25/02/2025: Beautiful and relaxing experience in a family-run establishment. The spa is well organized and clean - as is the room. The food is really excellent and attention to detail is taken into account. The staff is super friendly, as are the owners, always ready to satisfy our requests. I saw that excursions and/or snowshoeing are organized and this is certainly a plus for those who love these activities.

25/03/2025: Il menù indiano è eccellente, ma anche i piatti italiani sono preparati molto bene, ottimi gli spaghetti alle vongole per esempio. Anche le pizze sono ottime, cotte alla perfezione e digeribili. Il personale sempre gentile e straordinariamente disponibile. Prezzi molto economici ed orari di apertura molto ampi, cosa volete di più?

16/02/2025: I was really looking forward to breakfast, as nothing else in Kaltern is currently open on Sundays. Friendly welcome, a table was free for me. After I asked for the card and received it, I had to wait a full 30 minutes before I could speak to the waitress the next time. But then breakfast came quite quickly. Too fast: the rolls were still frozen inside. It wasn't that bad, I just cut it open and left it there for a while. All in all, very friendly and a great selection of cakes and other sweets.

15/02/2025: The negative thing this year is the price increase with smaller ice cream sundaes compared to last year (ice cream sundaes are smaller than on the menu)

26/01/2025: The accommodation and dining experience was very good. We were originally tasting wine at a nearby winery, and we couldn't help but walk in when we smelled the delicious smell coming from here. Every dish was delicious, and yesterday's meal time was a bit rushed, Luca was very considerate and recommended salmon dumplings and pumpkin dumplings, which were delicious and quick. Later, we stayed here again at night. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and bright. A very delicious breakfast was also provided the next day. If you don't know how to choose, rest assured that Luca can solve all problems.

09/01/2025: Luca è un oste bravissimo. Accoglienza molto gradevole, come pure l'attenzione al cliente. Abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo solo per una notte, ma abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al ristorante (il cervo la fa da padrone... si mangia e si beve "buonissimo"). Idem la colazione che oltre al buffet prevede uova e caffetteria express. Ci torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta che da solo o con la famiglia faremo tappa tra Bolzano e Trento

03/04/2025: Last Sunday my partner and I were walking the Rhaetian path from Castel Tesino to Arsiè and we entered the place as it had an agreement with the project. We simply asked if we could fill the bottles with tap water and were told that we could buy the plastic bottles for sale! Precisely to us who are super ecological! We left very disappointed, to say the least.

26/03/2025: LIKE AT HOME. Even better!! The structure has a perfect location 3km from the center (for those like me who walk) and convenient to the main roads. It has a parking lot. The restaurant has excellent prices and I recommend the house dish tagliatelle speck and mushrooms.. but what makes it unique is the ADDED VALUE of the owner who is super helpful

14/01/2025: After good experiences with the restaurant, we decided to stay in the hotel for a longer period over New Year's Eve. We felt very comfortable there too. Location is great for getting everywhere on foot or by car, supermarket and swimming pool right opposite - as a hotel guest you have free entry to the swimming pool, and you can also rent toboggans for the Rosskopf at a reduced price. Breakfast was very extensive, there was really something for everyone, everything was fresh and tasty. The half-board meal was really very good on most days, but in my opinion the quality was not comparable to the a la carte meal. The menu offered on New Year's Eve was excellent and there was even a small champagne reception at midnight. The only real point of criticism is the bathroom. It was tiny to say the least - there wasn't enough room to change clothes in it, the towel hooks were right above the toilet, turning was not possible... I've really never had a bathroom that small! And in contrast to the rest of the room, the bathroom was last renovated many years ago. But otherwise we can only recommend the hotel and will definitely come back! ____________________________________________________ I can only rate the restaurant, we stopped here for lunch while passing through and ate very well. The service is friendly, you sit close to the street but you hardly notice it because of the flower pots. Food was very good - large selection, large portions, good price. I can warmly recommend it

31/12/2024: El restaurante está situado en el centro de la ciudad, en un edificio medieval renovado. Ofrece platos revisados de la cocina tirolesa; su relación calidad-precio es buena. El servicio es preciso y el personal es amable. Sin embargo, sus platos tardan bastante tiempo en servirse.

Excellent quality Then finally two desserts (a flan and a sacher) also delicious served with real fresh cream. All with 3 glasses of Teroldego wine. 07/02/2025: terribile, il proprietario sembra uscito da un manicomio .vi accoglie tutto maleducato come se li state facendo un torto ad andare lì. Ve lo sconsiglio con tutto il cuore non è un posto dove potete mangiare tranquillamente “come dovrebbe essere un’uscita a cena fuori” è pieno di bei ristoranti a borgo evitate questo gestito da quel farabutto.
