11/12/2025: This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. It's a great location, with helpful staff and friendly and accommodating service. Dinners are served at the highest level, just like in an elegant restaurant, with beautifully presented dishes, a wide variety of good products. The buffet offers a wide selection of snacks, cold cuts, cheeses, and more.

03/09/2025: Updated review following the hotel response: I appreciate the response. While I understand your policy, it is clear what story this incident tells. The story for your hotel is now: 'We would rather chase a small child into heavy rain than risk a paying guest momentarily finding one less umbrella available, even if all are unused.' I believe you could have a different story: 'Our staff saw a child in the rain and made a kind gesture to help.' The latter is the story even your own guests would remember and share positively. I am sharing this because I hope future situations are handled with more humanity and decency and less rule-following rigidity. Giving a low rating for the hotel staff’s lack of empathy or kindness. Today we were outside of the hotel waiting for our bus and it started raining. We and a lady with a little kid went under the hotel umbrellas to seek some shelter. Soon we were chased away by the hotel staff. He would not allow us to be there since we were not hotel guests even though the umbrellas were all free and no one else was waiting to use them. We told him we just needed be there for a couple of minutes before the bus came. He still would not allow us. It reflects badly on the hotel if this is how they treat people in general.

26/10/2025: It’s our second or third time in here within couple of years and it always was extremely tasty each time. Recommend.

27/11/2025: My favorite in town. It's more expensive, but I think it's better.

19/11/2025: Mediocre kebab, mediocre fries, mediocre flavor, mediocre service. In short.... Nothing special. Honestly, I find it very strange that a Turkish kebab doesn't have ayran.

22/11/2025: We stopped by during a snowfall; the place was empty and all to ourselves. The service was excellent, and the chef was very helpful. The stove was on even though we were the only guests, which created a very romantic atmosphere. Good homemade food from local producers, just like a Trentino grandmother would prepare. Excellent Sacher torte and homemade yogurt!

13/11/2025: Truly a wonderful mountain hut, well kept but well cared for as are the animals, good quality food and easy to get to from Trento, it's really worth it 💯

14/09/2025: REVIEW FOR THE RESTAURANT ONLY SCANDALOUS!!!! THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE!! HORRIBLE FOOD!! BURNED MEAT, CHILDREN'S CUTLETS GRASSY AND BURNT, HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUSTY AND VERY INACCURATE, WITH DELAYS!! PAPPARDELLE WITH MUSHROOMS, USED WITH CANNED MUSHROOMS (SEEN WITH OUR OWN EYES), WE PAID A BUNCH (11 PEOPLE, 340 EUROS) A SHAME!!! ASK, IT'S BETTER!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

31/08/2025: It was a wonderful stay; we stayed 6 nights and had a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Our room was very nice and spacious. It was impeccably clean. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with a wide selection, especially sweet treats. The property is in a beautiful location and offers a splendid view. The homemade apple juice was delicious; we even purchased some to take home. Kudos to the staff, who were always friendly and polite. If we have the chance, we'll definitely be back!

10/09/2025: The atmosphere is clean and the food is top-notch. The staff is extremely courteous, and our furry friend is grateful for the service.

21/07/2025: Pictures do not match the actual pizza. The pizza was mid and they didn't have beer from the tap (which was on the menu). I really don't understand the majority of the reviews here. There was one service personnel and he forgot what we had to order multiple times despite being only one of three customers. Would not go back or recommend it. The pizza next door is far superior and authentic taste and staff.

23/11/2025: Excellent shopping center with many shops and a wide selection. Great for shopping, with stores for women, men, and children.

19/11/2025: Shopping center with several parking spaces, although it clearly needs renovation; Interspar supermarket, Brico, and other shops in the arcade.

15/11/2025: Excellent pizza and friendly service. Neapolitan-style pizza, excellent ingredients. In my opinion, one of the best pizzas in the city. I always love coming back.

13/11/2025: Delicious pizza, I also recommend Ricky's legendary cornutella, too good. Excellent service, and the place has a unique, refined atmosphere.

19/11/2025: Perfect for a dinner with family or friends. I wonder how they manage to have such a varied menu, and everything is so good and plentiful, including the fish. The service is excellent and welcoming, and the staff is friendly. I'll be back with pleasure.

05/10/2025: My wife and I had dinner with two other friends. We had a great time with traditional South Tyrolean dishes, decorated in Tyrolean style with all homemade products. If I return to those parts, we would go there again.

08/10/2025: Charging €6.40 for a tiny portion of white rice is simply outrageous. The service was rude and reacted irritably to any questions. Furthermore, the cheese on my dish was moldy, which is absolutely unacceptable! On top of that, we had to wait far too long, even though it was barely busy. Overall, very poor value for money – I certainly won't be back.
