23/07/2024: Passed by by chance. My girlfriend and I had two pizzas with mushrooms. The pizzas are good and the waitresses are very kind. Good experience.

13/07/2024: Very good and well seasoned pizza! Typical Trentino restaurant, very welcoming like the staff in the dining room. The waitresses were always very kind and attentive! Also worth trying are their fantastic grappas 😀. Finally, a very honest account!

16/08/2024: Nice atmosphere, ok staff... Good food...it can be improved: bruschetta with thin, burnt bread. Green gnocchi with ham and cream portion from the children's menu (and it was) so we specified when ordering to the waiter, but on the final bill they gave us the increased price even if they weren't on the normal menu. Gratinated scallops:..were there?...they were to be identified under too much breadcrumbs burnt in lumps... it could be improved, for the price...which is offered! ALWAYS WATCH THE PRICES IN ALL LOCATIONS IN THE BRUNICO AREA AND SURROUNDINGS... EH... YOU PAY FOR THE PANORAMA

18/07/2024: Ottima posizione con visuale paradisiaca,comoda anche per le passeggiate per raggiungere i laghetti. Non da meno la cucina ,buoni gli spiedini formaggio e speck, i cancelli,gli spatle. Ultimo ma nn ultimo la gentilezza del personale.

We had a delicious coffee, the views were wonderful and if that were not enough we enjoyed live music. The woman who served us was very very friendly! EXCELLENT! Typical in furnishings, we didn't eat pizza but local specialties such as cheeses, cured meats and first courses... Excellent! 19/08/2024: The blonde waitress was very kind, unfortunately I can't say the same about the manager/owner... an embarrassing rudeness. The fortune of these people is to manage a place that makes money by necessarily being one of the few present on the slopes. However, I am often in Andalo in summer and winter with various friends and we will certainly never go to this hut again during a descent on the slopes. I strongly advise against it and I feel sorry for the staff who work there. Answer for the owner: Good evening, unfortunately the review refers to you. The episode concerns a banal mistake by the waitress which the Lady in charge exaggerated by making a little scene with us who honestly had no responsibility... I believe that absolutely different behavior should be maintained in front of customers (people in general). However this is my opinion. Good evening and good work

26/08/2024: Delicious ice cream with original flavors (grandma bis for example which I recommend!). The quantity is also truly surprising: a super cone without a doubt. Extremely young and kind staff. If you are in Pinzolo you must stop here! Exceptional value for money.

04/03/2024: Very nice and well-kept hotel, rooms and environments in general very clean. The staff is uniquely kind, they make you feel at home; I recommend dining inside the hotel both for the convenience and the quality of the dishes which, in addition to being delicious, are also well presented. There is also the possibility of using the spa, small but very nice. The room is not ultra modern or gigantic but it is equipped with all comforts and ultra clean, the bathroom is a little outdated but this too has everything you need and is polished, perhaps a renovation would be ideal just for an aesthetic question. 30/07/2024: As for the food, it's average Italian cuisine. Large selection of wines. Accommodation is worse. If you want to go to the room, you have to open the door every time. They cannot be opened normally. Perfect for a couple with a small child when you can't leave the room quietly... It has multiple rooms so you'll be woken up by others in the evening. The air conditioner in the room works by removing the batteries from the remote control 20 times and then the remote control starts working. Ok, so a window will open. But the restaurant has a "laser" in the garden, so it shines into the windows and wakes you up.
