26/05/2025: I confirm the very kind staff, they just added the grill a few months ago to make you meat As they do in China, honest prices in 5 we spent with everything €120 and it was Saturday night which according to the price list is the most expensive. I will return but I still come often, keep it up good job

10/05/2025: Very kind staff, excellent food, rich buffet and lots of variety, very honest price. The only thing I don't recommend is taking the à la carte sushi, but I recommend the grilled meat, which is very good. The waitresses are very kind, it feels like home.

13/08/2025: The bread and baked goods are delicious and fresh, with a good variety of choices. However, I find it very inconvenient that you can't pay by debit card or card, but only in cash or via Satispay. In a time when electronic payment is now standard, this limitation can create inconvenience for customers who don't often carry cash. It would be a major improvement to also offer payment by POS.

07/08/2025: Rude staff. I stopped for breakfast and bought two packs of cigarettes. Once I left for my destination, I realized the cigarettes were the wrong ones. On the way back, I stopped for a sandwich. I politely asked if it was possible to replace the cigarettes. I was rudely told that it couldn't be done, but they did it anyway this time and didn't bother to explain why because it would take a long time... (The reason was that the management software was out of order)! If you want to replace them, exchange them without a fuss, otherwise, say no, it certainly wasn't a problem for me. The sandwich was good, but girls, be careful if you write "chanterelle mushrooms," the mushrooms must be those, not other types of mushrooms, otherwise you risk a complaint for food fraud. In short, my last stop at this place!

20/01/2025: Das frisch umgebaute Restaurant heißt jetzt summit. Unter sehr kompetenter Leitung, komplett umgestaltet. Es ist elegant, aber auch ein schöner self - bedienungsbereich. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Bedienung freundlich und aufmerksam.

17/05/2025: My visit to Wainks Restaurant was unfortunately very disappointing. I felt like a second-class guest. While other tables received high-quality, ornate glasses, we were served plain plastic cups. I was particularly disappointed that, unlike other guests, we were asked to pay immediately, which gave the impression that they wanted to get rid of us quickly. This unequal treatment made my stay very unpleasant. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Wainks Restaurant.

15/08/2025: Quiet place, beautiful view, a little cleaning wouldn't go amiss.. Anyway, for an out-of-the-ordinary day, I highly recommend it!!!!!

12/08/2025: I visited the place for a barbecue. For 10 euros, you can rent a fixed grill with a grate. There are several grills and tables available, including in a wooded area. You pay an additional 3 euros per person to use the rest of the facilities: tables, chairs, bathroom, water, and trash cans. There's a bar selling water, soft drinks, etc. There's only one non-potable water point, which makes washing hands and dishes difficult. One suggestion is to install new water points closer to the grills.

01/01/2025: Ristorante-pizzeria situato a Transacqua, molto grande e con tanti posti a sedere. Buona l'accoglienza anche senza prenotazione. Locale accogliente, servizio veloce e attento. Ottima varietà e scelta di piatti. Un attimino di attenzione in più allo scontrino. Tutto sommato una gradita scoperta. Consigliato!

What could be improved is perhaps a sign for guests eating in the bakery to order directly at their table. Otherwise, everything is top-notch: very friendly staff and good service.👍👍👍

04/08/2025: I'd like to change my review of this establishment, given the absolute excellence of the birthday cake for my son, which truly made the whole family happy. The price? In line with other pastry shops in Bolzano. All my reservations about the service assistant's attitude and inability to smile remain intact. But for greater balance, I'm happy to go from one to three stars, meaning ten for the quality and two for her service. Terrible service, the blonde lady is sloppy, rude, and so arrogant that it seems like she's doing you a favor. Delicious cakes, Number One: but politeness comes first. Dear owner, I had the opportunity to appreciate your personal courtesy a few mornings ago, along with absolutely delicious croissants. Today—precisely for this reason—I came back (I also wanted to order a cake), and, in order, the following happened: 1) Dirty table with dirty rolled-up napkins 2) Absolutely pissed-off attitude, with no kindness or smile from the girl (remember, smiling is free). 3) After ordering and ordering, I signaled the girl to order more. I didn't hear back for a while, then she told me to wait, then she brought a latte to a woman in the inside room where I was, then she served a couple of tables outside. Then she came over to me, took orders from a small group of people who had come in AFTER me, and then went back to the counter, ignoring me. When I complained, she said, "Complain to the boss," and what are you supposed to do? Obviously, I took her at her word. I don't mean to say the customer is always right, mind you: but defending this type of service, taking what you're told at face value without listening to the other side of the story, isn't even a way to behave, nor is it a way to improve. I confirm my compliments for the absolute quality of the pastries. It means I'll stick to takeout or come to the table early in the morning when I can hope to be treated normally. Best regards
