03/08/2025: A former quarry transformed into a restaurant. Excellent pizzas and fabulous first courses. The nettle meatloaf is a delight.

03/08/2025: Delicious food and a varied menu. A great selection of seafood. Plus, delicious Munich beer on tap and a relaxed atmosphere in the charming garden with a playground for children (and two goats at the end of the property). Inside, the ambiance is more chic in the vaulted cellar – accordingly, the prices are a bit higher, although certainly commensurate with the quality. We'd be happy to come back!

22/06/2025: Good morning everyone, I would like to start with the fact that I love this restaurant for several reasons. The first is because I love the owner and waiter nicknamed "papà bosio" who is very nice and attentive to us and I had the opportunity to taste many dishes that I had never tasted in my life, so the few times I came to this restaurant I always found myself in inhuman conditions and I never paid a heart, not even a single cent, being a friend of the godson of a Dennis bosio. I recommend everyone to eat there and greetings to everyone 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

26/07/2025: Visited on the evening of July 18th. La Vecchia Canonica is located in the town center, in a small square. If there's an event going on—they're quite frequent in the summer—you'll have to park further away because, as happened to us, there's no space. The place is pleasant, recently renovated, carefully lit, and well-furnished. There were four of us, and we dined on the outdoor terrace, which I highly recommend, both for the mountain view and the cool air: there's no air conditioning inside (which it should be, as we're only 700 meters above sea level, and it's decidedly too hot in the summer). The waitresses were very kind and helpful. We ordered four pizzas, two of which were gluten-free, all good, rich, and well-cooked. Specifically, two Vecchia Canonica and two Nostrana, which completely satisfied us. The portion of fries was also good. The gelato was good, the strudel was average, not memorable, and the chocolate cake was quite good. We enjoyed the place and recommend it. I'll definitely be back to try the first and second courses. In my opinion, it has two flaws: 1) the most serious is undoubtedly the excessively slow service (about 40 minutes, for the record, and years ago, a dinner with friends on the evening of August 15th went much, much worse); 2) rather high prices: the four of us spent €82.50, which is not a small amount, but I particularly note that the €3 supplement for the gluten-free pizza is excessive, the 10% cover charge is decidedly excessive (and, incidentally, I'd never seen it anywhere else), and finally, €6-7 for dessert is a lot. In summary: a nice place where you can enjoy spending time and eating well, but it's rather expensive and the service could use some work.

28/07/2025: Amazing hotel in corvara, cyclist friendly. Breakfast is sumptuous and just what we needed for the huge climbs! Wellness area has nice saunas and a pool. Rooms are big, clean, and well appointed. Staff is helpful and kind. Would stay again.

03/05/2025: For the 2nd year in a row we came to do a short ski with you. Last year with 6 people and this year with 14 men. * Prime location * Good kitchen with a very extensive breakfast and wide choice for dinner. * Nice wine list * Spacious rooms * Good room service * Ample shuttle service to the lifts *Some very friendly staff Small minus: The bar closes way too quickly.... 11:30 PM is really early. On Saturday evening our bus left and dinner was shoved down our throats, 3 courses in 30 minutes is not pleasant. It was also not possible to pay by card for the wines that our group drank, it had to be in cash. You can expect us again next year and probably with an even larger group.

29/07/2025: We had a lovely 9 days stay in hotel Latemar with our two years old girl. Location, food, service, room, ... everything was very good! This hotel is child friendly.

12/06/2025: After a hike, we stopped off the beaten track for coffee and apple strudel, and we didn't regret it. Great service, delicious apple strudel with vanilla ice cream and/or whipped cream, and a beautiful view. What more could you want after a hike?

25/05/2025: A magical place, delicious homemade desserts, authentic flavors. The use of flowers in desserts, herbal teas with herbs collected by them, excellent chocolate! and many books on natural and mountain cuisine to consult! A pleasure for the palate and the soul. We happened upon it by chance, we will definitely return. very good!

18/02/2025: Let me start by saying that I don't usually like strudel but the one bought at the pastry shop "La Bottega del Goloso" made me change my mind because it is truly superlative! Congratulations!

15/03/2025: The hotel is located about 30 meters from the ski slope, its location makes it very good. If you expect 3 stars, the hotel will pleasantly surprise you, if there were 4 stars, it would be standard. The services were at a high level, breakfast buffet (scrambled eggs and omelette at breakfast for an additional charge of €3), but the choice was varied, but it did not change at all during our week's stay. Dinners were served, always several courses, always very tasty food. The rooms are clean and quite spacious, the elevator only goes to the 2nd floor (we were on the third), but that was not a problem for us. Wifi worked very well, but it did not reach the room further away from the room. The hotel has a gym, saunas and a relaxation area as well as two swimming pools (the larger one is colder, the smaller one with a whirlpool) and a paddling pool.

21/02/2025: The hotel is very nicely located. Right on the ski slopes. Rooms very good, food fantastic and the staff just great. I have a food allergy to protein from 🐟 fish. No problems at all. I was immediately given something else for dinner. Dinner always consists of 5 courses, where you can choose the starter and the main course. Conclusion, a really great hotel with really great staff. Thank you!!!

05/03/2025: Dopo una escursione, con mia moglie, al lago di Pian Palù è stato d'obbligo un pranzo rigenerante tra la frescura di questa valle. Accompagnata dalle bontà delle proposte della cucina di questa malga che dispone di tavoli fuori con vista da sogno. Servizio e cordialità impeccabile come da luoghi di montagna. Carne di cervo top. Interessante chiacchierata con la proprietà che si è unita con noi al tavolo a fine servizio.

30/12/2024: Posto immerso nella natura, tra panorami fiabeschi di boschi innevati. Malga accogliente per la gentilezza della famiglia che lo gestisce e per il calore del posto, tutto rustico e arredato con cura per donare il sapore caldo della montagna d' inverno. La stufa accesa, tutto di legno, decorato natalizio, personale sorridente e gentile. Il menù è sul foglio al tavolo, tutti piatti tipici trentini, tortei di patate, salumi e formaggi di malaga, canederli, gnocchi di spinaci, tagliatelle ai funghi locali, carni e dolci. Tutto molto buono, saporito e gustoso, prezzi nella norma. Segnalo il gesto di grande cortesia dei ragazzi che sia per salire che per scendere dalla strada ghiacciata sono venuti giù cn la loro auto per portare mia mamma col bastone. Ottimo servizio, ottimo cibo tutto locale e tipico, ottima atmosfera. Complimenti a tutta la Malga Frattasecca!

14/06/2025: We had the best ice cream from the Alps south here. A limited selection, but also some unusual flavors like salted peanut. Several toppings, marshmallows, and waffles are available.

04/08/2025: Young and lively atmosphere: we stopped by "just" for two coffees and a cake, and were greeted immediately (at a busy time...) with a warm smile! Above all, it's a beautiful and quaint place. A lovely, enjoyable "short" break, we'll be back. Thank you.

31/07/2025: Wonderful hotel, nestled in the midst of breathtaking mountains, among the most beautiful in the world. The walks are fun, strenuous, or relaxing. Extremely courteous and prompt staff, especially the wonderful Alessandra, who is both beautiful and incredibly fast. It was a pleasure to be served by her. Highly recommended.
