19/09/2025: ...excessively long wait times... It's unacceptable to attribute to customers statements they didn't make, much less call them liars. Such an attitude is not only disrespectful, it damages the restaurant's credibility. The time of those who choose to sit down is not "at their disposal": it must be respected. In my case, the time of the order verified at checkout was clear: 35 minutes for a bruschetta and a salad, consumed within ten minutes. A total of 45 minutes for everything. A wait of over half an hour for two basic dishes is unjustifiable. Restaurant owners should acknowledge their responsibilities and commit to improving their organization, rather than accusing those who bring legitimate feedback. Only in this way can the restaurant's reputation be truly protected from the customer's perspective.

17/09/2025: We wanted to eat something small (just pasta without sauce; for our 2 small children) and it was absolutely not possible to be a little flexibel. The two waitress were rude and unfriendly. We left before we even could order something else........

02/09/2025: Fantastic food, huge portions. The service is fast, and the atmosphere is typically Chinese. Recommended.

25/05/2025: Not bad, Very Asian flavor, The taste won’t be weird. The chef would come to ask if you were full. Also helped with hot water.

12/08/2025: Every time I pass through Sestri Ponente, it's a ritual to stop at Caffetteria Merano, where respect, hospitality, courtesy, and professionalism are complemented by the friendly owners. 07/10/2025: I loved this cafe. I got gelato from here. The gelato I got was the flavours apricot and hazelnut, and they were delicious and it is nearby the pizza restaurant we dined in Pizzeria Da Andrea, and it was only 3-4 minutes from the AirBNB we stayed in during our visit to Italy. I highly recommend this place.

02/10/2025: We ate there with a larger group, and we all enjoyed our meal. I can't comment on the pizza, but the Indian food was delicious and highly recommended. The service was also good.

31/07/2025: Service 2 only because it is a canteen and as such does not have table service, the staff is always very courteous, and the food is at the same level as many restaurants

28/07/2025: The staff was helpful, young, and professional, excellent. The food was quite well-prepared; I personally preferred the pasta to be cooked a minute longer.

20/09/2025: It's a shame the bakery isn't open on Sundays like it used to be; it was our first stop when we arrived from Germany. Located on the main road, but with a roundabout and plenty of parking, it's always worth a visit.

08/09/2025: Classic mountain campsite, excellent location for exploring the area (call to check availability). The facilities are a bit dated but always clean. Excellent pizzeria, light pizza, and very fast service (great if you're traveling with children).

07/10/2025: With the complete reconstruction, this sensational vantage point finally offers adequate seating. There are plenty of tables and chairs on the ground floor inside and on the terrace in front. Plus, a fantastic rooftop terrace. The entire parking area is now completely paved. I think the prices are reasonable. I can understand the solution for the restroom from the operator's perspective. However, guests should be informed of this in advance. It's certainly annoying when you're holding a €1 voucher and have already paid the bill.

22/07/2025: Excellent value for money. Very fast service, reasonable prices, excellent hygiene, basic but varied cuisine. Yesterday, the roast pork was delicious. Today, the turkey was very good. Generous portions.

05/09/2025: We were there today for lunch, chose food from the menu (chicken nuggets and a doner kebab box) and ordered two Cokes. The Coke came to the table in bottles, but the food took a while to arrive. The waiter then came to the table and apologized, saying it would take a few minutes as the fryer wasn't working properly. No problem, we would wait. An hour later we asked when our food would arrive and were dismissed with the words: OK, I can try again. We then finished our drinks and went to pay. Then the next bombshell came: we had specifically looked at the menu again and it said 2.50 euros. When we were leaving, they wanted 6 euros, whereupon I asked because the menu did say 2.50 euros. The answer was: they had bottles and not cans.... However, when we ordered, nobody asked if it was a bottle or can. I've been going to Bruneck for over 30 years, but something like this has never happened to me. Unfortunately, I have to give it one star; I would have preferred not to give it one at all.
