We come back because they serve the best carne salada, raw and cooked, in the area, in Trentino, and I'm not wrong if I'm going out on a limb and saying anywhere in the world. The other dishes are also rich in flavor, tasty, well-prepared, and plentiful, but the carne salada... Interesting and affordable wine list; it's a shame, especially, that you can't drink during this time of year. The atmosphere is elegant and intimate. No-frills service, attentive and friendly. The price? Ca Briosi's carne salada is priceless!! Yes, the bill is fair!

We stumbled upon it by chance. We were looking for a place to eat "carne salada"...and this is the perfect spot! The meat has an excellent flavor. We also tried the tagliatelle with mushrooms...excellent and delicate. The place is small but welcoming. We were completely satisfied.

07/07/2026: Who says there's no bar in Ponale? You can take the M5S Lilla underground elevator down! The sesame bun with cutlet and mayonnaise and delicious hard-boiled eggs is delicious, and the service is impeccable. Excellent experience. Recommended stop. Okay!
12/06/2026: The staff is very friendly and attentive to the customer. When you enter the Ponale bar, there is a positive energy capable of raising the frequency if you are a little tired and down in the dumps. Their cheerfulness is contagious and ideal for a short relaxing break and unplugging. Upbeat music, a clean environment and it is one of the few places where you don't need to ask for a glass of water with your coffee and this is an aspect that sets it apart. Good coffee and moderate prices! Excellent, I would say! The girl is very nice.
