04/06/2024: After entering the shop, I checked the temperature of the "aranciata", less than 10 seconds later, when I wanted to leave the juice shop, I was accused of stealing the aranciata. I explained that I didn't steal anything and the saleswoman then shouted at a customer with the words "Ha preso l'aranciata" (He stole the aranciata)

17/08/2024: Esperienza negativa.
Ordinato coppa gelato di 3 gusti, una spezi ed uno spritz.
Arrivato coppa gelato con gusto sbagliato al quale non abbiamo dato peso.
Inoltre è arrivato un bicchiere che sembrava acqua e limone che potesse accompagnare il gelato.
Al momento del conto ci siamo resi conto che ci stava facendo pagare anche il bicchiere d'acqua, chiedendo spiegazioni il cameriere alto e calvo ci ha detto che avevamo chiesto anche un bitter e che avremmo dovuto fare subito presente che non l'avevamo ordinato. Noi convinti che fosse l'acqua e limone avevamo già sorseggiato la bevanda dal bicchiere...
Alla fine abbiamo pagato anche il bitter in quanto il cameriere non ha ammesso l'errore né del gusto errato della coppa gelato né dell'ordinazione.
Non concepisco queste strutture che lavorano solo con turisti a cui non interessa fidelizzare il cliente.
Sarebbe stato semplicemente più elegante ammettere l'errore e far pagare solo quanto ordinato senza ribattere al cliente.

Why Not? Cocktail Lab

27/08/2023: We met up with friends there in July because of the good reviews. In addition to Italian, the young bartender only speaks English very, very poorly. A colleague/guest helped because there was no card. We let ourselves be surprised and only specified the rough flavor (vodka, rum, fruit). Despite different orders, we all had the same cocktail, which didn't necessarily taste good.
But we were relaxed, in the holiday mood and ready to give the bartender a second chance. So we ordered internationally famous cocktails: Swimming Pool and Pina Colada. We then thought nothing could go wrong.
The swimming pool consisted of 1 cup of cream and was so disgusting that I probably won't drink it again for years. A dried orange slice was thrown in as decoration. My friends had a similar experience with the Pina Colada. And because there was no map, we didn't know the prices in advance. The total price was absolutely outrageous and there was no bill either. I can only advise every tourist away from this bar. Worst cocktail bar I've ever visited.
