09/08/2024: Siamo tornati al SooChic ed è stata una conferma di tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato. Tempura di gamberi molto buoni e appetitosi serviti con una salsa di soia e una agrodolce, spaghetti allo scoglio con cozze vongole scampi e un sughetto veramente ottimi, tagliata di tonno rosso veramente super delicato e cotto alla perfezione con misticanza di verdure e per finire panna cotta con salsa al cioccolato e gelato alla vaniglia con frutti di bosco.
Insomma tornare da Ronnie al SooChic e sempre un piacere in primis per gli ottimi piatti di pesce di mare freschissimo gustati a 1800 m del Plan de Gralba e per il panorama stupendo che cotorna il ristorante.
Per chi passa in zona Plan de Gralba lo consiglio sia per l'eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo, noi ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
12/04/2024: Enésima semana de esquí en Val Gardena, y como en otras ocasiones no podía faltar nuestra visita al Ristorante Soo Chic de nuestro amigo Ronnie Lampredi. El trato inmejorable, la calidad de la carta superior y esa terraza con un entorno mágico, con el Sassolungo al frente y el macizo del Sella a la izquierda no se puede describir con palabras, hay que verlo en persona.
Todo aquel que visite Val Gardena no debería dejar escapar la ocasión de visitar este fabuloso restaurante.

The pasta dish "Onda" is a culinary masterpiece that I highly recommend. I can't wait to return to explore more of their menu delights.

18/08/2024: Nice location, I took the sweet dumplings with ricotta and apricot, I didn't like them...but not due to my personal taste, perhaps I was expecting other flavors in my mouth. Inside the apricot is whole, outside there is melted butter as a condiment/ sugar and berries.
While the sausage sandwich never disappoints.

26/08/2024: Pizza chef on the verge of severe burn out, he repeatedly swore and shouted in front of customers, loudly banged objects on the workbench, humiliated the waitresses. He made us feel really uncomfortable for no reason, the place wasn't even that crowded! We had ordered two takeaway pizzas, but given the bad weather we canceled the order and left. I feel very sorry for all the colleagues forced to work with such a person.

27/08/2024: Ice cream to drive around for. Delicious sorbet cups that do not skimp on time or ingredients. And that for only 6 euros. No terrace, but you can sit at the coffee shop opposite. Then order coffee of course, for very reasonable prices. Sitting on the stairs also works.

13/08/2024: Super bad service, waited for 50 min for fried sea food ,and on top of that they brought the souse only when I finished eating .
10/08/2024: At first glance, Ristorante Nuovo 900 seems like a very nice restaurant, but appearances can be deceiving.
We were placed outside at a table where you almost had to put your drinks in your belt because you were sitting at such an angle. The wait staff completely ignored us and we had to ask them several times before we could place our order. The food was exorbitantly expensive compared to the restaurants in the area and was not even necessarily super tasty.
When we wanted to pay, we were told 4 times that the bill would be collected, but it never arrived. After waiting 30 minutes, we walked in to pay, where a big problem was then made because we had walked in to pay. The great thing is that they charge €3 for a bag of breadsticks in advance.
We will definitely not come here again!
Oh yes, and there were other people waiting for a spot designated by the waiter that was then hijacked in front of them by other people and nothing was done about it.

06/07/2024: The rooms are very nicely decorated. There was nothing to complain about when it came to service. The breakfast was perfect. Now about the food: I don't understand why dinner is described as delicious. The food was bland without any roasted flavors or spices. Bacon dumplings tasteless including broth. The goulash without any taste. How does it work? Not worthy of a local chef.

Grigliata mista di carne di quantità ridicola e qualità medio-bassa.
PESCE? CONSIGLIO DI NON PROPORLO PIÙ IN MENU DECONGELATO ( I gamberi della frittura nemmeno si staccavano dal guscio)
I ragazzi ai tavoli molto cortesi
Insomma: 2 antipasti e due secondi, pane, acqua ed una calice di rosso 80 euro tondi.
Non lo consiglio a nessuno.
13/07/2024: Excellent fish. Good service. Very good desserts but small portions. Definitely a place worth trying.
Having returned after a few years, I would say it remains an excellent restaurant. In fact I'd say it's even improved!
