24/08/2025: We discovered this wonderful Maso by chance after a pleasant hike. Breathtaking views and rejuvenating silence. Mrs. Annamaria, although she only receives guests by reservation, still accommodated us, serving us speck, cheese, and strudel. Everything was excellent, homemade; in short, a timeless place, the authentic mountain experience we were looking for. We booked the following Saturday to try the Ladin dinner (ravioli, tutres, goulash, polenta with chanterelles and sausage...). What can I say, it was superb, it felt like home. The atmosphere was comfortable and traditional. Mrs. Annamaria was friendly and helpful, and kindly gave me the recipe for the strudel, which we enjoyed at the end of dinner. We will definitely be back.

If you're looking for a place in Trentino that offers excellent cuisine, based on quality and originality, Corte dei Toldi is an excellent choice, and I highly recommend it. A place where you feel pampered and fully immersed in the authenticity of Val di Sole.

19/09/2025: Fabulous dinner with dishes that were bold in flavor and meticulously presented. Punctual, courteous, and discreet service. A welcoming and pleasant place. We will definitely be back.

04/11/2025: Returning from the Val di Fumo we stopped to eat at this restaurant, everything was truly excellent and the owners were fantastic, we will return in spring to enjoy the terrace overlooking the waterfall 😉

30/10/2025: A warm and welcoming pastry shop/café in the center of Bressanone, the staff are friendly. Their thick, hot white chocolate is a must-try; it's excellent, a little treat on a cold day.

10/12/2025: Simply amazing! The kebab is incredibly delicious, high-quality, and much more upscale than your average fast food. The pizza, hot dogs, and other options also taste incredibly fresh. (There are plenty of vegetarian options.) Fast, friendly service, a modern atmosphere, and generous portions. Highly recommended – my favorite spot in Bolzano! 🙌🔥

01/05/2025: Piatti semplici, abbondanti e ben cucinati, serviti rapidamente da personale attento e gentile. I fuori menu sono sfiziosi e consentono di assaggiare le specialità di stagione e del luogo. Si può mangiare nella veranda esterna, con vista meravigliosa sulle Alpi che al tramonto si tingono di arancione. Da provare assolutamente !

27/04/2025: Esperienza culinaria indimenticabile dopo una piacevole camminata nei boschi sopra Madonna di Campiglio. In una baita caratteristica ed accogliente, abbiamo pranzato magnificamente degustando piatti tipici del Trentino preparati con cura e con materie prime di qualità. 21/08/2025: I found this restaurant in the Gallo Rosso guide and it was a pleasant surprise. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. We went on a Thursday evening and were practically the only ones dining, so the service was very fast. The food was truly excellent, especially the dumplings and strudel. I highly recommend it!

18/09/2025: "Seafood" Udon €8.50 for takeout?! Lots of pasta, not enough vegetables, too much soy sauce, and only 5 shrimp. It wasn't good for me, and I can't recommend the place at all 👎

15/09/2025: I don’t know where to start! This was the greatest experience of my life surrounded not just by insane landscapes, but by a family who gives their all to their guests. Santa Pia & her amazing daughter Lucia gave us the time of our lives even baking a cake for my partners birthday. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts :)
