01/01/2025: Caffè ottimo ma ho preso due fette di torta(alle castagne e tiramisù) che non mi sono per niente piaciute. Poco sapore e troppo dolci, per me. Servizio veloce nel nonostante il pienone

31/12/2024: Torte buone ma molto molto deludente la cioccolata calda con panna che, se fatta ad arte (o anche semplicemente in casa propria ma con un minimo di impegno) deve avere una sua cremosità e non essere una semplice tazza di latte insaporita da cacao dolce.

28/12/2024: Das Restaurant Schlossgarten befindet sich direkt beim Schloss Trauttmansdorff mit 140 Sitzplätzen im Innenbereich und 200 Sitzplätzen auf der Terrasse. Wir hatten angesichts des Gedränges bedenken, da an solchen Orten die Gastronomie oft in Massenabfertigung und ABZOCKE ausartet. Hier erlebten wir das Gegenteil! Trotz des grossen Andrangs haben wir noch einen schönen Platz gefunden und wurden sehr freundlich nach unseren. Wir saßen sehr schön auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Gärten und den Teich. Die Bedienung kam recht schnell . Kleine Karte mit regionalen Klassikern und Sachen, die immer gehen. Im Gegensatz dazu das Palmencafe am Seerosenteich 40 Sitzplätze Hat eher Massenabfüllcharakter. Wir waren über Stunden in der wunderschönen Schloss Anlage unterwegs und hatten Hunger. Nicht zu empfehlen ist jedoch der Aufenthalt am See. Zwar sehr schöne Umgebung. Kleine Karte, Mürrische Bedienung. Was wir bestellten war aus. Die Ersatzbestellung brauchte ewig. Insbesondere die Getränke-Preise sind hoch…

22/02/2025: Un locale molto particolare, ma bello nel suo stile. Ci hanno fatto accomodare nel piano di sotto e siamo rimasti molto colpiti dall'ambiente. Personale molto cordiale soprattutto la ragazza che ci ha servito. I piatti buoni! Comunque merita di andarci!!!!

22/02/2025: Locale molto particolare con molti cimeli musicali, copertine di vecchi vinili e strumenti. Un po' buio per i miei gusti ma e' in un antichissimo edificio, nato come carcere e successivamente convertito in casa di tolleranza. Offre una cucina italiana, non tipicamente altoatesina con qualche piatto di pesce.

08/03/2025: STAFF (WOMEN) OF THE BISTRO VERY RUDE/STAFF OF THE BISTRO MOLTO ANTIPATICO. Food is ok, but prices are too high. Asked 3 times for jam swap because I'm allergic to cherries, but didn't get a replacement. Staff very very unfriendly.

05/01/2025: Ok the place is a little dated for the rooms and furnishings but I must say that the buckwheat cake was very good the coffee also fast and friendly customer service price and average for being in Merano historic center let's remember and then during the Christmas period price more than normal

04/11/2024: We were looking for a bakery to bring home some specialties from Merano to Milan. I would say the only one open on Sunday afternoon was Lemayr, and it was a pleasant discovery. The blonde girl who served us was kind and recommended the main attractions and some places to visit (which later turned out to be closed). The food is good and of decent quality, the prices don't seem very low to me! The environment is nice with a lot of display located in the window overlooking the arcades. Advised.

17/10/2024: The food was okay. If I had seen the kitchen and the rest of the restaurant beforehand, we wouldn't have come there. Unfortunately, I didn't go to the toilet until after dinner and that's when everything revealed itself to me...

09/10/2024: Awful is too mild a verdict. Disgusting is the proper word. It's not even possible to eat worse in the whole region, let alone in Merano. Absolutely horrendous. Please, only drink if you do the mistake of going here. You have been warned. DO NOT EAT HERE. Terribly bad food! There is absolutely no way it could be worse and more disgusting than eating here, not just in Meran, but in the whole of South Tyrol! I don't have the words to describe how disgusting the food and service is here. Absolute nightmare. My message is to be heard as soon as possible and the voice is heard, and the service and atmosphere are also there. LONTANO DA QUA PER MANGIARE! È veramente un incubo! It is absolutely impossible to manage the peggio che qua non solo a Merano ma in all' Alto Adige! Una schifezza complete.

03/02/2025: Went for a coffee, no newspapers, barely enough coffee. The beautiful glass window allows you to enjoy the sun. I took a look at the menu which, honestly, doesn't seem like much to me.

08/01/2025: Eravamo in sei, avevano Strudel per 5 ma hanno fatto una piccola fetta e hanno fatto pagare 6 porzioni. La cosa peggiore è che lo Strudel era congelato al centro perché lo avevano scaldato al microonde e ancora più assurda la risposta del personale "è tutto il giorno che ci dicono che lo Strudel è freddo". A Merano è inammissibile.

07/04/2025: Food was very good Aperol was perfect Beer was as expected But the service was simply completely overwhelmed. I wanted to go to the bar myself and pour myself a beer... but then I didn't want to do that either If you have time and can wait 10 minutes for a beer, the bar is highly recommended. Anyone who is thirsty is more likely to die of thirst here

28/03/2025: The waitress is friendly but overwhelmed. A colleague only comes to take the cash and is not at all friendly. When he wants to get rid of customers, he simply closes the awning, which is filled with water, and the guests are chased away by the torrent of water from above.

06/04/2025: We often order from them because the pizza is truly among the best in the area, nothing to say about the quality. Unfortunately, yesterday's experience was very disappointing. After ordering via the app, the order was delivered... but in fact we hadn't received anything. I then called for clarification, but the telephone assistance was really unpleasant. The only thing that has been repeated to me several times is that they don't deliver to Lana unless orders of at least 4 pizzas are made. It's a shame that we have been ordering for months - even less than 4 pizzas - without ever having had any problems or communications of this kind from the couriers. I tried to ask for explanations on how it was possible that the order was delivered, but the answer was always the same: "We don't deliver to Lana". No real willingness to help or clarify the situation, not even towards a regular customer. In summary: excellent pizza, customer service to be deeply reviewed. For this two stars. There's no point in making an excellent pizza if you then receive responses like this!

20/01/2025: The artichokes were missing on my atomic pizza and both pizzas were a little dry...a little tomato sauce wouldn't have been wrong.
