31/10/2025: Excellent kebab🔝, tried both the sandwich and the piadina and both were beautifully filled. Always takeout with top service, wrapped in foil they stay nice and warm and then they even give you napkins👍🏼. 06/01/2026: It's a lovely restaurant near Emerald Lake, surrounded by nature. It's very charming and beautiful, especially in the summer. However, the service is haphazard. We once waited about an hour for our order. For some unknown reason, they served the people who arrived after us first. Sometimes there's no one at the entrance, and you have to find a seat and the waiter yourself. The food is quite good, but not great for my taste.

The wait staff is welcoming, kind, and above all attentive to your needs, regardless of the type of clientele (families with children, singles, couples) and age. Passing diners are treated with the same attention as the restaurant itself. The food is exquisite. They offer a variety of dishes made with local ingredients, perfect in both quantity and quality. What more could I say? If you're passing through Flavon and want an unforgettable culinary experience, it's worth stopping by. By the way, the restaurant has a partnership with a truly lovely garli'.

26/12/2025: 5* prices, 3* quality We stayed at this property for two nights for our anniversary. PROS: - Palmieri room, with a jacuzzi and private sauna in the garden. The WiFi worked. - Friendly and helpful staff, both at the property and in the restaurant. - Couples massage: both staff were friendly, the senior one very sweet and attentive. - Wide selection of wines at the restaurant, all quality. CONS: - The TV only worked with local channels; Prime Video and smart features were missing, including the QR codes in the room. - Romantic aperitif: when we asked to use the service on the menu, we were told "that is?". Not knowing what it was, they brought us a generous platter of cured meats and cheeses. The cocktail I had chosen was missing strawberries, so I opted for a Coke. - Breakfast: Whether served in your room or in the dining room, everything is à la carte. When we asked for two doughnuts, we were told they only serve one per room, and they were sold out. I ordered hot chocolate and got hot milk with cocoa. My partner, who stayed for two days, asked for black tea and received breakfast tea. Some products seemed frozen or packaged, definitely not fresh (brioches and bread). - Restaurant: Neither praise nor disgrace, not Michelin-starred. We had one lunch and two dinners; the service included a small entrée and a pre-dessert, always the same. The ossobuco and chocolate soufflé were good. In short, when you stay in a 5-star hotel, prices are not an issue; what matters is the quality/price ratio. Here, unfortunately, the quality doesn't justify the price.

22/11/2025: An excellent property converted from a villa with a dozen rooms of various types, a refined restaurant, a wellness center, and a swimming pool. Both the exterior and interior are captivating and refined. The room I stayed in was spacious with a coffered wooden ceiling, as was the bathroom. I also had exclusive use of a small outdoor pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff and service were excellent. It's a shame I only stayed one night.

01/02/2026: I booked a table, but we had to wait half an hour. It can happen, you say. "But ask if we want a drink in the meantime?" The service from the unfriendly owner is overbearing.

30/11/2025: Absolute favorite bar in Gries, staff is helpful, friendly, warm and kind. Coffee is great and don't get me started on the brioches, i love the pistacchio variant! During lunchtime you can also get really wellmade warm dishes, for vegetarians I'd recommend the canederli! Bar Tennis is also great for an apperetivo or some glasses of wine. Total recommendation, the worst part is, that they're closed on sundays.

21/07/2025: Pictures do not match the actual pizza. The pizza was mid and they didn't have beer from the tap (which was on the menu). I really don't understand the majority of the reviews here. There was one service personnel and he forgot what we had to order multiple times despite being only one of three customers. Would not go back or recommend it. The pizza next door is far superior and authentic taste and staff.

18/09/2025: I have no idea where the good reviews come from, but I was disappointed. The Tyrolean burger was practically tasteless, and the patty was the size of a shoe sole.

05/10/2025: Very friendly, family owned hotel. Nice, spacious room. Delicious food. Small but nice spa area. Great location at the entrance of the valley.

09/12/2025: A charming and welcoming family-run hotel just steps from the center of Vigo. Comfortable, clean rooms with slightly dated furnishings but in excellent condition. The bathroom has a shower and bidet, along with a full set of complimentary toiletries. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The courtesy and kindness of the owners is impeccable.

29/12/2025: Positive experience. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The food was really good, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, convenient for reaching even the nearest ski lifts. In 10 minutes, you can reach Kronplatz, Falzes, and Riscone, with excellent ski lifts, sledding slopes, and ice skating rinks. We will definitely be back.

10/01/2026: What a crappy place! I ordered extras like corn for €20.50 on a pizza, but there were only 5 kernels of corn on the pizza, and then I pay €20.50 for such a rip-off!
