25/11/2025: The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean with a lake view. The staff was very helpful. We stopped for dinner, and I have to compliment the kitchen. The dishes were fantastic, and the breakfast was both sweet and savory. Excellent stay.
24/11/2025: Beautiful deluxe suite with a view of Lake Ledro and a glass-front bathtub in the room.
Friendly staff, super-abundant sweet and savory breakfast.
We didn't try the restaurant, but the menu looked good.
Very fair prices.

10/12/2025: The job was initially done very well, but I later requested an inspection to inspect a defect in the parquet flooring that was discovered after he'd completed his work. The owner of the company disappeared, no longer responding to calls, messages, or emails, leaving me to deal with a problem that arose after his work on my own, at my own expense. I found this unprofessional.
I can only give it one star.
05/11/2025: Alessandro is an extremely helpful person, and his great love for his work is immediately apparent. The work he did on our home was excellent. What I appreciated most was the honesty of his information. What he says comes true, no surprises, and when it comes to renovations, that's no small feat. If I can offer one piece of advice, trust his advice; he'll treat your hardwood floors as if they were his own.

24/01/2026: For anyone seeking nature, tranquility, and genuine South Tyrolean hospitality, the Zirmtal Alm is a true hidden gem.
After my last visit, which was rather late for the time of year and the weather was deteriorating, the lovely Max (the innkeeper) called my accommodation to check on my safe arrival.
I always love coming back!

25/12/2025: The building is dated but clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is simple.
The price is more than fair for a stay in this hotel with a beautiful view.
We'll gladly return.
14/12/2025: We just returned from a vacation at the Hotel Due Parc in Rumo with Village Hotel.
A super positive experience, the staff was always kind and helpful. Thanks to Giovanna and the entire staff. This is the fifth time we've stayed at Village Hotel properties and we've always had a great time. Excellent value for money.

19/07/2025: Bellissimo e tradizionale rifugio circondato da un panorama mozzafiato. Ci si arriva dopo una piacevole passeggiata dal Passo San Pellegrino. Personale cortese, efficiente e organizzato che sa gestire in modo eccellente il notevole afflusso di persone. Ottima la qualità delle portate. All’interno c’è un piccolo “museo” di oggettistica del luogo e l’ambiente è molto curato. All’esterno c’è un’area giochi per bambini
18/07/2025: Location incantevole alla quale si giunge al termine di una piacevolissima (poco impegnativa) passeggiata tra le vette del Passo S.Pellegrino. La bellezza dei luoghi e la richiamata facilità del percorso “gustano” tuttavia l’atmosfera che risulta assai lontana dall’ auspicabile solitudine contemplativa montana. Il rifugio è difatti affollatissimo costringendo i gestori a lavorare, con affanno, suddividendo gli avventori in due turni. Sebbene ciò non incida sulla qualità dei piatti, risulta assolutamente compromessa la genuinità del servizio e completamente snaturata la funzione di “servizio” del rifugio, nato per offrire calore (anche umano) al pellegrino!

30/03/2026: We (two people) ended up there by chance without a reservation, and what can I say, it was simply amazing! I had the beetroot pasta, and it was sensational! The service was absolutely top-notch, they served a delicious amuse-bouche (just mention it if you're not a meat-eater), and very tasty goat cheese spread with homemade bread. Seriously, this restaurant is fantastic! The food pictures on the website look a bit uninspiring, in my opinion, but we were absolutely blown away when we were there. Truly excellent!

30/12/2025: It starts with the fact that it's the only bar that gives you the opportunity, especially in the summer, to enjoy an excellent breakfast as early as 6:30 in the morning, which is a very welcome thing for many early risers. Having breakfast at Bar Portici means enjoying a variety of croissants 🥐 of all kinds; sweets and pastries that will blow your mind and, last but not least, Her Majesty the sfogliatella, whether curly or shortcrust, is delicious. Not to mention the friendliness of Genny and all the staff in Arco, my favorite. Recommended

22/03/2026: Concert organized in a very poor way, with tables in front of the stage for €200, all this never existed, outdoors when it was not yet the season.
26/10/2025: This is a Western Spaghetti-style establishment. So, one might expect prices to be affordable. As they say in Rome: "Campa Cavallo" (a horse), umbrella €8, sunbed €6 (not to mention that it was after 3:30 PM). At one point, we decided to go to the bar for two beers, two small pepperonis to be precise...which cost us €10. Honestly, I don't care if these prices are the same as in other establishments. But it's important to understand that for the same money, you can get significantly superior service; like the bar, the snack bar, the restaurant, the beach: in much more elegant places like the Marine Village.
