26/12/2025: Great experience! Spacious room and spotless bathroom with all the amenities (hairdryer and complimentary toiletries). The breakfast at the hotel bar was delicious and plentiful. The owner, Roberto, was kind and helpful!

08/05/2026: Terrible food....pasta made with leftovers from the days before. Chicken the day before and pasta with chicken the day after. 🫣 Pessina carbonara, watery cream and non-existent eggs...not recommended even for workers.

21/10/2025: We stopped at the Flaggerschartenhütte during a hike to the mountain hut in the second week of October, and enjoyed delicious chocolate cake and coffee. We'd love to come back again.

07/10/2025: My family and I spent a week at the Larezila refuge. The first thing I have to say is that this refuge is historic and has a century of memories. It was created in 1906 by the Iellici family. There are artist exhibitions, an outdoor garden, and a children's playground. They also have live music and antique exhibitions. It's always fun. The owners are always cheerful and smiling, even singing and playing to cheer up their guests or telling stories about their ancestors and their refuge. We had a really good time and will definitely return. Plus, they make truly exquisite and delicious traditional Ladin cuisine. Hugs and kisses.

09/09/2025: To round off a trek to Sass de Mezdí, what could be better than a delicious lunch at Rifugio Larezila? A peaceful spot (also accessible by car, but a walk along the Nature Trail is preferable) where you can enjoy excellent local cuisine. Nestled in the woods, it conveys a sense of peace and respect: the refuge's history dates back to 1906, making it the oldest historic establishment in the valley, a characteristic clearly expressed in the interiors and countless furnishings. A magical place to enter on tiptoe, one that captivates with its cuisine and the kindness of its staff.

03/10/2025: A good restaurant. When it first opened, it only served à la carte. You paid for it, but the ingredients were excellent. Since they introduced the "all you can eat" option, the quality has dropped dramatically, which is a shame. Otherwise, the service is quick and there's a lot of variety. Although I think they've limited you to three sashimi per person in the evening, which, considering the price for dinner, is a bit of a shame.

02/01/2026: They pretend to be bakers, and the bread (with few flour/type alternatives: lard, milk, and cereals) is mediocre. Sometimes raw, with the crumb in that one being cereal-based and separating from the crust when cut. The crust shatters when I try to cut slices with a knife. Crazy. Buy the bread at the supermarket.

09/05/2026: The location right on the shores of the Little Montiggler Lake is fantastic. The food is hearty and just right for the halfway point of a pleasant hike. Definitely take a walk around the Little Montiggler Lake. We always come from Girlan, hike to the Little Montiggler Lake, and then continue on to Kaltern.

30/04/2026: Small, charming, and functional. The food is excellent, and the lake view adds an extra touch of elegance. I recommend it.

18/12/2025: Excellent shop near the center of Canazei where you can buy many local specialties. A wide selection of cured meats and cheeses, as well as honey, liqueurs, and more. Prices are in line with the area, and the products we tasted are truly high-quality. Definitely a welcome gift!

01/05/2026: Dinner with my partner at this fantastic osteria, where you can experience and savor authentic Ladin cuisine with a generous set menu for just €33 (drinks not included). A welcoming location, friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

15/03/2026: After years, I returned to the Garsun, a typical Ladin inn run with love and passion: a family atmosphere, a rustic and refined environment, and sincere and appetizing cuisine. The fixed menu includes barley soup, tirtlein, the typical schlutzkrapfen topped with parmesan or sweetened poppy seeds, then pork knuckle with potatoes and sauerkraut or wienerschnitzel strictly fried in lard. It ends with krapfen filled with apple puree or cranberry sauce, and finally jam-filled fritters and a strudel paired with an amazing hand-whipped cream. Everything is cooked and fried on the spot with a sure and expert hand and served at the table with kindness and attention. It feels right at home. Good selection of wines and excellent value for money.

02/05/2026: Very nice and cozy restaurant. Friendly service. You can watch the pizza being made. The pizzas are delicious. The average price of a pizza is around €9. We really liked it (we were a family of five). The town is very beautiful, with lovely views, and the local people are very kind. Grazie :)

29/03/2026: The photos of the place (probably dated) don't do it justice. You'd probably skip it because it doesn't look like much due to the dated decor, but I have to say they were very kind and the pizza was good! We'll definitely recommend it because I think it's worth it. A convenient meeting point for friends halfway between southern Trento/Rovereto and Valsugana. Background music is subtle but not distracting. It's spacious, with the option of setting up small or large tables. There's a varied menu, and high chairs are available.

07/05/2026: I often go to this restaurant with my family and we've always had a great time! The Indian food is excellent, as are the wood-fired pizzas. The dishes made with Zambana white asparagus (available only in season) are also fantastic. The prices are really fair. Ample free parking and an outdoor seating area for the warmer months. I highly recommend it!

28/02/2026: We went to this restaurant two nights in a row. It's run by Indians, and since we love this type of cuisine, we really enjoyed it. The Indian food was excellent, the prices were fair, and the staff were friendly. Perhaps the ambiance could use a little updating.
