14/10/2025: I simply couldn't find anything to complain about! Nice rooms with balconies, excellent food, and lovely sunbathing lawns right by the lake. The service was also top-notch, and we were able to store our bikes. We'll be back.

12/10/2025: We've been coming here for at least 12 years, and it's always good. The food and drinks are excellent, and the beautiful terrace basks in the sun for a long time. Highly recommended 👌👍👍

21/10/2025: I came here because of the high rating and good reviews but honestly it was disappointing We ordered two latte macchiatos and one cappuccino they tasted mostly like milk and were served cold We also tried the chocolate and cream roll but it wasnt fresh at all and was very dry Unfortunately nothing we tried was enjoyable

19/10/2025: The cappuccino was quite good, but the service was very stressed and unfriendly, even though it wasn't busy.

10/01/2026: The restaurant was excellent, and the food was of outstanding quality. We ordered the entrecôte and the funghi tagliatelle, both of which were delicious, with genuine, authentic flavors. The desserts were also great. The restaurant itself has a warm, local mountain atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our dinner.

19/10/2025: We had apple strudel with vanilla sauce and two coffees. Both were delicious and I would never have expected such quality from an average looking place at first glance. The prices are great. I recommend stopping here, you will be very pleasantly surprised. The smiling lady served us quickly and we got our drinks and dessert in no time.

16/09/2025: During our week-long vacation in San Martino, my husband and I visited this bar several times for aperitivo, and then, in the evenings, after dinner, we often returned with other members of our group. We were always greeted warmly by both the Sardinian woman and the owner, both delightful. As a teetotaler, I particularly enjoyed the non-alcoholic Alpex spritz, which unfortunately isn't available here in the Marche region. It's truly delicious, in my opinion, much better than other similar drinks. Congratulations, and keep up the good work!

12/02/2026: What can I say? A truly unique experience! We've known Hermann for a long time and are always blown away by his exceptional and incredibly generous dishes. All the dishes are fantastic! We recommend the Chef's macaroni as a first course, but the other dishes are sublime too. Main courses are superb! The desserts are incredible; you have to try them all! The prices are ridiculously low and the service is incredibly friendly and efficient!

23/01/2026: A picture-perfect mountain hut, beautifully and comfortably furnished. The food is truly excellent and unbeatable value for money. The dishes are cooked in the traditional South Tyrolean style – I've rarely had better dumplings. The service is friendly and attentive to guests' needs. There are two slides outside for children and some games available inside. The hike from the Wielental parking lot took less than an hour, and the trail could be used as a toboggan run on the way back. The hike offers stunning natural scenery and is definitely worth it!

10/12/2025: The job was initially done very well, but I later requested an inspection to inspect a defect in the parquet flooring that was discovered after he'd completed his work. The owner of the company disappeared, no longer responding to calls, messages, or emails, leaving me to deal with a problem that arose after his work on my own, at my own expense. I found this unprofessional. I can only give it one star.

05/11/2025: Alessandro is an extremely helpful person, and his great love for his work is immediately apparent. The work he did on our home was excellent. What I appreciated most was the honesty of his information. What he says comes true, no surprises, and when it comes to renovations, that's no small feat. If I can offer one piece of advice, trust his advice; he'll treat your hardwood floors as if they were his own. Chiara and Simone

09/02/2026: Unfortunately, I have absolutely nothing good to say. I live in Austria and am moving in September of this year. I contacted the caterer for information, and in fact, the first thing I said when speaking to a lady on the phone was that I live in Austria, if it were possible for them to come (it's less than 400 km). The lady told me they had never done weddings outside of Italy, but I didn't think it was a problem. She told me her boss, Mr. Riccardo, would call me anyway. A week later, Mr. Riccardo called me. We discussed the various suggestions he had for me, including aperitifs, a fresh barbecue, etc. He made it clear that even though it was in Austria, it was fine. After more than half an hour of calling, we agreed that he would send me a few quotes. I had mentioned to Mr. Riccardo that I was pregnant and that I'm due to give birth at the end of February, and I wanted to get the wedding over with before my son was born, so I could have peace of mind. Anyway, after more than 3 weeks, no news. I wrote to them a few days ago, but no response. Until now, they've told me that unfortunately it's not possible due to the distance and that they have too many events in September, even though they told me the 19th was free. I don't recommend it, not because it's not good, because I'll never know. But more because of the lack of professionalism in handling the situation. If they had said no from the start, no problem. Don't make me wait a month to say no, especially since I'm giving birth in two weeks and I'm stressed about contacting another caterer.

07/12/2025: 1. Rooms - Very basic but clean. 2. Restaurant - Food very good. 3. Service - It would have been 5 stars if not for the waiter, probably of Indian origin, who confused us by bringing us a menu with restaurant dishes (additionally paid) even though we had already purchased meals. The language barrier prevented us from communicating fluently. He was also pushy and made us feel uncomfortable. Fortunately, the reception staff helped and even printed out the menu in Polish (thank you for that, it's a nice gesture). I should add that if the menu was in multiple languages, we Poles are also in Europe and the European Union, so that should be standard practice.

12/10/2025: We were here for hiking, so we stayed for several nights. The following are particularly positive: - The owner and her service staff - Restaurant quality - Location and view The rooms are simple but fine. The sauna is small and a bit dated. Many guests only stay for one night.

18/12/2025: Excellent shop near the center of Canazei where you can buy many local specialties. A wide selection of cured meats and cheeses, as well as honey, liqueurs, and more. Prices are in line with the area, and the products we tasted are truly high-quality. Definitely a welcome gift!

31/01/2026: It's not a hotel, it's more of a B&B. There's no reception, so you have to make do with everything. Breakfast is served, but it's late, in my opinion. The rooms are somewhat comfortable. In short, there are some things that could be improved.
