The dishes were delicious and plentiful, with fresh lake fish and excellent game. The service was a bit slow. The atmosphere was welcoming, with a terrace overlooking the lake.

Today, my birthday, I spent it at this excellent restaurant. The food is excellent. Lots of variety, excellent waiters. The waiter who served us was very kind and attentive. His name is "Corona, imported from Sardinia."

A classic restaurant, with slightly dated decor. The lakeside patio is a lovely spot for dining in the sun. The cured meats and cheese appetizer is a bit standard and not particularly flavorful, while the lake fish appetizer is very interesting, with the perch taking center stage, and excellent fried fish. The gnocchi with perch ragù is delicious. The guinea fowl is a bit too flavorful, but good. Desserts are so-so. Good wine list. Good service. Separate, clean restroom.

The outdoor dining area, overlooking the lake, creates a sophisticated ambiance. The Di Lago menu includes gnocchi with fish hash and well-seared sea bass. The rolled roast rabbit is also delicious.

Excellent food, and almost all of the waiters were very professional. In my opinion, the following could be improved: 1) the restrooms (one bathroom had no opening windows and the exhaust fan was unusable); 2) credit card acceptance (not all are acceptable); 3) the cashier (owner?) was unfriendly. 4) the waiter was decidedly incompetent and careless.

11/11/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance. Everything was truly exceptional. Good. I paid little for the quality. I really recommend it. A wonderful surprise.
18/10/2025: A quiet and welcoming place, the service wasn't particularly fast, but it was courteous. The crostini with lard and honey as an appetizer was excellent, but €8 is a bit too much for the portion. The gnocchi with Taleggio cheese and truffle cream were delicious and delicate. The white chocolate mousse was exquisite, but the Roccata wasn't quite to our taste... Overall, we recommend it ☺️

27/04/2026: This restaurant is right in the center of Norcia. The food was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it, and if I ever return to Norcia, I'll definitely go there again!
21/04/2026: I recently had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant, and overall the experience was positive, thanks in large part to the kindness of the wait staff, who were helpful, attentive, and always courteous. That said, there are some areas that could be improved. Service times were quite long. Furthermore, I found the rule that allows only two entrees per table to be limiting, a rule that can be inflexible, especially for groups wanting to sample multiple dishes. Overall, a pleasant place for the quality of the service, but there is room for improvement in the organization and order management.
