Troppa attesa per l'ordine e per le portate.
L'organizzazione del servizio è sicuramente da rivedere.

Buoni i piatti tipici locali (dagli antipasti ai primi piatti).
Tempi di attesa decisamente troppo lunghi ma eravamo stati avvisati al momento dell’ordine.

23/07/2024: Domenica con la mia famiglia siamo stati al rifugio. Piatti buoni e porzioni giuste. Taglieri con accettati di altissima qualità. Pietanze fatte in casa. Tutto veramente buono. Non ho rimpianto la precedente gestione. Anzi!
21/07/2024: Ottimo pranzo, sono venuto con la mia compagna.
Antipasti di tartare di cervo (molto buona) e polenta, formaggio e funghi (un classico che non tramonta mai).
Di secondo consiglio le guancette di manzo, eccezionali!!!
Crostata fatta in casa buonissima!
Il tutto incorniciato da una bellissima location.

17/08/2024: Typical South Tyrolean "alpine hut" with a beautiful open view of the valley... you can get there after a walk of about 45/50 minutes from the free car park before Lake Valdurna; several tables available, just sufficient quantity of dishes, tasty but not "memorable", normal prices; at the mountain hut you will find various animals including rabbits 🐰 chickens 🐓 goats 🐐.

19/07/2024: Siamo andati 3 giorni io e mio marito. Il rifugio è molto carino e le stanze pulitissime. Abbiamo cenato bene e la colazione mko buona con ottime torte. Personale molto gentile
15/07/2024: Personale gentile e veloce , cibo buono abbiamo degustato la polenta in diversi modi con formaggio e funghi , con capriolo il tutto accompagnato da una buona e fresca birra alla spina . Da tenere presente .

13/08/2024: Had a great meal here again!!! After five years still the best burgers in Italy. This time I ate the blackjack burger and the house burger. Sublime in taste and deliciously juicy. Highly recommended, this is the place to be!
11/08/2024: Burger was a bit cold and dry meat (ordered home). The fries ended up directly in the hazardous waste. Greasy, hard and inedible.

13/08/2024: Wir sind den Tappeinerweg gelaufen und haben uns dort eine kleine Stärkung gegönnt. Der Service war sehr freundlich! 😊 Die Speisen sehr ausreichend und wunderschön angerichtet. 🥰 diese waren sehr lecker und einen schönen Ausblick hatte man auch. 😊 Sehr gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder.
07/08/2024: Wir waren als Paar bei großer Wärme am Tappeinerweg unterwegs und sind zum Glück hier eingekehrt. Trotz vieler Besucher und großer Hitze waren alle freundlich und entspannt. Getränke und Essen sind prima, sehr frisch und gut gewürzt gewesen. Insbesondere die Salate waren ein Genuss. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

17/08/2024: Personale gentile e cortese , sicuramente il tagliere vale i suoi 17€ varie tipologie di formaggi anche simpatici a fili 😄 con salumi vari .. molto buono anche il resto .. canederli ottimi , speck e uova con patate 👍🏻
