01/06/2025: A mixed experience. The hotel is quiet, and the rooms are well-furnished. The garden is lovely for dining and drinking. We arrived by bike from the Reschen Pass at 4:45 p.m. According to the hotel's website, check-in was from 2:00 p.m. The hotel was closed, and check-in and drinks were only available from 5:30 p.m., although urgently needed after the strenuous bike ride. The senior manager showed little interest in the guests' needs. Dinner was a similar story. A very busy pizzeria with high turnover and good pizza. Although well-staffed, we had to call for service several times, and orders were forgotten. The wine list was requested several times. Half of the wines were sold out. Here, as with the senior manager, the guests were treated disrespectfully. The breakfast, with good local produce, was very tasty. Thus, a hotel with good potential but a lack of attention to guests.

19/12/2024: Courtesy, environment, cleanliness: excellent. The food, both restaurant and pizzeria: good! The restaurant is located next to the shopping center car park offering a good choice of seats.

02/03/2025: Also ich kann nur sagen das es eine richtig gute Pizzeria ist. Wir waren schon sehr oft da und wurden jedesmal sehr freundlich empfangen und auch bedient. Auch von der sogenannten Chefin immer ein liebes Wort, schön das ihr wieder da seid wie geht's euch und auch war alles in Ordnung. Vllt gab's mal einen Tag wo man einen nicht so guten Tag hat. Es ist ja auch immer voll. Ich mag sie sehr und freue mich schon wieder aufs nächste mal in 2 Wochen. Liebe Grüße Enrico Porstmann

22/02/2025: Visitamos Pizzeria Ciamin como un gran grupo de 10 y nos acomodaron cómodamente en dos mesas. El servicio fue amable y eficiente. El menú es enorme, pero la mayoría de nosotros elegimos pizzas de leña, que eran de tamaño generoso y absolutamente delicioso, con una base perfectamente crujiente y coberturas frescas. Tuve la pizza de atún y cebolla, que era fantástico, y todos en nuestro grupo disfrutaron mucho de su comida. Un gran lugar para un post relajado y satisfactorio - cena de esquí

06/04/2025: La baita è davvero molto bella in un angolo incantevole sia di giorno che di sera ed è stata recentemente ristrutturata Ho cenato con mio marito Menù vario e particolare che abbina pietanze tradizionali del luogo con cioccolato e altre specialità gourmand Prezzi giusti per il posto e la qualità del cibo Nota dolente il conto: per il trasporto con la slitta sono stati addebitati 14 euro a persona che non erano indicati sul sito. Rispetto a posti similari (es Fogajard chiede 5 euro) questa spesa mi è sembrata davvero esosa. Anche il coperto 4 euro trattandosi di un posto di montagna non è basso Per un calice di Legrain, vino abbastanza comune, sono stati addebitati ben 15 euro e non è nemmeno stato versato dalla bottiglia davanti a noi ma in cucina Il conto non è stato portato al tavolo ma abbiamo dovuto andare alla cassa E nonostante la spesa non bassa non ci è stato offerto neanche un amaro o un cioccolatino che potrebbe essere anche un modo per fare pubblicità ai propri prodotti Quindi complessivamente esperienza positiva, ma non la ripeterei

25/03/2025: The location and interior are great, which makes our experience even more disappointing... The staff seemed somewhat lost while taking our order. Not much contact with the waiter who seemed to be more interested in whatever was going on away from our table. Our food sadly did not improve things... The broth in the dumpling soup was just completely tasteless and lukewarm. Basically warm water. Dumplings themselves were acceptable, but desperately needed heavy seasoning. The children's cutlet was okay and the portion was actually pretty substantial. I ordered the "Baita Salad". At first I received a basic salad that was nothing like the menu and after consulting one of the waiters, I had the proper meal delivered later than the rest. Wouldn't recommend coming here for food unless something changes.

29/03/2025: Semplicemente tutto buono, camerieri gentilissimi e simpaticissimi. Preso lo stinco e a dir poco tra i più buoni che abbia mai mangiato. Complimenti allo staff tutto. Consiglio al 1000x1000

17/02/2025: Bistrot in pieno centro paese. Locale caldo, accogliente a volte molto affollato e ,di conseguenza i tavolini vengono addossati l’uno all’altro, Piatti, essenzialmente del territorio, ben cucinati. Servizio cortese e relativamente veloce. Prezzi decisamente alti.

18/06/2025: Beautiful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, loves children, etc. There's a tennis court, soccer field, outdoor pool, indoor pool, bowling alley, trampoline, foosball, etc., so you'll never get bored here. The couple who own the hotel are also incredibly friendly and helpful.

24/05/2025: I was sitting in the small garden and wanted to order something, but the waitress overlooked me, which was really difficult because I was sitting in front of her and making myself noticeable. She blatantly ignored me, then turned around, went inside, and was never seen again. Incomprehensible. Actually, I make a pretty decent impression.

23/06/2025: Structure in a super central location, room with a lake view that relaxes even more. From the outside, a historic building, inside everything renovated, rooms with modern furnishings and equipped with all comforts and above all very quiet. Spacious bathroom with large shower. Very friendly staff. Abundant breakfast, fresh high-quality products!

20/05/2025: Food was barely OK. Even asked, if the mussels were fresh, waiter said yes. Got a food poisoning. Not good.

16/06/2025: Came for coffee. Nice interior, outside was noisy because it’s by the road. They have gluten free pizza!

15/06/2025: The veil was the most disgusting thing I have eaten in recent memory. There was something wrong with the meat. The staff offered nothing to rectify the problem even after explaining to them that I had to vomit what I had eaten.

01/06/2025: We got married at the Pinzonerkeller, and it was our absolute dream wedding. We had already imagined it would be beautiful, and even that was exceeded. The location, the decor, the food, and especially the service were top-notch, and we've never experienced such attention. We felt completely at home, and our every wish was fulfilled immediately. We absolutely recommend it!

13/05/2025: Terrible Indian or Pakistani waiter, he brought me the spritz literally with 3 ice cubes once I asked his boss for the ice again and came back to me telling me the spritz is drunk like this and left, calling him back I explained to him that the spritz is drunk with a glass full of ice and he told me you drink it like this, he didn't even accept the advice. Very arrogant we didn't learn to do the job the waiter must know how to take the customer. Owners of the place super

05/05/2025: Small restaurant where we ate and drank something. Upon request, we were given something vegan - unfortunately the pizza was out. They probably don't do that many of them in a day.

04/05/2025: It took 45 mins to prepare 2 portions of 2 eggs with a tiny cheese ciabatta and cost 16 eur each… If you‘re looking for a savoury breakfast this is NOT the place.
