16/11/2025: Very tender chicken, flavorful sauces, fabulous meat. Definitely the best Turkish restaurant in Italy. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I've never seen baklava so full of pistachios. You absolutely have to try it. The place is very clean.
13/11/2025: This kebab place sucks. I ordered and it took them over half an hour to get my order. My friends all got their kebabs, and others after me, too, but I didn't. This is the second time this has happened, and besides, the kebabs have very little meat and only vegetables. It just can't happen like this.

14/11/2025: We tried the bar once and found the staff to be less than courteous, almost annoying, and even greeting you with a "ciao" and the hot chocolate was watery. Only the chic atmosphere was pleasant. Failed.

29/12/2025: We were just having coffee at the restaurant.
Our first impression was very positive. We considered coming back for dinner the following evening. However, after the poor service and treatment we received (from an older lady), and the fact that the next guests were already being shown to their table before we had even finished our coffee, we decided never to go back to this establishment.
28/12/2025: We can only judge the restaurant and the overall experience. The reception was a disaster, unworthy of a professionally run restaurant. We were "shuffled" into a musty room on the first floor. Then it turned out that they only served pizza in the evenings and no other options, even though the menu at the entrance promised otherwise. It took an hour before we finally got our pizzas. As an aside, the pizzas were rather average in terms of taste. We are very disappointed and will definitely not be returning.

29/03/2026: I've had several bad experiences with the pizzeria "Mega Pizza" lately.
The first time, I ordered a burger with fries and paid €16, which I already thought was completely overpriced. I also ordered a meal deal, but the drink wasn't included.
Today, another incident occurred: We ordered Mega Pizzas. We were initially given the wrong price over the phone. Upon delivery, we were suddenly told we had to pay €50 more, almost €100. Because of this massive price difference, we naturally returned the order.
But what was particularly bad was how we were treated: The delivery driver/person in charge was completely inappropriate, insulted us, and reacted very rudely instead of resolving the error professionally. Such behavior towards customers is absolutely unacceptable.
For me, the conclusion is clear: overpriced goods, incorrect pricing, incomplete delivery, and disrespectful treatment of customers. I will definitely not be ordering from there again and cannot recommend the store based on my experience.

23/12/2025: A pleasant spot on the promenade in Merano, I had the soup of the day which was fillling and tasted good but what I liked were the sparrows which were around the tables, they were very tame and were happy enough to eat peanuts from my hand 😊

17/10/2025: We always order the best home delivery pizza from them... today my daughter wanted a heart-shaped pizza... I asked if it was possible and they told me they were happy to do it... my daughter was very happy... thank you and congratulations, the pizza is always delicious
10/07/2025: Terrible, I don't know what happened, the first pizza arrived promptly at home and the edge was stuck to the cardboard like rubber, I called and they kindly confirmed that the pizza chef is not the same as usual and they promptly brought me another pizza even worse, terrible dough, terrifying... and even more stuck to the cardboard... I don't know what happened, I will never have it again!! terrible

06/03/2026: Not recommended. The staff ignored us or simply didn't want to work. On a Sunday afternoon in early March, only a few tables were occupied at the thermal baths square, yet it was impossible to order anything. We moved on after 15 minutes.
Luckily, there are plenty of alternatives in Merano.
02/01/2026: On New Year's Day, we had lunch at the bistro: the table staff were attentive and very kind, and gave us great advice. We sat facing the functional kitchen area, where we watched the fantastic, friendly chef at work, so precise and fast.
The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the staff was attentive (despite the looming holiday).

12/01/2026: Terrible, cold, unwelcoming place, strong smell of garlic even though the place was almost empty at the time.
I ordered a slice of Linzer cake and a mulled wine, as per the menu, but neither was available.
I settled for a hot chocolate (nothing special), only because my companion was reluctant to leave without anything... Too bad, sometimes you have to have the nerve to leave at first impression.

11/04/2026: The appetizer, so to speak, was awful. I've never been served a bowl of popcorn; I'm usually used to eating it at the movies. Oh, I forgot, of course we asked for chips, but they didn't bring them because they don't have any.
No comment, awful!
09/04/2026: Just avoid it. Tourist trap. Campari Spritz is served as Aperol. After complaining, the drink consists only of Campari and ice. Neat. Undrinkable. Food is uninspired. Water in plastic bottles from Aldi. Good heavens. A completely useless place.

22/03/2026: I sat outside. After waiting half an hour, a very unfriendly woman, a blonde lady with glasses, came yelling at me, demanding to know what I wanted. Without even a greeting or an apology! Then, when I finally wanted to order, she ignored everything and went to another table where my order was taken immediately. I've never experienced such rude and unpleasant service! Luckily, there are other cafes where you receive a warm welcome!
Very disappointing... absolutely no consideration for the customers...
Never again!
14/02/2026: Last Sunday, I was strolling around Merano with my partner when we stopped at this bar for a thick hot chocolate. We entered and sat at a table where the welcome was uncomfortable and the service terrible.
We ordered a large and a small thick chocolate. The waitress replied that the thick ones are only large. So I ordered a thick one too. Well, there wasn't anything thick about it because it tasted like dirty water and the cocoa powder lingered in your mouth with an unpleasant aftertaste. The icing on the cake was when I politely went to the counter to ask for a glass of Mayor's water and the barista asked me: "Did you order a cafe?" I replied, "No, two hot chocolates." She replied that they only gave water to those who ordered a cafe; otherwise, it would be an extra burden for them if everyone asked for a glass of water! Well, I'd never heard of such a thing, and she started grumbling at me, and we decided to leave. When I paid, I gave her the €8 for the two chocolates and said, "I'll leave you €2 for the water I didn't drink because your colleague didn't serve it to me." I'll conclude by saying that I strongly advise against this place for anything, and that since I also work in a job where I provide customer service, the customer needs to be taken care of in every way, because they're the ones who pay us!
