The property is as stunning as the valley itself. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions. The cuisine, bar service, and overall dining experience are excellent. The spa is a gem, with an Adults Only area for total relaxation. The bus stop and chairlift are literally right in front of the hotel. An absolute must-try experience.

This year was our second stay at Hotel Saltria – and certainly not our last. Everything was perfect again; the new Lüna suite was a dream, the view is breathtaking, and the snow was still fantastic for cross-country skiing at the end of March. Great new rooms, a superb spa area, delicious food, and incredibly friendly staff – what more could you ask for? A massage with the charming masseuse (at very reasonable prices) is highly recommended; we booked another treatment right away. There are several lovely alpine pastures in the area, so hikers and walkers will also find plenty of beautiful destinations. And of course, the area is fantastic for skiing. We're already looking forward to visiting the even more renovated Saltria next year (although everything is already wonderful).

The view was a dream, we loved it, even having such a wonderful view of the mountains from the bed. The cleanliness was also very good and the slopes for skiing were simply perfect 👏👏. Only some of the lifts need modernization, and please make them all equipped with footrests... The food at the hotel was very good, with a great selection. The staff was very friendly. We would love to come back again.

The hotel boasts a prime location directly on the slopes and hiking trails, stylishly renovated rooms, and breathtaking views of the Dolomites. It also features a wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools, as well as high-quality modern Alpine cuisine. Perfect for skiing and hiking holidays – highly recommended!

We spent a week at the hotel as a group of four couples. We all had newly renovated "Nives" rooms, and ours (a corner room) was the nicest—sunny and with a direct view of the Florian mountain. We also thoroughly enjoyed the truly beautiful and newly designed spa area with its heated indoor and outdoor pools. Our first shock came upon arrival. No welcome, just a peek through the glass partition. Then the uninviting terrace with its tattered tablecloths... a glance at the menu—what on earth was this supposed to be? The popular South Tyrolean cuisine? Far from it. No speck platter, no mountain hut stir-fry, and no Kaiserschmarren. Disappointing. Unfortunately, the culinary experience continued negatively. The worst food on the Seiser Alm. What a shame. Uninspired appetizers and breakfast buffets. After some initial difficulties, the service improved significantly over the course of the week. Our waiter, Lorenzo, was very attentive and competent. To our surprise, almost all the staff didn't speak German. Italian and English were the languages ​​spoken. And two luggage carts for 52 rooms were clearly insufficient. So we had to lug our suitcases around. I can only confirm that the warm hospitality we know and love in South Tyrolean restaurants was sorely lacking. We won't be coming back.

A lovely hotel, also good for families with young children. However, in my opinion, the pricing isn't very family-friendly. A three-year-old already pays 50%, which is significantly above average compared to other hotels. The Wi-Fi speed isn't very good. The pool and spa area are very nice, and the food is good!
