13/03/2026: The atmosphere here is simply amazing! There's room for entire families, who flock here for dinner. The food is delicious but also surprising. At least three things: a hanging board of cold cuts and cheeses, a beer the waiter foams with a hot iron, and a sugar queen. It's delicious and utterly charming. The efficient and elegant staff takes care of everything down to the last detail. I highly recommend it. I'll gladly return.

28/12/2025: Every time I come to Bolzano, Thaler is always a marvel. The beauty of this place captivates you, as do the fragrances. The staff is always kind and helpful, even when I haven't bought anything, they always make me feel welcome. The bar is also wonderful. I haven't been to the restaurant yet, but it will definitely be my next experience. Highly recommended.
07/12/2025: Every time I try to enter, they reiterate that it's a store with assisted sales only if you meet a certain standard, only if you make money thanks to your designer bag. If you're a normal person, they barely pay attention to you, leaving you there waiting despite doing almost nothing. I've rarely found staff who treat all customers the same. The store is beautiful, for goodness' sake, as is the layout, but the service really needs an overhaul.

31/01/2026: The restaurant is very well-maintained and the staff is particularly friendly.
The meat dishes are good, especially the ribs, which are among the best. The pizza, however, is not up to par and definitely overpriced. The dessert portions are very small and the prices are high.
We appreciated the restaurant's cleanliness, which was done by a vacuum cleaner.
The kitchen is located upstairs and is connected by a freight elevator and intercom system.

21/02/2026: I ordered a Quattro Stagioni pizza and "necessarily" also an arancini because it wasn't worth more than €15. What a load of rubbish! Why do I have to go over that amount? Then the delivery charge was another €4, which for me, being alone, is outrageous. The pizza was decent, but with that tomato sauce, it really fell short. The pasta was good.

01/02/2026: Excellent menu. Varied, high-quality, and generous portions. Prices are low for the business menu, which is still good, and higher, but fair, and commensurate with the high quality. Highly recommended.
