23/11/2025: I had an appointment on Saturday at 8:30 PM, but the owners weren't there when I arrived. The front desk told me they don't schedule appointments at that time, and they didn't even seem to remember my meeting. I spent time and money showing up, and I should have received an explanation today, but it hasn't arrived. I await your response so I can update my review appropriately.

22/11/2025: A very nice experience. The rooms, spa, the entire resort, and the food were all top-notch. The spa massages could be improved, but all in all, a very enjoyable holiday.

08/01/2026: I stayed for 3 days in a quiet hotel, the food was excellent. "The chef and pizza chef were excellent." The owners, along with their sister and wife, were very kind and friendly. I hope to return. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

02/12/2025: I'm not giving 0 stars because in my case the owner of the property would fully deserve them for his initial behavior even before staying; I found the hotel through Booking but from experience if you contact him privately you usually get a discount, once I agreed on the price I took a look on Booking and noticed that the amount was lower, consequently I booked immediately and also paid in three installments with Klarna, immediately after I saw the reservation canceled by the owner of the property, I called him and asked for explanations, he told me that if I want to use Booking and Klarna he will not issue me the Guest Pass Trentino for free local transport ("blackmail"), having said that if it hadn't been for my wife I would have immediately changed property, immediately. I add that the mother, Mrs. Giuliana is a very good person, sunny, cheerful, polite as well as the very good and exquisite cuisine, I can't say the same about the room even if it was clean because it was always assigned to us by the owner "blind" without having any photos, and it was also different from the one I had chosen on Booking at the price reduced, I conclude for fairness that at checkout the owner gave us a discount (perhaps he had realized the bad behavior) he did not come to pick us up at the train stop (perhaps he has a short memory) but only accompanied us to the bus stop on the way back, in any case as far as we are concerned NEVER AGAIN FROM HIM!!!

21/03/2026: Typical, well-furnished atmosphere, quiet and intimate. Carefully prepared dishes and excellent ingredients. Excellent wine and spirits cellar. We celebrated a birthday with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and welcoming restaurateur. Highly recommended.

12/03/2026: Fantastic experience thanks to Nicole, who looked after us for the evening. She was very attentive and friendly. She helped us with the menu and explained the different dishes, so we understood what we were ordering. We learned a lot about the local area. Nicole made our first evening in st martino really special! The food was also delicious and the wine was some of the best we've had. Thanks again, especially to Nicole

22/12/2025: We stayed for four nights last week. The hotel is well-run by Raia, a Lagorai shepherd, assisted by an excellent team of assistants. The value for money is excellent, and it's one of the few hotels without unnecessary frills like a spa. The location is perfect for skiing, with the chairlift just 100 meters away. Highly recommended.

08/12/2025: On 7.12 I had lunch in this restaurant, having found the location by chance, splendid, in front of the slopes and the ski lift of the same name... the food was good, the tagliata and polenta with cheese and mushrooms were perfect... the staff were kind and helpful, worth trying +++

12/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff were friendly and professional, the location was beautiful (15 minutes from Lake Anterselva), the rooms were large and functional, and there was free Wi-Fi throughout. We also had dinner (the cutlet was very good), and there was ample parking and a buffet breakfast.

07/10/2025: 40€ for goulash with 2 mini dumplings, coleslaw, ½ water, coffee, 2.50 cover charge.

26/01/2026: I couldn't quite figure out how the service was supposed to work. I wanted to have breakfast, but they didn't offer me a table; in fact, there was a sign that said "no table service." Then, after managing my and my friends' orders with some difficulty understanding them, the lady commented, "You could have sat over there and I would have served you calmly."

03/05/2026: Wrong order, instead of grand mix we get mixed grill meats, maybe we misunderstood the waiter, it happens. The dish arrives, we accept it anyway, but at the cashier we pay 1.9 euros more for a dish with fewer types of meat than the other. Let's just say that at least charging us the same would have been nice.

02/05/2026: I dined here because I was traveling for work. I was impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff; I immediately felt at home, served and revered. Recommended.
