20/08/2024: What can I say, try it! The place is quiet, with a terrace outside where you feel very comfortable. The staff is attentive, courteous, friendly... always ready to serve but also to advise. The friendship appetizer is a truly space-age cutting board (see in the photo). Excellent choice of typical dishes (trio of dumplings, polenta and cheese, etc.). The desserts are also very good. Fair, very fair price.

Congratulations for the quality and originality of the dishes. My favorite is the orzotto with ice cream! Quality of the food: terrible! thick veal schnitzel (?) with cornflake breading from the deep fryer simply impossible!

17/07/2024: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel. The surrounding area offers fantastic cycling and hiking trails ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The breakfast was extensive and fulfilled all our wishes, and the dinner was always excellent. The pool provided a pleasant way to cool off, and the brand new heated outdoor whirlpool and the three different saunas contributed significantly to relaxation. The staff was attentive and extremely friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation that left nothing to be desired.

Everything we tried was very good. Kind and basic service, the girls are friendlier. Average prices. Good solution for a quick dinner.

19/08/2024: A delight not only for the palate, but also for the eyes. Modern, well-kept place next to the NOI Techpark, so innovation is also a must in the dishes. Our choice fell on a green bean salad, delicious and abundant, ravioli carbonara and 2 tartare, which in my opinion, a tad less spicy would have enhanced the flavor of the meat more. All accompanied by a good Pinot Noir.

16/07/2024: It was ok food but not super flavourful and not worthy of Michelin I don’t think. But not as good as I thought it would be and very pricey. I found the entrecoat to be a bit tough and chewy . The service is very attentive.

16/07/2024: Food, service, atmosphere - this place had it all perfected. I'm not a frequent fine diner but my fiancee loves this every time we travel, and she confirmed that Anna Stuben exceeded her expectations and standard for luxurious dining. Each dish was thoughtfully created with local flavors and the pacing of each course was done very well. It is expensive, but I think very well worth the price and experience.

09/08/2024: Typical restaurant with excellent dishes from Trentino cuisine and beyond. Friendly staff. The lawn is well-kept where you can stop to sunbathe or rest in the shade of a tree. The only suggestion I allow myself to give: for the outdoor seating area, install thicker wattle canopies... I had lunch practically under the sun... Too bad
