27/08/2024: Questo ristorante - come del resto proprietari e personale (Niccolò ed Enza) che vi lavora - è stata una vera e propria sorpresa. Ospiti nella struttura adiacente, in attesa dell'assegnazione della camera, ci siamo fermati inizialmente per pranzo ed avendo apprezzato moltissimo fin dall'inizio la bontà e la qualità del cibo che per tutte le cene seguenti è stata la nostra scelta senza ombra di dubbio. I proprietari Alina che con la sua simpatia, spontaneità ed il suo sorriso sempre presente ci ha accolti e coccolati come se ci conoscessimo da una vita, Germano con i suoi piatti FANTASTICI (posso assicurare di essere stato una settimana ed aver provato moltissimo se non tutto il menù) ci ha deliziato il palato dalle fettuccine ai funghi porcini ai canederli, dal Gulasch (anche di cervo o capriolo), alle varie carni arrivando ai dolci artigianali fatti da lui.... Che dire se non grazie, perché hanno contribuito a rendere ancora più piacevole la nostra prima volta in Val di Fiemme ed averci trattato come fossimo di famiglia. Consiglio assolutamente di provare e non ne rimarrete delusi, siamo stati talmente bene che stiamo valutando di tornare anche in inverno.

27/08/2024: This restaurant - like the owners and staff (Niccolò and Enza) who work there - was a real surprise. Guests in the adjacent structure, waiting to be assigned a room, we initially stopped for lunch and having appreciated very much from the beginning the goodness and quality of the food which for all the following dinners was our choice without a shadow of a doubt. The owners Alina who with her kindness, spontaneity and her ever-present smile welcomed us and pampered us as if we had known each other all our lives, Germano with his FANTASTIC dishes (I can assure you that I stayed for a week and tried a lot if not everything the menu) delighted our palate from the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms to the dumplings, from the goulash (including deer or roe deer), to the various meats up to the homemade desserts made by him.... What can I say other than thank you, because they contributed to making our first time in Val di Fiemme even more pleasant and treating us like we were family. I absolutely recommend you try it and you won't be disappointed, we had such a good time that we are considering returning in the winter too.

14/07/2024: Great place for quick lunch, superb beef tagliata enough to feed two. Bit noisy front terrace, but quiet one in the back.

24/08/2024: Lovely place, but not enough for a good lunch. Not very genuine food. Menu of dishes available in German, and in Italian full of errors. Drinks menu only in German. Long live linguistic and cultural minorities, welcome the protection of identity diversity, but we are still in Italy. To get the receipt I had to insist. Very unpleasant.

11/07/2024: This is a good place to take a break, drink and eat. You can sit in the shade, or on deck chairs if you want, and enjoy the great mountain panorama!

17/06/2024: Wir sind mehrmals pro Jahr in Südtirol. Zuerst führt unser Weg immer zu Peters Bistro. Mit netter Begrüßung, super Snaks und tollen Weinen startet unser Urlaub perfekt. Wir beginnen unsere Radtouren oftmals mit einem kleinen Frühstück mit leckeren Cappuccino. Peter hat immer gute Vorschläge für Strecken und Ausflugsziele. Für uns ein Muss in jeder Hinsicht bei Peter, Lidia und Renate einzukehren. Wir können auf jeden Fall empfehlen mal auf leckeren Wein, Kuchen und Snaks vorbei zuschauen. Antje und Jürgen

09/08/2024: Tutti molto gentili. Nonostante fosse molto affollato, ci hanno fatto sedere in pochi minuti. Siamo stati fuori con una splendida vista sulle montagne. Mangiato il primo del giorno, tagliatelle fatte in casa con porri, speck, pomodorini, rucola e parmigiano: ottime. Porzione abbondante. Da consigliare senz'altro

25/05/2024: Cibo inaspettatamente buono per essere un rifugio. Di fianco al bar c'è una saletta ristorante carina ed elegante. Abbiamo preso mezzelune fatte in casa con ricotta e asparagi. Davvero buone e genuine. Spero che la qualità resti inalterata anche in piena stagione turistica.

04/04/2024: Been coming to K1 for years. Unfortunately, over time the service and ambience have deteriorated somewhat. Still a good address for relaxed après-ski or to go out for dinner

11/07/2024: Beautiful rooms but the exhibition is nothing special and a bit underwhelming to be honest. Cute gift shop and lovely staff at the front desk though.

24/02/2024: Beautiful old building with dangerous modernizations. Not suitable for larger events.

14/03/2024: Great location with a nice selection of very tasty food. The side salad was great. The staff was extremely friendly. The mega view over the valley tops everything again.

18/08/2024: We called to book a table for two adults for dinner (my wife and I) + two strollers (we have two small children who are asleep at that time). The lady who answered the phone initially reserved the table for us because she understood that there would be four seats. When we made it clear to her that the children would not eat, she suddenly changed her mind, saying in a decidedly rude and unprofessional manner that there was no more room. We were literally speechless in the face of such rudeness.

17/06/2024: Appena ristrutturato. Sembra ormai un hotel più che un rifugio di montagna. Ma il servizio è pessimo. Ordinato spritz per aperitivo e un piatto + birra. Il piatto e la birra arrivano mentre ho appena iniziato lo spritz. Nel pane un pezzo che sembra avanzo da altro tavolo. Tutti segnalato alla cameriera che oltre a un patetico “mi dispiace” completa l’opera portando solo il pre conto e non la ricevuta . Ma come al solito è colpa del cliente che deve chiederlo . Sicuramente l’avranno fatto anche perché ho pagato con carta di credito …. Evviva le regioni autonome !!!!!

22/03/2024: Veramente un ottimo ristorante sulle piste. Ci é stata data la saletta separata perché eravamo un gruppo numeroso. Ottima scelta di vini e servizio attento e cordiale. Piatti ottimi e tipici.
