06/09/2025: So the pizza itself was good, but the service was disappointing. We booked a table for 10 people. We got there and the "new" girl, as we were told, didn't know anything, and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for the owner to decide where our table was because she was on the phone, minding her own business. She came to take our orders looking annoyed, then the pizzas arrived. 8 of us ate almost half the pizza before the other 2 arrived because she was working at another table. Once we finished eating, they cleared the table halfway (some dishes remained there until we left). We had to turn off the water and coffees 3 times. But the worst was with the desserts we had brought; she put them in the freezer, so they froze and we couldn't eat them. And lastly, I ate half the pizza. She told me she'd bring me a box to put it in, but they didn't bring it until we went to pay and asked for it. First and last time they've seen us. I'd say the service was terrible, that's an understatement.

30/08/2025: My favorite pizza. Whenever I'm craving pizza, I get a maxi Margherita from Alpenrose and eat it in 10 minutes. I don't have any photos to attach because I don't have time to take them.

20/08/2025: The restaurant is downtown, with dated decor. It felt like a pizzeria that was originally designed for takeout and then adapted to a small restaurant. The atmosphere didn't convince me. The pizza and food, however, are something else entirely. We had a stria to nibble on, and it was soft, tasty, and well-cooked. The carne salada was also delicious and well-cooked. This place focuses more on substance than form. The bill was average.

08/09/2025: Delicious pizza (one of the best in Bolzano) and a large selection of beers from various countries. Friendly service, though the food can take a while to arrive. Relaxed atmosphere with a simple interior. Definitely recommended!

01/08/2025: El restaurante es recomendado por Maso Botes, una casa de huéspedes donde siempre nos alojamos mientras visitamos la zona cada año. La posible experiencia ITive que tuvimos hace 2 años en La Casina nos hizo sentir que deberíamos darle una oportunidad de nuevo. Una vez más no estamos decepcionados. Elegimos uno de cada uno de los menús: la tradición, la naturaleza y la madera. No solo la presentación se ve atractiva, sino que también la comida sabe maravillosa. La joven chef usa ingredientes de los pies en la tierra, pero el sabor está más allá de su imaginación y usted está en el cielo. También estamos muy impresionados con el diseño de interiores. El interior está bellamente hecho con materiales naturales y un toque moderno. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante gourmet! Sin duda volveremos a comer aquí de nuevo si estamos de vuelta en esta región.

15/07/2025: Da molto tempo non scrivo una recensione, tuttavia, dopo aver visitato la casina domenica, decido di farlo. Passando per la zona abbiamo deciso di andare in questo ristorante, mentre ci avvicinavamo abbiamo dato uno sguardo in rete per capire cosa ci attendeva. Notiamo alcune recensioni negative piuttosto recenti, quasi ci fosse stato un cambio di stile e qualità. La nostra è la prima esperienza e - pur rispettando quanto scritto da chi si è trovato male ed essendo abituati abbastanza bene - non possiamo che definirla in termini molto positivi. Gli ingredienti sono eccellenti e trattati con grande cura e rispetto, i gusti decisi e ben definiti. Abbiamo preso due portate a testa e sono state tutte ottime e sufficienti a saziare anche il mio metabolismo che, avendo passato la giornata precedente in bicicletta tra i passi dolomitici, era abbastanza attivo. Personalmente mi è mancato un tocco fresco (tipo una grattata di limone del Garda) sulla polpettina iniziale, che però era un’entrée offerta, assieme ad altri prodotti del territorio molto interessanti. Pur conoscendo bene le produzioni della zona sono riuscito a scoprire alcune chicche “micro” che mi sono appuntato. Il servizio è stato impeccabile come l’accoglienza anche nei confronti del nostro cane. I ragazzi sono stati molto bravi anche a gestire l’arrivo della pioggia con la clientela praticamente tutta nel bellissimo dehors. Noi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno ma in pochi minuti hanno trasferito tutti coloro che lo desideravano all’interno. I prezzo non sono proprio bassi, ma evidentemente ognuno deve fare i conti con il costo dei prodotti che acquista e dei servizi che offre, cercando un punto di equilibrio con le aspettative della clientela. In questo caso i clienti non mancano quindi direi che è tutto in regola. Se devo proprio cerare il pelo nell’uovo, conoscendo bene i prezzi, i ricarichi sulla carta dei vini sono un po’ pesanti e in alcuni casi la stessa bottiglia si potrebbe comprare dal produttore a un tiro di schioppo a 1/3 del prezzo. Soprattutto per far conoscere i vini del territorio si potrebbe limare qualcosa: punterei ancora di più sugli autoctoni trentini, anche minori: lagarino, groppello di Revò, negrara, pavana, peverella, ecc. sempre nell’ottica del farsi anche ambasciatori del terroir. In ogni caso complimenti!

17/10/2025: My experience at the alpaca farm was more than wonderful! 🍂 I really enjoyed the beautiful autumn atmosphere and learning how to interact with the dogs and alpacas. The experience of walking with the alpacas through the mountains and forest was magical and unforgettable! 🦙 The farm owner is a very sophisticated and professional person, and she provided us with an English translator, which made the experience even smoother and more enjoyable. The place is definitely worth a visit, and the experience is worth the price — a small world of magic and tranquility! ✨

05/10/2025: I absolutely loved the alpaca trekking experience! I arrived early to enjoy lunch at the on-site restaurant. The excursion then began with a small group of people guided by our tour guide Tania. I greatly appreciated her clear and friendly way of introducing us to the trekking experience and how to interact with the animals. Then, when you're introduced to the alpacas, you can't help but enjoy their sweetness and playful behavior. During the hike, I was amazed by the beauty of the landscape. We crossed a forest with breathtaking views and beautiful trees that helped you relax and feel at one with nature. At all times, Tania made sure to give us the necessary instructions to make this experience unforgettable. Trekking with alpacas definitely exceeded my expectations! It is a lovely experience to enjoy with family or friends.

12/10/2025: We were here for hiking, so we stayed for several nights. The following are particularly positive: - The owner and her service staff - Restaurant quality - Location and view The rooms are simple but fine. The sauna is small and a bit dated. Many guests only stay for one night.

07/10/2025: It was my first time here, and I felt very comfortable. Staff, service, rooms, sauna, pool, food, friendly people! What more could you ask for? I'll definitely be back. If you come across that one bad review, read all the reviews by this gentleman. That kind of review is a disgrace!

06/10/2025: We stayed at the Riega for a short break. Our room was excellent: modern, comfortable, and very clean. We had a good breakfast at the Riega and ate dinner at the Riega restaurant, and we were very satisfied. The staff and hotel staff were very friendly. The location is perfect for hiking. We would 100% recommend it.

05/09/2025: Nice atmosphere in a small square in the center of Arco, friendly staff. If you need a quick meal like a burger or a salad, this is the right place. Very friendly staff.
