11/08/2025: The olive bread, in particular, was truly delicious! We also had the feeling that not everything had been baked that morning; the rolls weren't crispy or airy on the inside.
16/07/2025: A wonderful culinary experience. I tried a slice of Linzer torte and it was delicious, but what really blew me away was the Nussdreiken, a cake I'd never tasted before. I ate it with gusto and was sad to finish it. It's a shortcrust pastry cake with a walnut and almond filling, and topped with flaked almonds. I recommend it. A slice of cake costs €2.30. Also affordable.

06/03/2026: We're a group of skiers who've been frequenting this place for many years. For over six years, we've been regularly stopping here for lunch during our days on the slopes.
Unfortunately, this year we decided to change locations because vaping is allowed inside while people are eating. We found this situation rather unpleasant.
We regretfully report this, as we've always enjoyed stopping here over the years.
05/03/2026: The quantities were small and the prices were sky-high. Bread was measured out with an eyedropper. An experience not to be repeated.

28/12/2025: Everything was delicious and fresh, and the owners were very nice. We've been there twice, and the second time they remembered us and even where we were sitting. They were smiling and helpful. The fish was very fresh, and a special thank you for having eel on the menu.

One of this bar's strengths is undoubtedly its cocktails, crafted with great skill and attention to flavor balance, setting them apart from the city average.
The atmosphere is charming and welcoming, perfect for a quick stop or an informal meeting. The only area that could be improved is the food: unfortunately, compared to other bars in the area that offer more lavish aperitifs, the amount of food served with the drinks is slightly smaller.

All the staff are very friendly, the food is delicious, and the price is right. Definitely recommended.

On a nice day, the outdoor terrace is highly recommended to fully enjoy the castle setting.
The bar is recommended for a coffee break even if you haven't visited the museum.

02/11/2025: The cellar is under renovation and we were received in a small container.
14/10/2025: A perfect place to discover and buy high-quality regional wines. The consultant was wonderful – he introduced us to the wines of Trentino and explained the entire winemaking journey, from harvest to the bottle on our table.
The cherry on top was tasting the Vino Santo – an amber-colored, rich, and truly magical wine. Simply unforgettable!

The staff were friendly and professional, the location was beautiful (15 minutes from Lake Anterselva), the rooms were large and functional, and there was free Wi-Fi throughout. We also had dinner (the cutlet was very good), and there was ample parking and a buffet breakfast.
07/10/2025: 40€ for goulash with 2 mini dumplings, coleslaw, ½ water, coffee, 2.50 cover charge.

08/10/2025: Charging €6.40 for a tiny portion of white rice is simply outrageous. The service was rude and reacted irritably to any questions. Furthermore, the cheese on my dish was moldy, which is absolutely unacceptable!
On top of that, we had to wait far too long, even though the restaurant was practically empty. Overall, very poor value for money – I certainly won't be back.
