13/11/2025: The spaghetti alla carbonara turned out to be spaghetti with cream and cooked bacon. This dish should definitely not be advertised as carbonara. The wild boar pasta was also carelessly prepared and tasteless.
The service was attentive, and the owner didn't charge me for my spaghetti, which I found very accommodating.

28/08/2025: The hotel is in an excellent location, at the edge of town, near the roundabout that leads onto the provincial road that runs through Val di Sole.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is kind and friendly, and the breakfasts are quite comprehensive.
There is ample parking behind the hotel and it also has an on-site restaurant (which I didn't try, however, because I was having dinner in a nearby town).
The prices, in my opinion, are very reasonable for the quality of service.

24/08/2025: We discovered this wonderful Maso by chance after a pleasant hike. Breathtaking views and rejuvenating silence. Mrs. Annamaria, although she only receives guests by reservation, still accommodated us, serving us speck, cheese, and strudel. Everything was excellent, homemade; in short, a timeless place, the authentic mountain experience we were looking for. We booked the following Saturday to try the Ladin dinner (ravioli, tutres, goulash, polenta with chanterelles and sausage...). What can I say, it was superb, it felt like home. The atmosphere was comfortable and traditional. Mrs. Annamaria was friendly and helpful, and kindly gave me the recipe for the strudel, which we enjoyed at the end of dinner. We will definitely be back.
19/08/2025: A typical Ladin dinner just as we were hoping for, an almost hidden Maso, delicious home cooking, friendliness and kindness, Highly recommended!

26/11/2025: A small but charming café at the fruit market. The service is friendly, and the café clearly thrives on its regular customers. The selection of sweets isn't huge, but it's sufficient and excellent; unfortunately, there's absolutely nothing savory. Therefore, it's only really suitable for a classic coffee break.
But if you can get a seat, it's definitely worth a visit.
14/11/2025: A lovely café right in the center of Bolzano, on the fruit market square. I always enjoy going there. Friendly service, a good selection of pastries, and by far the best chestnut hearts in Bolzano. And, for those who don't like cream, like me, you can order them without cream with minimal waiting time and without any loss of size or taste. Thank you for that, it's fantastic!

29/11/2025: Good restaurant, always excellent food, but I have to give 4 stars for the home delivery service. Lately, the delivery guys have been getting the address wrong EVERY TIME, ending up in other towns, when it would be enough to carefully read what is written both in the directions and in the notes (I live in the main square of a town 10 km from Trento, it's not difficult).

23/07/2025: Lo staff era gentile ed efficiente, l'atmosfera era accogliente, il cibo ottimo...e poi che dire, abbiamo apprezzato molto la scelta musicale (Fleetwood Mac, Tears For Tears, The Cure e molti altri). Super consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente!
21/07/2025: Ora, la pizza era molto buona, il servizio gentile e veloce ma francamente sono stanco di pagare € 3 per 800ml di acqua filtrata. Questo non va proprio bene. Per un locale di questo livello, o acqua in bottiglia a pagamento oppure opzione filtrata gratis.
