19/08/2025: If we Italians, the home of coffee, are okay with €1.70 for a coffee without even a complimentary glass of water, we're in trouble. I swear, if I saw the price displayed, I'd walk right by it.

04/08/2025: It was extremely quiet there, except for the guests that were there and were a bit talkative.I missed some music to have a bit more of an ambience, now it felt kind of awkward to be in such an old place that looks like it hasn’t been refurbished since the early eighties. But if you’re looking for a vintage spot, this is the place to go. Food wise it’s ok, the specials were available and ok, pappardelle mit pfifferlinge, so were the pizzas. They may not have been the best ever, but certainly not the worst either. Nothing was burnt, thin pizzas. But the flavour could be better. For days when you need a quick pizza and if you’re ok with them speaking German, just pay them a visit

06/08/2025: We went in for some gelato, artisanal but nothing special, a single-flavor cone and a double-flavor cone, and we spent €9. It seems like an abnormal price to me (especially since there was a photo of a large cone with €4 written on it... and a kilo price of €20) considering that in Forli gelato per kilo costs €26, but a double-flavor cone costs €3.50, not €5, and it was even larger than the one we were given. I think we would have spent less in Campiglio too, and with much higher quality, but here we were in Pracorno di Rabbi, for example... I don't think tourists should be treated this way, but it's a problem that affects all of Italy, I think, even a tiny, remote village like Pracorno...

04/06/2025: caffè buono, ma il gelato non è stato granché: te ne mettono una buona quantità, a scapito della qualità... nessun gusto sapeva di qualcosa. il locale è molto bello, interni ed esterni davvero gradevoli

03/03/2025: Ci eravamo già fermati per un apeiritvo sui tavoli all'esterno d'estate. Questa volta i tavoli esterni al sole erano pieni e ci siamo accomodati nel bell'interno in stile Vienna. In 3 abbiamo bevuto un prosecco, un Hugo e un originale aperivo alcolico della casa. Ci è stato servito con una piccolissima ciotola di patattine e altro, alla richiesta di altre patatine ci sono stati addevitati sul conto 50 centesimi: la prima volta che mi succede, con più 20 euro di aperitivi. Abbiamo preso anche una zuppa di orzo e funghi, una focaccia tipo pizza e un tramezzino, discreti. Spesa totale 43 euro più l'extra per le patatine. Servizio poco attento.

14/05/2025: I don't know if management has changed, but the staff is rude and surly... I asked for two glasses of white wine and after 15 minutes she brings me two half glasses of warm, low-cost white wine... I go to pay and I had to ask for the receipt and she, annoyed, gives it to me but instead of 8 euros she gives me 4... I point this out to her and she goes berserk, telling me I'm not from the area and I don't know how it works... never again.

05/03/2025: Birrificio artigianale che propone 4 linee di birra (la black per me è la migliore). Sono stato più volte a cena ed ho avuto modo di assaporare sia lo stinco (sublime), che lo spaghetto alla scoglio (buono....detto da un barese), anche la pizza non è male. I canederli di ricotta ha costantemente concluso le nostre cene. Cortesia e professionalità del personale di sala.

23/02/2025: Ho cenato con due amici questa sera. Nel primo (cappellacci) ho trovato il pezzo di vetro in foto (con buona probabilità il fondo di una bottiglia d’acqua). Poiché molto spaventato (posso averne ingerito altro) lo faccio presente al cameriere e chiedo di parlare al titolare. Dopo diversi minuti viene il cuoco, che NON SI SCUSA e dice che non è vetro e che comunque lo farà presente ai suoi fornitori. Gli sottolineo l’importanza della questione e gli chiedo un cerotto perché per pulire il pezzo di vetro (grande come un’unghia) mi sono tagliato un dito. Scopare in cucina….dopo diversi minuti senza che nessuno si presenti (titolare INESISTENTE), chiedo ancora ad altro cameriere un cerotto e seccato mi risponde che lo stanno cercando. Me lo portano mentre comunico quanto occorso ai Carabinieri. Nessuna scusa da nessuno e’ mai arrivata ed anzi tutto il personale che ha avuto a che fare con me mi ha trattato con aria di sufficienza senza alcuna voglia di risolvere il problema. Alla cassa ho consegnato mio biglietto da visita comunicando che non avevo alcuna voglia di pagare il conto dopo un simile trattamento. Domani andrò a sporgere denuncia ai Carabinieri ed alla AUSL commentate. Ovviamente non tornerò mai più.

20/08/2025: A great hotel 🤗 very central 👍 and the rooms are fantastic. The Bonell family were always very friendly and if there were any minor issues they were resolved immediately 👍. The service was also very good 😃. We stayed in Haus Tyrol, which belongs to the Elefant and is a bit quieter. The inner courtyard is beautifully designed and the rooms were also fantastically clean. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed at the Hotel Elefant from August 13th to 18th. The breakfast is plentiful and there is something for everyone. The small restaurant next door is also highly recommended; the food is delicious and the waiters were always very friendly. All in all I can only say it was a fantastic holiday and we will be back 😃.

16/08/2025: A quiet lovely hotel. A small town with good food and good staff the view is brilliant there wasn't any soap in my room but I don't know if that's a general problem even so it's easily fixed overall a brilliant hotel surprised it certainly has three stars doesn't have a pool

15/07/2025: I have to compliment the guys in this management who, at least for me, make one of the best pizzas in Pinzolo (even if it's takeaway). Well done.

30/03/2025: The pizza is very good, large and enough to fill two people. The place is clean, and they prepare the pizza quickly.

14/07/2025: We tried the restaurant, it was a great experience, the food and service were 10/10. We were confused about the halal food, but they helped us and gave us options for Muslims. We had a regular margherita, a Lorenz pizza with delicious eggplant, and a Julia pizza with arugula and pasta. The price was average, I recommend it 👍🏻

09/08/2025: Una pausa pranzo con i fiocchi! Nonostante l'affluenza, la nostra attesa è stata minima. I ragazzi sono molto cordiali e pronti al sorriso. Ottimo il piatto di roast beef, molto buona la birra alla spina; pane fresco e vista completano una piacevolissima sosta.

05/08/2025: Quando ho visto il lama e poi i due cammelli, non ci volevo credere, mi sono sembrati un poco fuori luogo, poi una volta seduto al tavolino davanti a delle costine di maiale ed a uno stinco favoloso, con una buona birra ed un paesaggio incantevole, ho dimenticato sia il lama che il cammello. Dal laghetto di Fiè, è una piacevole passeggiata, e merita di essere effettuata. Prezzi corretti Animali ammessi.

06/09/2025: We wanted to have a dinner on Saturday in Belamonte, everything was owercrowed so we decided to try this restaurant inside the camping. Despite the bad reviews we were very satisfied, the service was nice and we recieved our food only after 5 minutes of waiting in the peak period. The food was also good and a the prices very raisonable.

17/07/2025: Visited this restaurant on July 13, 2025 One star is still too much Wiener schnitzel not fried in clarified butter, but in a deep fryer. The potato salad served with it was vinegary and ice-cold (fresh from the refrigerator!) Bread basket with hard pieces of bread The additional side salad ordered was only dressed with a lot of vinegar; oil, etc., was completely missing Spaghetti aglio e olio had been pre-cooked hours earlier, so it was hard and hardened again in the pan Little garlic and very tasteless oil was used (certainly not olive oil!) The spoon for wrapping the spaghetti was also missing. The main course, Tiroler Gröstl, consisted of a ladleful of coleslaw, topped with a splash of vinegar, and some carelessly rendered Tyrolean bacon pieces that were very salty. The Gröstl consisted of about three medium sliced potatoes, some chopped roast pork, some rendered Tyrolean bacon, and some roast pork gravy. Overall, the dish was oversalted and lacked a balanced flavor. The drinking temperature for a Lagreiner red wine should be between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius, but this time it was considerably higher! We paid €95.00 for the aforementioned food and drinks. In our opinion, visiting or consuming the overpriced dishes is not recommended, as the ambiance and service are also poor. We recommend that the chef(s) undergo further culinary training. We will definitely not visit this tourist trap again.

15/07/2025: Located in a doorway under the porticoes, it has a small outdoor area and a small indoor area. Very quiet and intimate. Typical local dishes, such as excellent red gnocchi and tortelli, are served quickly and the waiters are very helpful. The bathrooms are small but clean. Prices are average.

07/09/2025: Central location, the dishes we ordered were all very salty, the staff was friendly but disorganized, they made us wait almost an hour for three starters because they'd missed our order. Overall, it was expensive for what we ate.

05/09/2025: We've been on holiday in Moena for a week with a group of 10 people, every day we go to a different place, we went for the first time on Tuesday and we had a pretty good time so on Friday we thought about going back and it was a terrible idea, our table was in front of the pizza oven and after the waiter took our order the pizza chef started banging plates and other things (we don't know why he was so pissed off) then he dropped a pizza on the floor and banged again, it doesn't seem like normal behaviour to me. The pizzas arrived, a total disaster, on one Margherita he put raw tomato on top of the mozzarella, the others some were burnt and some raw, we had to put them back in the oven, while we were eating I had to ask the waiter if he would open the window because it smelled of burnt oil, it was really a terrible evening. We went down to pay and reported the incident to the owner who was very sorry for what happened and I must say she made us pay less The waiters, especially the young guy, apologized many times but he was always very kind. The only problem was the pizza chef who, if he has his own business, can stay at home instead of putting on a show.

01/08/2025: The person who served us was not very empathetic, it seemed like we were bothering him, in my opinion the bar was not very welcoming, I won't go back there
