30/04/2026: We've been there twice, both times we'd gladly give it 5 stars, very attentive and from the selection of drinks to the food, it's one of the highlights in Merano.
28/04/2026: Unfortunately, a proper rating isn't possible as we weren't served. After waiting for over 10 minutes and trying to get their attention, and seeing only two other occupied tables, we left. Chatting with each other was more important to them. A real shame!

15/11/2025: The nice thing about this place is the view, the furniture and the chestnuts. Service is very slow. I am intollerant to gluten and asked for a second without the knödel and made sure that everything else was without flour and yet they brought the meal with the knödel. Since I didn't want to make a fuss about it, i just picked up the parts that didn't touch the knödel. I wouldn't recommend it.

01/11/2025: The restaurant was almost empty on the afternoon of November 1st, yet we were asked to sit next to the kitchen and weren't given a seat with a window view. The service was also quite unfriendly. We left.
24/10/2025: Very nice café/restaurant. Friendly service, great food. Excellent value for money. And from the outdoor seating area, a fantastic view of the Trauttmansdorff Gardens.

02/05/2026: For years, despite the opening of other Neapolitan pizzerias, it remains one of the best in South Tyrol! The fried foods are absolutely top-notch! Unbeatable for crispiness, flavor, and the fact that they're NOT greasy!
01/05/2026: Our visit to this restaurant was unfortunately disappointing.
Food:
The dishes were mostly served cold or only lukewarm. One of the dishes was completely inedible. In addition, there was a hair in the food, which is absolutely unacceptable.
Service:
The service was inconsistent: One waiter was friendly and very attentive, while the waitress was unfortunately extremely slow and inattentive.
Atmosphere:
The ambiance was okay overall, but nothing special.
Other: When we asked for garlic oil, we were simply told that it didn't exist – also disappointing.
Conclusion:
Overall, we unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

16/05/2026: The covered terrace offers a dry and comfortable place to sit, even in the rain.
The service was excellent and very efficient.
We went there for coffee and cake. The coffee was good, but the cake was a flop!
The cake is delivered from the neighboring Café Aida. Unfortunately, it's all mass-produced, and our cake tasted as dry as if it had been sitting the day before.

29/03/2026: I was at this place last night. Terrible service, not to mention the rude way the lady, who I believe was the owner, took my order. Arrived at 7:00 PM. After several inquiries about where my pizza was, I pointed out that my friends had finished eating a while ago. I asked the owner, who seemed disinterested. Furthermore, the drinks arrived after they had finished eating. I left at 9:30 PM. Nothing had arrived, not even the drinks. Highly not recommended.
25/12/2025: We ordered three Christmas fish menus for €50. The scallops were a terrible gratin, the cod was good, but the polenta was too hard and flavorless. The lobster main course was flavorless, and you couldn't even see the lobster on the plate. The sea bream was unsalted, and the mixture was tough. The vegetables were well-cooked, but lacked salt. There wasn't even a cruet of oil at the table. The dessert was good. I paid €175, but it was the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at. The establishment was very well-kept, clean, and welcoming.

05/05/2026: I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and when it arrived, it was poorly prepared because it was too salty and had a disgusting fishy smell. I wouldn't recommend it again. The fettuccine, however, was good, but it was also too salty.
30/04/2026: Beautiful location right on the Passer promenade, reasonable prices.
The food is really good, however, the restrooms leave much to be desired: the toilet seat was missing in the men's room, and there was no soap in the women's room.
A good restaurateur should pay attention to these things, otherwise they won't get any customers!

04/02/2026: Assalom alequm to everyone...drive into the entrance and there, turn left under the building, circle around to the scales that are highlighted at the entrance gate, stand on the scales, and go to the office, they'll tell you, and circle around again, the same way you drove in, and turn right, there's a scale, turn left, there's a ramp, and there's loading. It all seems complicated, but if you understand it, it's easy. Good luck to everyone.

16/11/2025: Very tender chicken, flavorful sauces, fabulous meat. Definitely the best Turkish restaurant in Italy. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I've never seen baklava so full of pistachios. You absolutely have to try it. The place is very clean.
13/11/2025: This kebab place sucks. I ordered and it took them over half an hour to get my order. My friends all got their kebabs, and others after me, too, but I didn't. This is the second time this has happened, and besides, the kebabs have very little meat and only vegetables. It just can't happen like this.

02/05/2026: The seating in Launengasse is lovely, and a pleasant aperitif is a great option.
15/04/2026: We were there as a family with three children and were very satisfied. The service was excellent, everything tasted great, and the prices were perfectly reasonable.
All the children's special requests were handled with ease, and everyone was very friendly – even though they were extremely busy because it was really crowded.
