24/10/2025: As my father-in-law says: if lots of truckers stop, it means the food is good... And that's exactly how it is, even at this place.
Simple, but extremely pleasant.
The business lunch was good and fair, both in portions and price.
15 euros for a first course, second course, side dish, water, and coffee (since it was the owner's birthday, a little something special with two small pastries for everyone was also included).
I'll definitely be back for more lunches during my "break" days.

11/09/2025: Okay. The food was good and everything was quick, but in a city as beautiful as Trento, there are better options. The menu is only available digitally and is very confusing. The ambiance is rather mediocre, significantly below that of most other restaurants in the city center.

23/09/2025: Reopening and under new management after various ups and downs. Run by young but experienced and well-intentioned people. The typical local dishes are acceptable, although I personally think the tosella cheese should be revisited and the sauerkraut should be tasted before offering it. All in all, it's adequate.
The new start deserves praise, given the improvements already made, both to the restaurant and to the stable, and the surrounding environment.
Prices are in line.

25/10/2025: Many of you go to Nadamas for drinks, which is understandable, although you have to be careful. BUT the real discovery is hidden on the last page of the menu... among the desserts, you'll find a surprise: vanilla ice cream with warm berries.

13/11/2025: The spaghetti alla carbonara turned out to be spaghetti with cream and cooked bacon. This dish should definitely not be advertised as carbonara. The wild boar pasta was also carelessly prepared and tasteless.
The service was attentive, and the owner didn't charge me for my spaghetti, which I found very accommodating.
07/11/2025: The food wasn't fresh (see pictures), and the service from the older lady was very disappointing – overwhelmed, unfriendly, impatient, and disrespectful. It's a real shame because I've known this restaurant since 2007!

24/06/2025: We have been frequenting this place for a long time and each visit is a pleasant certainty. From kebab sandwiches to pizzas, each dish is prepared with fresh and quality ingredients, always served with care and attention.
A special applause to Osman and Ali, managers who are always friendly, helpful and attentive to the needs of customers. The pizza, prepared by Mesut, is always a guarantee: light dough, perfect cooking and impeccable taste.
A point of reference in Laces for those looking for a tasty meal in a welcoming environment. Highly recommended for quality, service and kindness.

20/08/2025: A very traditional, family-run place. Mrs. Maria made us feel right at home. We visited on an off-season weekend, so on our second night, we were the only ones seated, and Mrs. Maria was incredibly kind.
We ate spectacular dumplings; the ones with speck were my favorite, but the ones in veal broth were also delicious.
The prices were more than fair, and the portions were generous. It's become a must-try.
19/08/2025: We had lunch yesterday for my birthday, and I highly recommend this delightful restaurant. Contrary to some of the reviews I've read, the owner is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and polite. I don't think the problem lies with the owner, but rather with the children. I've observed that they actually run around the restaurant making a racket, unchallenged by their careless parents. As for the food, I have nothing to complain about. Excellent quality, cooked fresh and with care. The delightful owner even gifted us a tiramisu for dessert, the most amazing I've ever tasted. I highly recommend the experience, and I don't believe in the stubbornness of some obviously fake reviews. Find something else to do.
