29/09/2025: Ghaith, the waiter in the restaurant, was very attentive. The owner himself cooks at the highest level. A fantastic wine list. When we complained about the room, the owner himself made sure we were upgraded to another one – spacious, light-filled, and quiet – even with a small garden. The hotel is definitely showing its age. Silver cutlery, perfectly ironed table linens make for a good breakfast. All the best, and we'll be back!

17/09/2025: A special and relaxing experience surrounded by nature and excellent cuisine We stayed at Villa Orso Grigio for a romantic getaway and were simply enchanted. The property is elegant, surrounded by nature, with just a few rooms, meticulously maintained and, above all, quiet. Our Palco Floreale room had an outdoor hot tub, a hammam, and a private garden. It's also a great starting point for fantastic hikes through the woods and meadows, a favorite with our dog. The restaurant is truly divine: refined dishes, impeccable service, and a well-selected wine cellar. Kudos to Chef Cristian Bertol for the perfect balance between tradition and creativity.

07/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for a week. It's a wonderful, centrally located location. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, the food is excellent and well-prepared, and the spa is a wonderful place to relax. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended.

21/09/2025: Everything was fantastic: designer furnishings, a very good and varied breakfast. The room was cozy, especially for our little poodle, and attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, with designer furnishings throughout. The housekeeping service was excellent; I really appreciated the flowers on the bed on the last day. The helpfulness and kindness of all the staff was appreciated, which is not always a given in hotels in general. I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

08/09/2025: It's a small agriturismo run by very friendly owners. It was a great stop for my bike ride. Since I was alone, I had no problems, but reservations are required as it's very small.

31/08/2025: Despite there being no signs or other indications, the owner immediately barked at us through the window upon arrival, telling us we'd parked our bikes too far back in the long driveway. When we then wanted to enter the dining room and asked for a table for 6, a woman rudely informed us that a reservation was required (hadn't we read that online?). To be honest, I didn't expect that at a farm tavern/snack bar, and it must be said that the weather was bad and therefore relatively quiet. Everything was fine, but I didn't need to be spoken to twice, so we moved on.

29/08/2025: We always feel at home at Wörndle. The food is delicious, the ambiance is lovely, and the service is excellent. The young, tattooed woman is extremely friendly and accommodating. We always enjoy being here.

29/08/2025: Takeaway pizzeria with a wide selection of rotisserie and pizza slices in various flavors, very friendly and helpful staff, and a very professional pizza chef who delights and meets your needs.

14/08/2025: The pucce are delicious, with a wide variety of dishes at prices I think are fair. The pizza slices are varied and all delicious. The staff is friendly and polite.

25/10/2025: Best place for drinks in Bz, top prices, service, they even bring you canapés galore, family run which is what we like 😉 super and always helpful staff, despite the area on weekends there is security that makes you feel safer

09/11/2025: The building is attractive and inviting from the outside, but the situation is different inside. The rooms are dirty with cockroaches, and the walls are peeling and damaged. Mites are everywhere, causing us to have all-night allergy attacks. The breakfast was poor, with mostly packaged products, bedbugs crawling on the walls, and a dog coming in and out of the kitchen. I definitely won't be returning.

05/10/2025: Nice hotel, clean and well-kept. Rich breakfast buffet. Very reasonable prices. Very satisfied!

02/09/2025: We spontaneously inquired by phone at the end of August whether there was still room available at the hotel. We wanted to stay there primarily because of the swimming pool and sauna. We were offered one last room over the phone, with the information that it would be a sofa bed and a single bed. We agreed. Unfortunately, we didn't ask, and weren't asked when the swimming pool and sauna could be used, assuming that the sauna could be used at least in the evening until at least 9 p.m. We arrived at the hotel around 7 p.m. We went straight to dinner because the time slot was tight. We then discovered that the swimming pool and sauna were only open until 7 p.m. In the room, around 10 p.m., we realized that the sofa bed really couldn't be called a sofa bed. Photo attached. But we had no choice but to stay. Back pain. The next morning, we informed the hotel owner. The staff reacted in a completely unsympathetic and rude manner to our (in our view) plea for understanding and a discount. We felt completely misunderstood in our situation. A hotel stay without a swimming pool, sauna, and back pain, plus €150 per person in an outdated bathroom, means we can't recommend the place. We understand that high season and stress can cause irritability, but they don't excuse their behavior towards us. Unfortunately, their communication skills were very poor. And they had no empathy. Simply swiping the credit card definitely made me feel like: I don't care, give me your money. Too expensive. There was no feel-good atmosphere in the hotel. The staff, with the exception of the owners, were all very nice and friendly people who gave their all.

31/08/2025: This year we chose the mountains and a new side. The hotel is located in an extraordinary and enchanting area, giving us the opportunity to combine hiking and the lake. We are pleased with the owners' hospitality, who are helpful and kind, especially the staff: Martina, Giovanni, Anna, and Ferdinando are special. The cuisine, combining tradition and innovation, delighted us every evening. Congratulations, keep it up. The numerous projects presented to us by the chef (the owner) will give the hotel indescribable potential. We gave the rooms 3 stars because there was no mini-bar, no air conditioning, only a toilet, and unfortunately the mattresses were very soft. However, the room was clean, which is not a detail to be underestimated. We recommend Waldesee for everything we've written. Thank you for everything; we had a wonderful time.

19/07/2025: Siamo stati più volte al caffè e ristorante "Val d'Anna", che si è confermato un'oasi di pace e... golosità, per le proposte culinarie. Ottimamente attrezzato anche per le famiglie con bambini piccoli e piccolissimi con giochi e fasciatoio a portata di mano, questo punto di ristoro mette gratuitamente a disposizione dei clienti chaise-longue, lettini e ombrelloni che sono posizionati in una grande area verde, anche sulla sponda del fiume che scorre lì vicino. Servizio sempre gentile e cortese, il che non guasta certo. È facilmente e piacevolmente raggiungibile a piedi facendo una breve passeggiata lungo un cammino pure attrezzato a dovere, a iniziare dal piacevole percorso Kneipp e comprendente pure una grande area dedicata ai giochi per i bambini. Che dire d'altro? Che lì al "Val d'Anna" si sta proprio bene e pure ci si può rilassare e ristorare con soddisfazione per tutti i sensi.

15/07/2025: Este es un buen lugar para tomar una copa o una comida. Está al final de un sendero que comienza cerca del Teleférico Seceda en Ortisei y corre junto a un río. Es un paseo fácil. También se puede llegar en coche y, en invierno, en esquís. Hay un montón de mesas exteriores y asientos y el servicio fue amable y eficiente.

27/10/2025: Their service and treatment was very bad.. I think it's because I'm Arab. They didn't welcome me and didn't take my order. I asked the employee: Do they have coffee? She said: Yes, so I asked her: Can I sit in the outdoor seating area? Then I sat and waited for a long time and no one came to serve me. All the employees ignored me.. and I left. I didn't wait for them. They don't deserve me to pay them a single penny. لا تروحون لهم خدمتهم سيئه مايبون العرب

28/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante in occasione del pranzo e mi ricordo un lunedì giorno in cui difficilmente i ristoranti sono aperti e così per caso siamo stati accolti in questo ristorante. Io ho gustato con molto piacere un primo piatto a base di pasta fresca e tartufo nero:ottimo.Ma devo dire che tutte le altre portate sono state altrettanto eccellenti. Personale gentilissimo .Se capiterà ci torno sicuramente

09/09/2025: Excellent restaurant with a beautiful location. A nice bar for enjoying good beers and a delicious aperitif. The food is excellent, even if a little too generous... 😃 You can also enjoy a delicious dinner outside and enjoy the evening in peace.

28/04/2025: Vengo spesso in questa pizzeria così caratteristica: è stata ricavata da un vecchio fienile completamente ristrutturato in maniera impeccabile. Questo locale trasmette un'atmosfera unica nel suo genere...sicuramente da provare. La pizza è sempre top con impasto digeribile e materie prime di qualità. Il servizio è molto efficiente. Bravi!
