07/11/2025: It's a bar you wouldn't expect, especially inside a Milan metro station. Fair prices (coffees are still €1, by the way), and friendly, proactive, and courteous service. I still remember when I once asked them to change €5 in coins to use the vending machines next door, and they sent me straight to the restrooms in their bar without a second thought. Thank you so much! Whenever I pass through Ponale, stopping by your place will always be worth it!

If you want peace and nature then this is the perfect place for you and a big plus is the delicious dinner!
We will definitely come back because the Alta Badia ski resort is really close! Recommended!

19/12/2025: The hotel's location is excellent, allowing you to reach the ski lifts on foot. Prices are fair. The staff is friendly.
We stayed half-board in a Baranci room.
I especially enjoyed the appetizer and side dish buffet, which was truly varied and inviting.
Breakfast was also very good.
Our room had simple furnishings and a large, renovated bathroom. Excellent.
The wellness area was not bad, but something could be improved. The heated rooftop pool and the new sauna with a view are excellent! (In the winter, I was only able to use the pool after the sauna, but that's fine!).
I recommend this hotel.
26/09/2025: Overall, an excellent hotel; well-appointed suite with a comfortable bed and pillow, fantastic rooftop pool, and friendly, welcoming staff. I would have expected more from the somewhat small wellness area and the kitchen, as the dishes served, while excellently prepared, were very simple.

14/01/2026: My friends and I went for a drink at this bar, which we frequent often, and we've always had a great time, except for one day when a waitress was very rude to us, rudely telling us we couldn't play UNO (a game without betting or money involved), and also adding that we could be fined. After that, we went to other bars, where they told us we were free to play. Otherwise, everything was fine.

30/10/2025: The Lazaunhütte is an absolute gem in the South Tyrolean mountains! The terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Lanzun Glacier – you could gaze at this magnificent mountain scenery forever.
We were particularly impressed by the excellent food. The quality and taste of the dishes far exceeded our expectations. You can tell that the food is prepared with passion and high-quality ingredients.
Another highlight was the entertaining and warm conversation with the owner. This personal touch makes the visit a special experience, and you immediately feel welcome.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience authentic South Tyrolean hospitality in a spectacular mountain setting.
22/10/2025: Great, friendly service. Superb food. The table barbecue in summer is especially recommended. Reservations required.

A dry, small schnitzel with a few fries for €20 is quite a lot.
The food seemed to be prepared with little care. It felt more like mass production.
The view was good.
11/03/2026: We arrived on skis and stopped for a break because of the wonderful atmosphere with the alphorn players.
Good service, very friendly.
We're planning to come back again.

07/04/2026: Very cozy hotel, welcoming and friendly people. Family-run hotel and good food. Clean rooms.
The only problem: smoking is allowed on the hotel balconies, and I saw the chef smoking inside the hotel. The hotel smells of cigarettes when you enter. My clothes smelled of cigarettes. Since smoking is allowed on the balconies, I would wake up during the night because my room smelled of cigarettes. When leaving the room, there was a smell of cigarettes everywhere. My husband and I don't smoke, so it was very unpleasant to deal with this situation.

29/01/2026: For many years now, our wonderful group of friends and I have been coming here for our ski holidays. Practically the entire residence feels like home to us, a big family with the kind and helpful owner, Karen. All this is nestled in the captivating setting of the King Laurin Dolomites, which glow at sunrise and sunset, just steps from Lake Carezza, the slopes, and the town's amenities. I cherish wonderful memories and moments here. Seeing is believing.
28/01/2026: We've been staying at Residence Luna for years, located in the central area of Nova Levante, just steps from the supermarket, ski rentals, and an excellent bakery and pastry shop. Everything was perfect: cleanliness, comfort, and above all, Karen's warm welcome, helpfulness, and kindness. What more can I say? You feel right at home. Highly recommended.

17/02/2026: We reserved a table in advance twice, but when we arrived, it was occupied by other customers, and we had to wait 30 minutes. Once seated, we ordered, and the wait was incredibly long; other customers who arrived after us were served first. Terrible service. Same experience twice.

03/11/2025: Centrally located hotel with a beautiful view and everything within easy reach, including a free bus stop with the pass for touring South Tyrol. The staff and the owner are friendly, warm, and efficient. The cuisine is excellent, and the restaurant is always busy. Everything is tastefully decorated, as are the rooms. I stayed there on half-board from October 29th to November 2nd, and everything met my expectations. I can't wait to return.
03/11/2025: Excellent hotel decorated in a minimalist style, comfortable rooms with large bathrooms. Welcoming and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. We will return.
