence to shop for typical cured meats in the area and to have us prepare the fantastic porchetta sandwich to eat for lunch on the return journey 😀 I would say an excellent experience! The special products speak for themselves ... and Serafino's wife who served us was very kind and friendly. We will remember Serafino's porchetta every time we eat the fresh salami and sausages that we brought home 😉

Dall' antipasto al dolce è stato tutto buonissimo e di qualità. Prezzi giusti. Pasta fatta in casa...davvero SUPER! Personale gentile e molto veloce nel servire.
