31/05/2025: Unfortunately, I have to agree with some of the bad reviews. I forgot to take a photo, but my pizza was basically just grease. The salad was okay. When paying, the same scam as described. They just shove the display at you. After asking for the bill twice, we finally received it. The dry bread with warm butter, which was placed on the table at the beginning, costs €7.50... All in all, the only thing that wins here is the view...

21/04/2025: Il miglior ristorante di Cavalese di cucina tipica trentina. Trattato con un ospite con la O maiuscola. Il cibo buonissimo, bravissimo e appassionatissimo lo chef Paolo. 09/03/2025: Buonissimo il cibo, ampia scelta tra primi, secondi e fanno anche pizze. Offre un parcheggio privato. Proprietario gentile e servizio veloce e attento. Consiglio a chiunque passi di fermarsi e andare a mangiare lì.

03/03/2025: A differenza di quanto letto nelle recensioni, decidiamo di provare a fermarci lo stesso…prendiamo 3 pizze, un piatto di pasta e due dolci. Le pozze molto buone anche gli ingredienti utilizzati, la spaghetti al sugo buonissimi e sugo fatto in casa, torta di mele fatta in casa e meringata classica industriale. Devo essere sincero, noi siamo stati soddisfatti della cena, e sinceramente lo consiglio. Prezzo finale 60 euro, direi molto buono considerando la media della zona….consiglio.

13/01/2025: It's not the usual pizza place, here there is professionalism, love, kindness, knowledge of the ingredients. I only waited 10 minutes (it was Saturday evening) and it was a pleasure to see them working at a crazy pace, but always smiling and attentive to customers. The pizza was wonderful! This place sums up the best of Italy. I will definitely go back.

22/02/2025: The owner is very good, attentive, precise, very kind and humble, the best. The bar has a huge variety of products, including croissants, sandwiches, drinks and coffee. It is located downstairs from the top center.

18/06/2025: I chose the Tridente as the place to celebrate my graduation, held in early June, with my family: the choice was never more appropriate. Silvia followed us from the beginning to the end of the organization, she was always very helpful, kind and quick in providing us with assistance and listening, as well as all the other waiters were very kind and prepared. A table for 20 people was organized outside with a view of Piazza Duomo, and we were provided with an abundance of food and dishes that were appreciated by everyone: from colorful sandwiches filled with cold cuts and vegetables, to stuffed focaccias, tramezzini and even, they came to our aid even for a vegan guest by preparing incredible flavored meatballs! I highly recommend the Tridente. Thanks again

10/05/2025: Very characteristic place. Gluten free pizza is not acceptable. It arrived raw and stuck to the aluminum packaging. I ask if they could do something and they tell me that it's normal for it to be like this, and they remove it from the package and bring it back to the table. I have always gone to pizzerias and gotten gluten-free pizzas, even those frozen in aluminum and it has never happened to me.

04/03/2025: Pizza we had was really delicious and thin. Waiter was friendly. We have enjoyed our stay there.

23/02/2025: The owner was sooo hot as he got out of his sports car in slow motion like a mature bull and I was tempted to fall to my knees and put everything he held out to me in my mouth 🤤 He said that this pizza changed his life and touched his heart. I then got a megaphone and read it to the people on my street, it changed their lives too. In our better and the fountain in front of the gate there city was through the pizzas the harvest contributions in our world there which is now pure wine. We are all so grateful that such important pizzas give us new courage to live.

21/04/2025: Hotel located near the slopes in the low Alps - Folgaria. The guesthouse is very large. The standard of the rooms is fine. The food is really very good, large portions and a large selection. Service at a high level. The hotel has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. 3 minutes to the ski room and the first lift. I recommend!

17/04/2025: Wonderful rooms with natural wood furniture, excellent breakfasts and dinners, swimming pool. Ski bus stop across the street. I really liked it.

07/03/2025: Siamo sempre qui ogni anno passiamo da questo rifugio probabilmente è cambiato il personale perché se negli anni precedenti l attenzione per la celiachia c era oggi purtroppo è mancata. Chiediamo se c'è una torta senza glutine alla risposta affermativa andiamo a fare il biglietto alla cassa...torniamo al bancone e vediamo la ragazza che prende la paletta usata per altre torte. La fermiamo dicendo di cambiare paletta e ci risponde che è sciacquata nel bicchiere...a titolo informativo serve il sapone per togliere la contaminazione...la ragazza continua la sua procedura dicendo che allora anche in cucina c è la contaminazione. In questo caso se non c è attenzione va detto che non c è niente per una persona celiaca e nel caso va istruito il nuovo personale

15/02/2025: Pranzo eccellente. Abbinamenti insoliti e gustosissimi dall'antipassto al dolce: l'innovazione qui è di casa! Servizio ottimo.

05/06/2025: The lady at the counter is not polite and completely devoid of a smile. As good as the croissants are, starting the day with her at the counter is absolutely not pleasant. I pass by the place every day but the desire to go in disappears along with the sulking of the counter clerk.

05/06/2025: The lady at the counter never gives you a smile. The croissants are exceptional but being welcomed by her at the counter certainly doesn't give you a good start to the day. It seems like she's doing you a favor. In Rome she wouldn't have lasted even a day with her sulky face 😅
