09/11/2024: During the walk that would take us to Merano starting from Tirolo, we stumbled upon this wonderful Schloss which also offers restaurant service. On nice days you can dine on the terrace which offers spectacular views of the surrounding panorama. The food is well prepared and tasty, accompanied by an excellent Forst beer, poured to perfection, which in these places can be savored in all its magnificence. Freshly prepared roasted chestnuts were also available. Friendly staff, and price commensurate with the location. Nice experience!

30/01/2025: A gem of a restaurant with incredibly kind staff! My friend and I visited last July and were unfortunately running late to our reservation - they held our table even as they were about to end lunch service which was beyond kind of them! Our food was delicious, honestly best pasta I've ever had - thank you! :)

30/03/2025: We came here to eat based on a recommendation from locals, several times! The food was great, varied, but down to earth. Good wines, cleverly prepared and a nice selection of regional dishes. The service was a big part of it. Do you know the butler from “Dinner for one?” Here he is live…. Incredibly nice, funny, charming... If I'm in the area again, I'll be back!

26/03/2025: great place, wonderful owner, very nice, hospitable, helpful, really all the best features that the owner of such a hotel should have. Beautiful views, there is a bus to the lift and the stop is right in front of the hotel.

10/03/2025: Esperienza gradevole con un buon servizio in un ambiente moderno di montagna, buona la proposta del menù e abbastanza buona la qualità dei piatti che abbiamo avuto modo di provare.

26/02/2025: Nos encanta San Cándido y sus alrededores, pero luchamos un poco por la comida, ya que este no es el centro culinario de Italia. No somos snobs, pero apreciamos la buena comida. Ahora tenemos un lugar para ir, tanto así que fuimos 3 veces en nuestra semana en Candido. El personal es genial, amable y feliz de tenerte (no se puede decir para todos los restaurantes) El ambiente es genial, cálido, amable Comida, perfecta, tuvimos diferentes comidas cada vez y cada vez que todas eran perfectas, llenas de sabor y cocinadas a la perfección. Tenía pasta y la hamburguesa de montaña, esta tiene que ser una de las mejores hamburguesas que he tenido, hecha a mano, gran sabor - perfección Volvemos el año que viene y sabemos dónde reservar

23/03/2025: A beautiful mountain hut that is easy to reach, the walk is entirely flat and you can enjoy a magical view, we were lucky enough to find ourselves in the middle of a snowfall. We went with a medium sized dog and in addition to the wonderful welcome they also gave him a bowl with drink. Ate very well.

15/03/2025: Augustiner beer in Ratschings, a delicious surprise. We actually always stop here when we're there to ski. The food is good, the service is friendly - recommended!

09/04/2025: We went for dinner here as a group of 8 people for all you can eat. The sushi was absolutely amazing, it was all freshly prepared right there so you will have to expect it to take some time before it’s served but it’s definitely worth the wait! The owner was also kind and very passionate about his job. We will definitely come back here next year.

23/10/2024: Tasty and inexpensive We were guests at the Sparber restaurant twice. The food was tasty and inexpensive. The service was also very attentive and friendly. We'll go again next year.

18/10/2024: Probably the best pizzeria in Dorf Tirol. Apart from the good taste, the pizzas are visually very nicely topped. Since the pizzeria is located just outside the village center, you can almost always get a seat here. Highly recommended.

28/03/2025: After a walk on Lake Braies, exhausted from the walk, we were looking for a place to refresh ourselves. Five minutes from the lake car park, we find this fantastic typical Tyrolean inn. Warm and welcoming environment. Food of excellent quality and workmanship. Excellent value for money. Breathtaking view. A special memory goes to the splendid Siamese kitten that wandered around the entire outside of the inn with its big blue eyes! Highly recommended place
