02/12/2025: Unloading a truck with a dump truck. You drive to the right, follow the signs to the scale, and there you get an unloading ticket. You drive to the parking lot, go straight to the unloading area on the right, where there are "announcement" signs. You give the ticket to the employee, and he either tells you to drive in or he'll come get you. You reverse under the chute. You unload, then onto the scale, and that's it. Everything went smoothly and was clearly marked. The employees were communicative, without unnecessary ingenuity. They spoke English or German. It was okay.
07/11/2025: I've never been to a worse company, they only unload Italians, the rest are waiting. I've been here since 2:00 PM yesterday, it's already 8:00 AM and I haven't unloaded yet. And there's no crowd. There are only two trucks inside. What are we waiting for, the Italians again who have the upper hand?

09/12/2025: At the entrance, there's a large sign illustrating the dish of the day: polenta, braised meat, and cheese fondue. We go in to order it. The waiter insistently asks, "Only?" when we order... and already... They bring us two plates with enormous rims, and in the center, a bowl the size of a teacup with a little polenta, a sprinkling of venison ragù, and a small triangle of cheese melting from the heat. Good, very good, even though there's no braised meat or fondue, but three spoonfuls, I swear three, and it's gone.
The waiter passes by and, surprised, comes out with, "Finished already? Congratulations!"
Truly disrespectful and unpleasant behavior. Especially directed at a woman who could be his mother.
10/11/2025: An intimate and welcoming location in the heart of Trento. The ambiance and menu reflect the establishment's desire to set itself a slightly higher standard than a typical restaurant; the dishes are carefully selected, carefully crafted, and of excellent quality. For this very reason, I would have expected more attentive service, where even a basic "rule" like serving women first would be respected. It's a shame, because in my opinion, these details are important and make a difference. Overall, a positive experience. Prices are a bit high.

08/09/2025: It's a small agriturismo run by very friendly owners. It was a great stop for my bike ride. Since I was alone, I had no problems, but reservations are required as it's very small.
31/08/2025: Despite there being no signs or other indications, the owner immediately barked at us through the window upon arrival, telling us we'd parked our bikes too far back in the long driveway.
When we then wanted to enter the dining room and asked for a table for 6, a woman rudely informed us that a reservation was required (hadn't we read that online?). To be honest, I didn't expect that at a farm tavern/snack bar, and it must be said that the weather was bad and therefore relatively quiet.
Everything was fine, but I didn't need to be spoken to twice, so we moved on.

25/11/2025: Unfortunately, our business experience was negative due to unfair commercial practices. On September 5, 2025, during a business lunch, two drinks were incorrectly charged and paid for, which were not ordered/consumed. Despite prompt notification of the misunderstanding and subsequent reminders, the credit note and refund of the undue amount have not yet been received. Each to their own...
23/11/2025: Truly excellent traditional cuisine, fair prices, and friendly staff, right in the pedestrian center. If I ever pass through Fogaria again, I'll already know where to eat.

14/08/2025: The pucce are delicious, with a wide variety of dishes at prices I think are fair.
The pizza slices are varied and all delicious.
The staff is friendly and polite.

09/10/2025: I ate here about two months ago, and I can assure you that Mr. Francesco's cooking is delicious. I had seafood spaghetti and mixed fried fish, and they were truly excellent. I recommend you try them.

Great prices and delicious spritzes.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Located in the center of Trento, under a flight of steps, this is a very quaint and welcoming osteria and bar.
When we return to Trento, it will be our first stop!
Highly recommended!
13/09/2025: It's THE Erasmus bar, especially in the first few weeks. It's packed every night, and you see all the familiar faces. Drinks are super cheap. Early in the evening, you can still get a table inside, but later on, everyone just stands on the street. Also because it quickly gets loud inside.

28/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante in occasione del pranzo e mi ricordo un lunedì giorno in cui difficilmente i ristoranti sono aperti e così per caso siamo stati accolti in questo ristorante. Io ho gustato con molto piacere un primo piatto a base di pasta fresca e tartufo nero:ottimo.Ma devo dire che tutte le altre portate sono state altrettanto eccellenti. Personale gentilissimo .Se capiterà ci torno sicuramente
19/04/2025: Mooi restaurant, vriendelijke bediening en heerlijk gegeten en heerlijke wijn gedronken. Een aanrader voor als je iets chiquer wil eten. Maar prijs kwaliteit zeker in orde!
