25/08/2025: Great experience at the chalet. Easy access by leaving the car in the parking lot and the cable car takes you directly to the chalet. Superb decor and quality food served with kindness. In short! An establishment worth the detour.

24/08/2025: Excellent aperitif and lunch in a unique setting. I left at dawn, and after several hours of walking to visit old, now-forgotten trenches, I treated myself to a well-deserved reward. The downside is clearly the proximity to the facilities, but that's just my personal opinion. You can find everything, as is normal. Kudos to the waiter and the food. The former was very kind and professional, the latter excellent. Thank you, and see you next time.

21/08/2025: The staff at Gastof Kohlern made us feel like we were the only guests on site. They were a attentive, kind, and truly built a relationship from the moment we checked in. The views from the property are unmatched. You can see the entire Bolzano city and valleys beyond. Looking at the mountainside with vineyards and villages from our balcony was like looking at a painting! Incredibly peaceful after a day of hiking. You will not get this view from Ortisei or Brixen, I can guarantee that! From the coursed dinners, to the thoughtful interiors, to the relaxing treatment from Nadine, this hotel checked all the boxes. The owners of this hotel are present and put so much care to your experience. They went above and beyond. Thank you Natalie, Josef and our new friends in the Dolomites!

19/08/2025: We discovered this inn through "My Local, Your Local." Since we're currently on vacation in South Tyrol, we didn't want to miss the opportunity to visit. The food was delicious and the service very attentive and friendly. We would give it 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️.

10/08/2025: I was looking for a different hotel Santer but look at that, you guys are a wonderful resort for wellness and holidays. Great pictures often say more than a thousand words, but we also need words that are well-disposed and vibrate high to maintain our heart level without being dependent on them. It brightens up the day and multiplies itself here on this platform worldwide anyway. I wish you a wonderful summer. It's nice that I already have you here on my phone. Yes, it is recommendable, no question.

07/08/2025: 1. A request for a one-week stay for two people, including accessibility by car, for January 26 was already made in May 25! 2. I was told to call again in August 25. By then, they had assessed the needs of regular guests and might be able to offer something. There was no response regarding accessibility. After repeated inquiries, the information was received. 3. The second request was then made in August 25. 4. A room was offered without any consideration of needs, with a reference to moving to a room – a single room… There are two of us. CONCLUSION: This kind of behavior is fundamentally inappropriate for a service-oriented establishment that sees itself as a host. And this in South Tyrol. Unbelievable but true! No thanks! Fortunately, South Tyrol has much, much better to offer.

20/07/2025: We dined at Panorama thanks to our hotel's special offer. Five evenings, five different menus were offered by the chef. We especially enjoyed the local dishes. They offered us the option of choosing dishes from the menu, paying the difference, of course. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and the entire staff was truly friendly.

24/08/2025: An oasis of authenticity: here you can still enjoy genuine local food prepared with care. The service is friendly, the atmosphere welcoming and familiar. I hope it stays that way, without ever losing its authenticity.

20/07/2025: A tiny pizza for €11. We waited over 20 minutes at the end of the meal waiting for them to come by and ask if we wanted dessert or coffee. Since no one came by, we got up, paid, and said goodbye. We won't be returning.

31/08/2025: My review doesn't cover the food, which unfortunately I wasn't able to try as they don't allow dogs. We had a Shih Tzu dog with us, so we couldn't dine inside (we were offered a table outside, but since we were dining with a small child and the temperature was dropping to 18 degrees Celsius, we declined). If you have dogs, find another dog; unfortunately, several places in Andalo don't allow them.

06/09/2025: We ate there twice while on vacation. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was top-notch. You should definitely eat there if you're in the area.

01/09/2025: My wife and I came for a Sunday dinner to celebrate our last day on vacation in the area. This was the most expensive and bland meal we had in the area. Our waiter Tom made a mistake and brought us a different meal than we ordered. I tried to catch his eye to let him know but several minutes went by and it became uncomfortable to have our food just sitting there so I began to eat it anyway. After several more minutes I caught Philip’s attention and asked him what the plate was. He explained in detail, and then I let him know it is not what we ordered. By this time our drinks and meal were half consumed. Phillip asked if he could bring the correct meal . I tried to not make my wife more uncomfortable by saying it was okay and we will keep it. The conversation did make her uncomfortable and I did not want to create a scene so we just dropped it. I would have thought the owner would offer a drink or desert to make up for it, but Phillip did not. When we returned to our hotel I called Phillip to personally let him know we had a bad experience at his restaurant. I spoke with both Tom the waiter and Phillip the owner. Yes, mistakes happen and no one is perfect. I am writing this review because I don’t think the owner cared what kind of experience we had.

02/09/2025: We had a wonderful stay in this little corner of paradise, perfect for families. Easy walks, even suitable for children, a huge playground, and a petting zoo. The food was plentiful and delicious, but above all, the owners and staff were exceptional and incredibly kind! We felt right at home!

02/09/2025: We went to the Gampl Family Alm with our children for lunch. It was very busy (during the week in August), but we were able to get a seat pretty quickly. The service was a bit slow, but that was probably due to the large number of guests. The food was okay, although there was unfortunately a small piece of bone in our schnitzel. It can happen, but it's annoying. Otherwise, it was nice, and the play areas for children are great.

30/06/2025: Place near the hotel where we stayed, very slow service (we waited more than an hour) and not particularly friendly staff. Decent food, very simple and homely atmosphere.
