29/08/2025: A hidden gem that's not immediately obvious from the street, but definitely worth a visit! Excellent service and delicious food at a reasonable price!

23/09/2025: Reopening and under new management after various ups and downs. Run by young but experienced and well-intentioned people. The typical local dishes are acceptable, although I personally think the tosella cheese should be revisited and the sauerkraut should be tasted before offering it. All in all, it's adequate. The new start deserves praise, given the improvements already made, both to the restaurant and to the stable, and the surrounding environment. Prices are in line.

23/07/2025: Lo staff era gentile ed efficiente, l'atmosfera era accogliente, il cibo ottimo...e poi che dire, abbiamo apprezzato molto la scelta musicale (Fleetwood Mac, Tears For Tears, The Cure e molti altri). Super consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente!

21/07/2025: Ora, la pizza era molto buona, il servizio gentile e veloce ma francamente sono stanco di pagare € 3 per 800ml di acqua filtrata. Questo non va proprio bene. Per un locale di questo livello, o acqua in bottiglia a pagamento oppure opzione filtrata gratis.

28/09/2025: Nestled in the park on the lakeside, the restaurant offers no service at all, as they don't offer table service and you have to clear the table yourself.

25/09/2025: Great house and great hostess, friendly and accommodating! A house dating back to the 15th century. And you really feel like you've been transported back in time! Unfortunately, but understandably so from the landlady's point of view, the inn is only open when enough people have registered! There's a pizzeria not far away!

16/09/2025: A converted farmhouse, well-run by a friendly lady. The breakfast is fantastic, plentiful and with excellent products, some homemade. The bathrooms are a bit small, and the pillows are a bit uncomfortable (depending on your sleeping habits). Unfortunately, it's not accessible. Overall, a good rating, considering the very competitive rates for the area.

18/10/2025: We had an overnight stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Because of our dog, we had breakfast outside the dining room. Unfortunately, it was a bit uncomfortable. But we managed it ourselves as best we could. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable. Nice room and friendly service.

12/03/2025: Amazing, super creative food and wine pairings, beautiful presentation, knowledgeable and friendly service, wonderful experience all around. My husband and I have enjoyed a lot of phenomenal and high end fine dining venues, Suinsom exceeded our high expectations and then some! We will for sure be back the next time we are in the Dolomites!

15/08/2025: A perfect break between heaven and earth If you're looking for a refuge where the view meets good food, this place at 2,070 meters above sea level is a must-see. Located right next to the cable car, it's easily accessible even for those who don't want to tackle long hikes. The food is excellent, as you'd expect from mountain huts and refuges: authentic, simple, and flavorful. I ordered a Milanese cutlet with fries—a classic served with care here. The cutlet was dry, not greasy, and perfectly crispy. The fries were excellent, accompanied by the inevitable sauces: ketchup and mayonnaise, always appreciated. The seating area is spacious and well-organized, perfect for relaxing after a hike or simply enjoying the sun and fresh air. The staff is friendly and helpful, and if they're not too busy, it's pleasant to chat—a detail that makes the experience even more authentic.

05/08/2025: Good food with the most amazing views. Lots of options for vegetarians and for children. The prices are more than reasonable given the amazing views / being in the middle of the mountains.
