28/09/2025: Superb location. Superb food. Truly excellent cuisine. Unfortunately, the bill is always steep, and the prices aren't displayed, so you can gamble at the table. However, the dishes are some of the best around.

06/09/2025: We came for a horseback ride, truly beautiful, fantastic horses, and wonderful service. The people were very kind and helpful. A truly wonderful place.

30/08/2025: We took a one-hour horseback ride for 30 euros, worth it for the beauty of the places and the very well-treated horses, and the girls who guided us and advised us during the trip were excellent.

27/09/2025: I can only rate the bistro service. The pinsa was good, but the tiramisu wasn't my cup of tea. The service was good, although they forgot to bring my main course (we'd asked for a pinsa to share), followed by a risotto, salmon tagliatelle, and a Caesar salad for me (which never arrived). The clerk kindly replied that there had been a misunderstanding. It can happen. I'll try to return anyway.

02/10/2025: It’s my second visit already. If you come to this city and don’t eat pizza here, you’re really missing out. The food is delicious, and most importantly, you must make a reservation. The staff are super friendly and full of good vibes — they really make the atmosphere fun and lively. Don’t forget to order the tiramisu — it’s amazing!

I honestly don't know if it belongs to the restaurant, but it's close by (we were there in the last week of September). Recommended place; we were lucky enough to have friends bring us here. 01/10/2025: We dined at this restaurant, choosing to sit outside under the umbrellas. We waited about 20 minutes before being acknowledged, and the waiter seemed very aloof throughout the meal. Regarding the food, we ordered three starters and three desserts. The dishes were adequate, but we weren't thrilled; I'd say "neither praise nor infamy." This average doesn't justify a higher rating. There's room for improvement in both the service and the quality of the dishes.

19/10/2025: The hotel is truly beautiful from an aesthetic standpoint. Very fresh, clean, and in a modern yet elegant style. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The spa is very welcoming. However, there is only one open-plan relaxation area. The sun loungers and hot tub on the terrace are excellent. The pool is very charming. A small comment regarding breakfast: there aren't many options for those with dairy allergies or vegans.

19/10/2025: Stay from October 17 to 19, 2025: splendid room in size, finishes, and cleanliness. Half-board service with excellent breakfast and dinner. Professional and very friendly staff. Top-floor pool with retractable roof and views of the Castelrotto bell tower, saunas, and relaxation rooms. Superlative hotel.

16/09/2025: Pizza among the top five in Trentino. The fries aren't the usual ones—they're often rubbish—but they're unique and truly unbeatable. Try them and believe it. Compliments to the staff. I'll become a regular customer as soon as I can.

Always kind and quick to serve. Everyone is extremely professional. Outdoor tables in the shade. 3 or 4 different types of draft beer. Good coffee. 💪💚

08/09/2025: This is the perfect hotel for a hiking holiday! From the rooms to the last little question, everything is perfect, and the team is super friendly and welcoming. If you love modern yet traditional architecture and interior design with lots of old wood, this is the place for you! The hotel is definitely worth a visit!
