This review is for the restaurant; we haven't seen the rooms. The place is nice, not my taste as the decor is a bit overdone... but it's quaint, beautiful, and welcoming. Maybe we were unlucky, but I found the service a bit snobbish; nothing dramatic, but I didn't feel comfortable. The food, honestly, is nothing special; good, but not up to par for the price. The taste and flavor are very average.

Expectations were higher. Only one type of sparkling wine by the glass, and the breadsticks were good. The ricotta cannelloni were disappointing, too flavorful, and the meatball skewers were too dry. Could be improved.

A unique, quiet place with a lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. Before arriving, a digital menu is sent for your convenience, and reservations are required. The food is decent, with the traditional dishes being popular. There isn't much choice or provision for children.

rifugio La Montanara

26/06/2026: Visited in the summer, this is a splendid garden where you can stop before or after a walk in the surrounding area. Plenty of parking nearby; I recommend it.
08/06/2026: Even the foxes at Ferruccio's. Everything is top notch. Great place and great management.
