30/09/2025: We stopped here on a trip to Rovereto, and it's wonderful to find a place like this. The spaces are well-organized: a glass terrace complements the outdoor seating. The staff is very courteous and attentive to their guests' needs.

30/01/2026: I traveled to the Dolomites last June. I remember the bread served at breakfast at the Garni Living Hotel. This whole wheat bread was so delicious, I'll never forget it. I wanted to know more about it, so I contacted the hotel and they told me it was from this shop. I'll definitely go back there next time I travel 🥰

We were passing customers, but we appreciated the kind gift of two sorbets at the end of the meal, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

15/10/2025: We hiked up from the Schnegga Soge parking lot in a leisurely 1.5 hours. The people at the hut were very friendly. You can sit outside on the lovely terrace or in the dining room, which isn't particularly spacious, though. The food was excellent, and it's a truly beautiful alpine hut.

17/11/2025: We only had a beer in the lounge; the service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. The hotel and restaurant close for the winter on November 1st and won't reopen until April.

03/01/2026: A stay at Neuhaus Castle in South Tyrol is like a dream come true. It's not just a building that resembles a castle – it's a real castle, lovingly restored over time, preserving its original beauty. The castle boasts a magnificent tower with a new roof, offering breathtaking views. The complex also features its own chapel with relics, from whose tower you can enjoy another captivating panorama. The original bells, rescued before the First World War, still ring today – even traditionally on New Year's Day. The interior is furnished in an antique style with genuine antiques, yet exudes warmth and comfort – not least thanks to the magnificent tiled stoves. The rooms are cozy and offer a peaceful retreat. The culinary experience is in a league of its own: Andy, the chef, is a true virtuoso, and his dishes are of a five-star standard. Parking is available directly at the castle, and there is also a sauna and a whirlpool, a wonderful addition outside of the winter season. Upon arrival, you are greeted by the lord of the castle, Siegfried. He is a wonderful man, without whom this castle would not exist – he is the true soul of this place. This was my second fascinating visit, and each time I discover new antiques that touch my heart. Special praise is due to the wonderful staff. Although we were a large group of about 45 people (families with children), the team was absolutely perfect, warm, and anticipated our every need. We didn't just feel like guests, but like part of the castle – like the lords themselves, like nobility. Best regards, Marek

21/12/2025: The hotel is charming with its rustic decor and clean rooms. Service in the restaurants was excellent, and the food was good too. I only had pizza, and my wife tried a few other things, but there were no complaints. The staff was friendly and gave us some great tips on nearby sights like Merano and Bolzano. The location was a bit bothersome because of the pickle factory, but the peace and quiet in the mornings and evenings is truly indescribably beautiful. You can step out onto the balcony and simply enjoy the fresh air. So, all in all, it definitely deserves its 4 stars... We highly recommend it... 🎇
