04/04/2025: Frequentiamo questo locale da anni quando siamo in val Pusteria e non ci ha mai deluso: piatti raffinati , a volte con accostamenti arditi, ricchi di prodotti stagionali e caratteristici, in qualche caso raccolti direttamente dallo chef e da sua moglie che serve in sala, ma è l'autrice anche di alcune preparazioni (es.: salse per il piatto di foie gras). Bel locale caratteristico ed accogliente. Menù accattivante, scelta dei vini con molte soluzioni di prezzo medio e di ottima qualità. Servizio sempre cortese e premuroso.

Mi aveva fatto un'ottima impressione la prima volta e la soddisfazione devo dire che è rimasta tale e quale anche stavolta. Bellissimo posto, particolare con la sua cantina, atmosfera calda e accogliente, personale gentile e piatti originali molto deliziosi e curati. Sicuramente tornerò a farvi visita anche solo per bere un calice di vino!

20/04/2025: Wir wurden freundlich im Brauhaus empfangen,hatten einen Tisch auf der zweiten Etage bekommen.Bedienung war sehr freundlich.Essen war sehr gut,Speisekarte ist gut Sortiert ausserdem kann man auch Wein bestellen.Es gibt mehren Sorten Biere.Wir können es weiterempfehlen.
