23/10/2024: Tasty and inexpensive We were guests at the Sparber restaurant twice. The food was tasty and inexpensive. The service was also very attentive and friendly. We'll go again next year.

18/10/2024: Probably the best pizzeria in Dorf Tirol. Apart from the good taste, the pizzas are visually very nicely topped. Since the pizzeria is located just outside the village center, you can almost always get a seat here. Highly recommended.

23/03/2025: Dazzled by the reviews, we stopped here. Frozen ready-made crostini, frozen bread, pasta with aubergines and burrata not bad, meat quite good. The impression is that it specialized in meat, but since it was not recommended, everyone took what they wanted. Honest spending. We were invited to leave a review. Here it is.

It was supposed to be beef (tasty) with a mix of vegetables, but only arugula and, unexpectedly, polenta were served (it wasn't on the menu and that's why the dish was ordered). All the dishes served were not very plentiful or appetizing. The situation was saved by very nice and efficient waitresses. But I guess there aren't enough of them.

02/11/2024: Excellent place to enjoy traditional 0km food from producer to consumer, with tables located in the beautiful garden on nice days. Butter dumplings and cabbage salad were our choice. Local wine, and apple juice. All very good. Honest account. See you soon!

21/01/2025: I have been living in Tiers for several years and have visited Tschamin Schwaige several times. Unfortunately, I observed a few things that disappointed me. There seems to be a need for improvement, particularly in the area of ​​hygiene. For example, I have seen that tables and other areas of the kitchen are not cleared or cleaned until late. The smell in the kitchen in the morning also seemed unpleasant to me, which may be due to inadequate cleaning in the evening. The quality of drinks and food could also be optimized. Several times I noticed that juices that had been sitting around for a long time were being offered. That's a shame, because the ambience and location actually offer a lot of potential. I hope that this feedback is received constructively and helps to improve quality and hygiene. This would be a great benefit for tourists visiting Tschamin Schwaige.
