20/04/2026: A huge thank you to Valir, he's a true all-rounder. You can immediately tell he pitches in wherever needed and always keeps track of everything, even when things get busy. He works very professionally, yet remains relaxed and friendly. What I particularly noticed is his ability to entertain guests. His funny and engaging personality creates a fantastic atmosphere, and you immediately feel welcome. Our group had a lot of laughs! It's exactly these kinds of employees who make all the difference. 09/02/2026: Unfortunately, I have absolutely nothing good to say. I live in Austria and am moving in September of this year. I contacted the caterer for information, and in fact, the first thing I said when speaking to a lady on the phone was that I live in Austria, if it were possible for them to come (it's less than 400 km). The lady told me they had never done weddings outside of Italy, but I didn't think it was a problem. She told me her boss, Mr. Riccardo, would call me anyway. A week later, Mr. Riccardo called me. We discussed the various suggestions he had for me, including aperitifs, a fresh barbecue, etc. He made it clear that even though it was in Austria, it was fine. After more than half an hour of calling, we agreed that he would send me a few quotes. I had mentioned to Mr. Riccardo that I was pregnant and that I'm due to give birth at the end of February, and I wanted to get the wedding over with before my son was born, so I could have peace of mind. Anyway, after more than 3 weeks, no news. I wrote to them a few days ago, but no response. Until now, they've told me that unfortunately it's not possible due to the distance and that they have too many events in September, even though they told me the 19th was free. I don't recommend it, not because it's not good, because I'll never know. But more because of the lack of professionalism in handling the situation. If they had said no from the start, no problem. Don't make me wait a month to say no, especially since I'm giving birth in two weeks and I'm stressed about contacting another caterer.

21/12/2025: The hotel is charming with its rustic decor and clean rooms. Service in the restaurants was excellent, and the food was good too. I only had pizza, and my wife tried a few other things, but there were no complaints. The staff was friendly and gave us some great tips on nearby sights like Merano and Bolzano. The location was a bit bothersome because of the pickle factory, but the peace and quiet in the mornings and evenings is truly indescribably beautiful. You can step out onto the balcony and simply enjoy the fresh air. So, all in all, it definitely deserves its 4 stars... We highly recommend it... 🎇

31/10/2025: We go there several times a year, every time we spend a few days here, the food is always top-notch, the service is super friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy.

07/12/2025: 1. Rooms - Very basic but clean. 2. Restaurant - Food very good. 3. Service - It would have been 5 stars if not for the waiter, probably of Indian origin, who confused us by bringing us a menu with restaurant dishes (additionally paid) even though we had already purchased meals. The language barrier prevented us from communicating fluently. He was also pushy and made us feel uncomfortable. Fortunately, the reception staff helped and even printed out the menu in Polish (thank you for that, it's a nice gesture). I should add that if the menu was in multiple languages, we Poles are also in Europe and the European Union, so that should be standard practice.

12/10/2025: We were here for hiking, so we stayed for several nights. The following are particularly positive: - The owner and her service staff - Restaurant quality - Location and view The rooms are simple but fine. The sauna is small and a bit dated. Many guests only stay for one night.

01/01/2026: Terrible experience, after the change of management, we booked for New Year's Eve after two previous years where we had a great time, this year we were surprised to find uninterested and rude staff, food prepared in a sloppy manner, table cleared at 11.30pm, the last course didn't even arrive, asking for water felt like making a request for political asylum, exorbitant price for terrible service, stay away.

23/11/2025: After a hike, stop for a coffee... it's also open on Sundays.

03/10/2025: We always like to stop here for a quick, delicious espresso when we're hiking in Tirolo. The service is friendly and attentive—what more could you want?
