Thank you Brunna for your hospitality. The Harley girls and guys from Chiemsee and Katharina ❤️ Not to mention the scent of pine wood.

11/03/2025: Bellissima baita con arredo nuovo, tutta in stile montano all'arrivo delle piste di Versciaco. Ottima la pizza. Prezzo altino ma in linea per la zona

17/02/2025: Unfriendly, incompetent and slow! Not recommended, we wanted to eat lunch with children and sat at a free table. We were ignored for more than 10 minutes, then the waiter came and said the table was reserved - he couldn't tell us in advance (other guests had). Didn't want to look for another table for us either, so we left again... PURE WASTE OF TIME!

23/03/2025: Siamo tornati due sere di seguito e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ambiente raffinato, caldo e accogliente e cucina buonissima. Tutti i piatti, presentati con molta cura, sono ottimi e mai banali, dagli spatzli ai maltagliati ed alle carni, fino alla selezione di formaggi locali. Da provare anche i dolci, buonissimi e presentati in modo accattivante. Prezzo giusto.

07/03/2025: Locazione centralissima in un vecchio edificio. Sala ristorante coperta da boiserie in legno molto bella. Piatti tradizionali della zona, molto curati e ottimamente presentati. Personale attento e gentile. Spettacolare selezione di liquorire. Przzo ben in equeilibrio con la qualità

02/09/2025: A rustic hut, a nice, friendly host, and a meal – you'll be right there! A wonderful farmer's omelet with onions, cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and eggs. All that's missing afterward is a comfortable sofa – and my wife's Kaiserschmarrn, a poem, wonderfully fluffy, with eggs from happy hens. You can enjoy all this on a wonderfully sun-drenched terrace. Lovely playground for children, wonderfully quiet, beautiful view. You could really spend the whole day here. We'd love to come back and wish the hosts all the best and good luck. Keep up the good work!

26/05/2025: Iconico il piatto di fettuccine al cervo. Delizioso e abbondante! Difficile trovarne così. Peccano altri piatti, non per il gusto ma per le quantità… peccato

01/05/2025: locale ampio tipico montanaro caldo e accogliente, con buona possibilità di parcheggio, bello il panorama circostante a poca distanza dal centro di S. Martino di Castrozza, la proprietaria Anita ti riceve personalmente come ad essere a casa propria. Cucina locale a base in gran parte di selvaggina e va in base alla stagionalità dei prodotti offerti dalla montagna. Le torte ed i dessert sono fatti dalla proprietaria in persona . Pasta fatta in casa dai tipici canederli alle tagliatelle, vari ragù a base di cinghiale , cervo ed altre selvaggine. Le cameriere servono i clienti con i costumi tradizionali del posto, il servizio è rapido. Vini ovviamente del territorio sia in bottiglia che al calice. Ingredienti tutti freschi e di ottima qualità, prezzi adeguati al servizio e alla qualità offerta.

29/05/2025: I gave the service 4 stars, because the lady was very sweet... But I gave the pizza 1 star... Don't call it pizza please, the pizza al piatto is something else entirely. This is a piadina with toppings and mozzarella that tasted like sliced ​​cheese. My stomach was upset all day, 24 hours to digest it and then thirst, so thirsty. I don't recommend it.

06/07/2025: Malga per eccellenza immersa nelle verdi montagne alpe nemes. I proprietari della malga, nonché dell allevamento di bovini, sciolti al pascolo, sono persone estremamente genuine e tipiche della zona. I loro prodotti fatti con le materie a km 0 rendono ogni pasto un godimento per i palati. Da evidenziare lo strudel di ricotta fresca e la polenta pasticciata. Tappa da rifare

30/06/2025: 3€ per una caraffa d'acqua del rubinetto e 1€ per il "supplemento panna" sullo strudel di mele. Queste sono senza dubbio le voci più eclatanti di un listino prezzi da lasciare esterrefatti. Da annotare anche i 17,40€ per una salsiccia (piccola) con un po' di patate senza salse di contorno. Queste, ça va sans dire, erano a pagamento. Ok, i prezzi sono riportati sul menù, pertanto il cliente è correttamente informato prima di ordinare, ma questo non può essere un alibi per giustificare dei prezzi tanto elevati da risultare quasi ridicoli. Neanche il fatto di essere in alta montagna è una scusa plausibile dato che la malga è facilmente raggiungibile dai proprietari attraverso una comoda strada. La stella aggiuntiva è stata data solo ed esclusivamente per l'impagabile scenario panoramico sulle vette dolomitiche circostanti. Consiglio vivamente di portarvi dei panini e di mangiarli sul prato antistante la malga. - - - 3 € für a Karaffl Leitungswasser und 1 € Aufpreis für a Klacksl Obers aufn Apfelstrudl. Des sein wohl de schillerndsten Positionen auf a Preisliste, wo einem schier der Mund offen bleibt. A no zu erwähnen: 17,40 € für a kloane Wurscht mit a bissl Erdapfl – ganz ohne Söß oder irgendwos doazu. De, ça va sans dire, hätt ma extra bezaulen miassn. Freilich, de Preisn stehn auf der Karte, der Gast isch also offiziell informiert, bevor er bestellt – ober des isch lei a schwache Ausred für so übertriebene und beinah lächerliche Preis. A das Argument, dass die Alm auf über 1.500 Meter liegt, zählt nit wirklich, weil sie für die Wirtsleut locker über a gscheite Forststraße erreichbar isch. Der zusätzliche Stern isch lei und ausnahmslos für’s atemberaubende Panorama auf die Dolomiten vergeben wor’n. I leg eich unbedingt z' mitn Brotzeit ho – und essets sie auf der Wiese vor da Alm.

26/04/2025: Première chose, penser à réserver. Un acceuil sympatique, le patron parle Italien et Anglais. Le cadre est magnifique, nous étions dans la salle du bas sur un aquarium. Le personnel est sympathique et le service parfait. Le repas est bien sur à la hauteur, avec la carte et les plats du jours. C'est bien préparé, bon et copieux. Une excellente soirée.

02/04/2025: Wir waren hier Essen, nachdem wir zweimal in anderen Restaurants keinen Platz bekommen hatten. Die Karte war klein, was normalerweise nicht schlecht ist. Wir wollten etwas leichtes Vegetarisches essen. Da blieb dann nicht leider nicht viel übrig auf der Karte. Die Spargellasagne war dann fast geschmacklos und Spargel gar nicht zu entdecken. Die ist allerdings auch schwer so zu kochen, dass sie gut schmeckt. Hätte ich daher hier auch normalerweise nicht bestellt. Aber in Ermangelung von Alternativen, war das leider die einzige Option. Wer gern schwer und fleischlastig ist und auch Hamburger und Steak schätzt, könnte hier gut aufgehoben sein.

19/08/2025: Great place for a quiet coffee and croissant after an early dog walk. Sometimes a few vehicles but very chilled. Great cappuccino.

28/07/2025: Frozen lasagna for €12... We actually wanted to order food for three people. All three of us chose lasagna. The waitress barely spoke English and apparently didn't understand that we were sharing ONE LASAGNA??!! After 40 minutes, she brought us ONE piece of frozen lasagna divided into three (approx. 2x4cm...). We then wanted to pay for the drinks we'd already had and find another restaurant. The waiter advised us never to come back and asked what he should do with the frozen lasagna that had been warmed up for 40 minutes...😂 We happily comply with the waiter's request not to come back.

21/08/2025: We stopped in on a rainy day... the place is very cute, all in light wood, and the service is very friendly. The menu is unusual, with very unique flavors, sometimes a little strong, but the food is very good. The prices are a bit high.

20/08/2025: Warning: tourist trap. Beware of the daily specials off the menu. They sold us 4 pieces of polenta and 6 slices of grilled eggplant for €15. Total of 2 dishes (listed above) and 1 bottle of water: €40. Dishonest!
