27/09/2025: I bought a slice of Schwarzplententorte (buckwheat flour and jam) and an apple strudel. I really liked the buckwheat cake, but the apple strudel wasn't.

08/08/2025: The cashier serving customers today at 4:50 pm was shocked by her unacceptable behavior. We asked her for sweet pretzels, and she gave us some that weren't fresh! Then we asked her to change them, but she refused and swore in German! When I told her, "We understand what you're saying and will file a complaint against you through Google Reviews," she hit the pastries on the counter in a very rude manner. We asked her name, and she refused and continued speaking German. She is over 50 years old, has short curly hair, and wears glasses. 07/11/2025: The drinks arrived shortly before I finished my pizza, but my wife's food never arrived at all. A real shame, because the restaurant's location was perfect.

07/11/2025: The waiters were completely overwhelmed. It took ages for no one to come and take our order. My husband's pizza arrived before our drinks. I never got my food at all. The prices were outrageously high. The only nice thing about the place was the spot by the promenade.

16/11/2025: Ordered coffee today... forgettable, very bitter and completely without crema... I don't call that coffee art. The service was very rude.

21/09/2025: On previous visits to Merano, I've really enjoyed my Schreyögg espresso here. I was looking forward to it yesterday morning, too. The waitress, a woman in her mid-50s with blonde, chin-length hair, asked if she could help me. I said, "No, thanks, I'm still looking around." She replied, "Look... we're not a museum!" I then apologized and left. I won't be returning and would rather cherish the memories of better times.
