19/04/2025: Une carte avec beaucoup de choix, Possibilité de choisir son vin dans les étagères Le personnel est aimable et le service rapide C’était pour déjeuner vers 13:30. Attention les couverts sont en plus: 2€50 par personne et je ne l’ai pas vu sur la carte.

15/04/2025: Wir haben zunächst 2 Prosecco bestellt und dann Carbonara und Tagliatelle Bolognese. Nach ca. 10 Minuten waren die Getränke noch nicht da, obwohl insgesamt nur 3 Tische besetzt waren, so dass ich höflich nachgefragt habe. Die Antwort war „kein Problem“. Nach ca. 5 Minuten kam unser Essen. Ich habe darauf hingewiesen, dass ich gerne erst meinen Prosecco wollte. Die Antwort war „kein Problem“ und der Kellner verschwand. Nach 3 Minuten kam er mit dem Prosecco, meine Frau hat, nachdem sie das Essen probiert hatte und es nur lauwarm war, gebeten ihr doch bitte ein heißes Essen zu servieren. Die Antwort „kein Problem“. Nach 5 Minuten kamen dann die aufgewärmten Nudeln Carbonara. Geschmacklich unterirdisch, insbesondere die Sauce war irgendwie geronnen. Also ich kann weder Service noch das Essen empfehlen.

07/11/2025: The waiters were completely overwhelmed. It took ages for no one to come and take our order. My husband's pizza arrived before our drinks. I never got my food at all. The prices were outrageously high. The only nice thing about the place was the spot by the promenade.

07/11/2025: The drinks arrived shortly before I finished my pizza, but my wife's food never arrived at all. A real shame, because the restaurant's location was perfect.

27/09/2025: I bought a slice of Schwarzplententorte (buckwheat flour and jam) and an apple strudel. I really liked the buckwheat cake, but the apple strudel wasn't.

08/08/2025: The cashier serving customers today at 4:50 pm was shocked by her unacceptable behavior. We asked her for sweet pretzels, and she gave us some that weren't fresh! Then we asked her to change them, but she refused and swore in German! When I told her, "We understand what you're saying and will file a complaint against you through Google Reviews," she hit the pastries on the counter in a very rude manner. We asked her name, and she refused and continued speaking German. She is over 50 years old, has short curly hair, and wears glasses. I hope the store manager gives her a warning for bad behavior with tourists! The cashier serving customers today was shocked by her unacceptable behavior. 21/09/2025: On previous visits to Merano, I've really enjoyed my Schreyögg espresso here. I was looking forward to it yesterday morning, too. The waitress, a woman in her mid-50s with blonde, chin-length hair, asked if she could help me. I said, "No, thanks, I'm still looking around." She replied, "Look... we're not a museum!" I then apologized and left. I won't be returning and would rather cherish the memories of better times.

11/09/2025: On September 10th, between 2:30 and 3:00 PM (I want to specify this because I want the owners of this place to look at the surveillance cameras to see what the old waitress who was on duty did)…..three people entered this place (among us was a pregnant woman), to eat a slice of cake! The place was indescribably filthy, dirty dishes everywhere, inside and out, on the counter and on the tables…. At the back of the room we found a free table and sat down. I got up to go and ask the sales assistant the name of just one cake because there were no labels for any of the products! She raised her hand and yelled that I have to order at the table. I said that I order at the table, but I want to know the name of that cake so I can order! She yelled again, saying that it is written in the window… which wasn't true because I took photos! I told her that it isn't written and she yelled again, saying that it is written on the menu… where of course it isn't written! At that point, I grabbed my phone to take some photos. She came out from behind the counter, held her arms out, and stood in front of the window so I couldn't take any photos. She kept yelling, "Take my picture, take my picture!" Eventually, she moved, and I managed to take some photos... and we got up and left. Because of the filth, but especially because of that old woman's attitude, I will never go to that place again, and I don't recommend it to anyone! I sincerely hope the owner of this place takes a step back and treats the woman (who I can't call a lady). I'm also attaching the photos you took... to show there are no labels... but it's her... 😡😡😡 In the photo, you can also see some of the dirty dishes on the counter...
