26/07/2024: Winery with apartments, with a shop to buy wine, sparkling wine, grappa, olive oil and balsamic and next door with a restaurant. The winery is easy to find. Quiet location. Great ambience.

25/07/2024: Structure created and built very well with rooms, wine sales point and restaurant with large park overlooking their vineyards with open terraces. The Marzadro family, already famous for grappa, created this structure to produce and sell Garda oil from their olive groves and wines from their vineyards, an apt and winning choice. The restaurant features all local products from cold cuts and cheeses to homemade pasta, home-grown beef and a good range of desserts. As a wine lover I find their Trento DOC of the highest quality and pleasant to eat with all dishes. Intrigued by Summolaco, this Bordeaux-style wine where the local vines are accompanied by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, very soft and flattering, goes well with meats. Excellent service and the rest is done by the nature of Trentino

16/06/2024: The name Pedavena brings with it important expectations. Historic place in Trento. Let's start with the easiest vote. Good beer, Pedavena wins easily here. Location, here too the presence of the two most popular lakes in Trento makes it easier. Parking, definitely large. Food, let's start going down a bit. The pizza isn't bad, but the meat has some highs and lows. Some types of cuts are really stringy, not worthy of the name. The ribs are good, but the sauce is not spread but added after cooking. This covers the flavor. I hope it's not wanted. The good thing was that we pointed out the stringiness of the meat and they gave us a discount. Honest, but we need to improve. Good beer is not enough. High marks for the girls who entertain the children, a blessing for all families with small children 😇. I highly recommend you book and get advice on the meat.

18/08/2024: Four of us were at the alpine pasture on August 17, 2024, after a strenuous hike - everyone was very satisfied. The Lyfin noodles were really tasty and you should just experience the beautiful ambience for yourself.

13/08/2024: Excellent-excellent-excellent ! We had taken notice of this fairy tale hut a few years ago, and finally succeeded to materialize our dream to come and stay here overnight. The pictures speak for themselves. The place is just gorgeous and the surroundings are breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and you have you own PRIVATE bath with shower next door to your room. As tidy as can be. The cuisine is AMAZING and will surprise you by its originality, flavor,and taste: just perfect. "Chef" is Gerhard himself, and we cannot remember to have eaten such good food in the mountains in many years. Hosts Paulina's and Gerhard's warm enthusiasm is "contagious", and we cannot wait until the next time to visit them !

05/07/2024: Hotel located in a nice location, outside the town. Parking in front of the hotel. Abundant breakfast, possibility to dine at the internal restaurant.

02/05/2024: Beautiful hotel/restaurant in traditional style but with an eye to modern solutions, with a beautiful view of the Pale di S.Martino and surrounded by meadows. The cuisine is excellent, typical menu (or pizza) and price absolutely in line. Courteous and fast service. The room was a pleasant discovery: large, clean and really comfortable, with a shower/hydromassage area.

23/06/2024: Di certo un posto da raccomandare. Accolti in una saletta appartata, splendida e calda. Tavoli comodissimi e mise-en-place elegante e moderna. Servizio assiduo e simpatico nonostante qualche minimo (trascurabile) impaccio. La cucina ha mano e testa: Pochi piatti per ben rappresentare la tradizione montana in modo contemporanea…pochi (12) ma ben concepiti, ben organizzati in quattro percorsi ideali, ben cucinati e ben presentati. Alla fine una bella serata in cui siamo stati decisamente bene. Complimenti e grazie.

24/05/2024: March 13, 2024 Truly special evening, I had asked the two Pini Team for a little gift for my sweetheart and after a beautiful evening the thoughts became two... in addition to the beautiful bouquet of flowers that they showed us at the table at the end of dinner they turned off all the lights to create the atmosphere and brought us their extraordinary dessert with candles... it was all really beautiful. Service? Raw material? Plating? What am I telling you to do?

08/08/2024: HAD I NOT DIED OF THIRST, I WOULD HAVE STARVED... Beneath the chestnut’s lofty shade, Where little birds in circles played, We sat and waited, longing, still, For service slow, against our will. The waiters, young and green with fear, Avoided eyes that sought them near. For forty-five long minutes passed, Before our order came at last. Two salads asked, but one appeared, The other lost, it simply disappeared. One risotto lingered far too late, While hunger gnawed, we met our fate. And had we not been parched and dry, Our hunger’s end would soon be nigh. For thirst held on with tighter grip, As time and patience slowly slipped. When time had come to pay our due, The waiter walked, as if on cue, Forgotten card, a vanished glance, In this confusing, awkward dance. Yet all beneath those chestnut trees, Where birds fluttered with such ease. A tale of service gone astray, Where thirst and hunger ruled the day.

05/08/2024: Good pizzas with average prices. Restaurant with prices decidedly above average. Very questionable service, delay in coming to take the order, errors in the delivery of the drink and dessert never arrived after two reminders....

07/08/2024: Very well equipped place, with ample availability outside. Fabulous cuisine (excellent desserts). You can pay by card or cash directly at the table without going to the cashier. The only flaw: to get the receipt, if you paid at the table, the staff tells you: 《If you want the receipt you have to go to the cashier》..., but it's a shame that they don't give you a pre-bill or other information that could make it easier. the "collection" of the receipt (the tables are not even numbered).

14/08/2024: 1A. From the service to the kitchen, everything is perfect. Despite being busy, the staff is extremely friendly. The food is excellently cooked and it was even reasonably priced for the location. Keep it up!

31/08/2024: Good food in a quiet location and. Very friendly staff. The dishes are not exactly traditional but there is still a wide range of first and second courses. The pizza is also very good. I tried a chickpea salad and a mushroom soup

30/05/2024: This wine shop is like returning to old friends. Both ladies know about wine and are very good about assisting you with knowing more about the wines of south tirol. The wines are the very best of the region. When we revisit the region we will come here.

24/06/2024: Very nice bike station. Even if the cycle path from Bolzano to Trento runs on the other side of the Etsch, the restaurant is open. Only 2 minutes back from the bridge, it's worth it
